He cuts to heart of a case and quotes chapter and verse of the relevant law and Constitutional Article applicable. The lower courts are bound by precedent their use of the syllogism is flawed by ambiguity of definitions. Every legal argument I’ve ever read has both Formal and InFormal Fallacies making they conclusions invalid Logically.

I like watching his video of interviews when he covers them as it gives a different perspective from the sanitized/slanted version MSM provides.

The challenge as I see it is that explanation getting in front of the proletariat, which is formidable when an enemy media is involved. Part of the power of the press is to coordinate and be selective in what messages get out. That’s part of why I call them mockingbird media. They mimic each other, sometimes down to the exact video, audio and buzzwords.
Granted, in an era when nearly everyone has a radio/TV broadcast station in their pocket or purse, the media controlling the message is harder. I think back to LBJ and Nixon and Carter, when I first began to get interested in national affairs, and the control media had over what washed over us. Delivering newspapers, and reading them, was my first direct exposure. We’ve come a long way in a relatively short span of time.

I recently completed a West Coast trip that included CO, UT, NV and CA. The immigration magnitude is much greater than anyone imagines. It’s not just hispanics. It’s a huge global trade imbalance! And it dominates entire cities.
