You Treepers know my top two priorities in the world of politics: Economic Nationalism (MAGAnomics), and capital letter Liberty, the fight against the surveillance state. In these endeavors the “Tech Bros” are opposed to our positions.
President Trump is focused on #1, economic nationalism. He eats, breathes and thinks about it all the time. It is also his #1 priority. However, President Trump has so many other items of great importance on his desk the surveillance state issue does not yet get his focused attention.
But there is good news. Now that Elon Musk has self-detonated, the “Tech Bros” have lost a key source of influence. The Peter Thiel, David Sacks, Elon Musk, JD Vance and Palantir objective of a comprehensive surveillance state is weakened by President Trump telling Musk to get lost. This is good, and we finally have reason to be optimistic. We need to be patient.
As President Trump works through the priorities of the BBB, ongoing trade negotiations, decoupling from China, working toward the dissolution of the USMCA etc., he is also working through the Ukraine-Russia conflict, the Israel-Gaza conflict, the Iran nuclear issues and other geopolitical events. Once those challenges are majority cleared, hopefully that’s when we will see a confrontation of the surveillance state surface.
If confrontation with the surveillance state is also a priority for you, be patient.
Musk has self-detonated much earlier than I expected. That is awesome, and I carry a big smile today thanking our loving God for His favor, His timing, His unfolding.
Eventually President Trump will see the Palantir constructs that have been laid around the administration by Machiavellian elements. Trump’s hindsight will then be a weapon as he starts asking the big questions to those who have sat silently as the constructs have unfolded.
Live your very best life, it is the only one you have.

On another note, in some way I expect that most everything that has been happening ties in with a Paul Ryan redux to throw the House back to the Dems in the midterms. (and possibly the Senate too).

If the current rigged election process is not fixed soon, there will be zero lawmakers in office who care about economic nationalism and will continue to further solidify the surveillance state to keep it that way.
Election integrity is my own No. 1 priority. Next to nothing is being done to deal with it in comparison with the work which actually needs to be done.
If election rigging isn’t fixed, nothing that’s now being accomplished to bring America back from the brink will stick.
IMHO, if the election rigging issue and the schemes of the Uniparty’s vote fraud machine aren’t dealt with well before the 2026 mid-terms, the Democrats will take control of the Congress in January of 2027 and the MAGA revolution will be stopped dead in its tracks.

I’m not sure Trump understands the depth of the surveillance state, at least it doesn’t seem so. He thinks RealID is a good thing, he said so. RealID is part of the surveillance state process, the beginning of a national ID system. He thinks that’s good. They’re doing eyeball scanning now at some 30 airports in America brought to us by his good friend Sam Altman. I haven’t heard him say anything about that. Frankly it’s outrageous. So does Trump know and is just playing along??? If he is it’s very dangerous because we all know that once something like that gets installed it will never go away, same with RealID. Does he think he can just turn that around. I’m not sure who gave Altman permission to install this stuff in airports and other places in the first place. I’m assuming congress or some government agency is permitting this. Did they pass a law? Is it in the Patriot Act, wondering minds want to know. I’ve never heard anything about it until all of a sudden they’re implementing it. Anyway, I don’t think Trump thinks it’s bad and I don’t think he really knows what it’s all about. Really this surveillance stuff is probably the most serious thing that’s happening in our country and he’s going right along with it. Once it’s all in he won’t be able to turn it around. They’re implementing this with Trump’s good wishes IMHO.
The entire breakup is all an act. There must be some long range plan between the two.

America is not China, but they have a neat concept called Mandate of Heaven. Simply put, when things go wrong it is a sign that the Emperor has lost the Mandate. Could be bad crops, quarrels among senior officials, or unrest in the lower orders. When he has the Mandate, there is peace and prosperity. On May 28th, for example, a large meteor flashed across the sky in China, an event which often presages the death or end of a leader because a large stone falling from the sky is regarded as an unnatural, bad thing.
When I witnessed the Trump – Elon spat yesterday so rapidly escalate into Elon publicly endorsing Trump being impeached, I felt this was a sign that Trump has lost or is losing the Mandate. When the attacks in Russia happened, though not as bad as the initial reports (entirely predictable), the fact that Trump either lied about foreknowledge (doubtful but possible) or was not informed though elements of the USG were almost certainly involved, is another sign of loss of Mandate. This sort of muddle could trigger nuclear war, after all.
Of course as you point out there is a lot of Big Stuff going on right now. Also, you could argue that Trump’s mission is to restore the Mandate to a nation which lost it Big League when JFK was publicly assassinated. In China a much quieter process occurs. There are repeated ‘Chinese Whispers’ that Xi is being dismantled right now. If this happens quickly as some say, it will greatly benefit Trump’s negotiations as the non-Princeling class faction associated with Hu Jintao is said to be the one replacing Xi.
Interesting times.
Trump is under constant sneak attack on all sides, but events always seems to turn eventually in his favor. Trump cannot address the surveillance state until the current budget is resolved and enacted, no matter how horrible it is. If he tries to attack the surveillance state while the budget is being processed, they will first stab him and the big beautiful bill until one or both are finished. The surveillance state is as big a problem as spending, but it’s the one problem that can end Trump. The budget, sad and deadly, but if the Deep State wins in the budget it’s a slow moving disaster. The IC, Fourth Estate, etc., so that will end our nation before we go broke. It needs to be fully examined, quietly, and then exposed, to rally public opinion and give Congress the basis for change.
