Even if putin were on that plane Russia would not admit if it was close or not. That would be a security risk in itself.
I would say when a leader of importance travels there are always (or should be) multiple planes going in different routes and only a select few would know which plane is the real deal.

Tariffs alone will not reverse decades of offshoring. They would only be effective if paired with massive tax breaks—20 to 30 years of exemptions—for new manufacturing facilities.
Tariffs alone are neither as harmful as the media and so-called experts claim, nor as effective as their proponents suggest, particularly if implemented indiscriminately, as a blunt weapon.
They are not a cure; just half-measures that only work if combined with long-term tax incentives for domestic manufacturing.

Iran will never give up its nuclear program – never. It may couch it in terms of domestic energy (despite their oil reserves) for international consumption, but everyone knows, and Iran knows that they know, that at some point if they keep enriching, they’ll obtain weapons grade plutonium and then Israel will be targeted. Any deal that allows Iran’s enrichment program to continue is pie in the sky and should be a green light for the Israelis to strike.
