My “theory” of the case is that Joe had probably been diagnosed with a slow growing form of prostate cancer sometime after he and Bambi left office but, due to his age, it was just being “watched” and not treated. When Bernie Sanders was surging in the polls again in 2019/2020, the DNC got nervous and the more “electable” (and manageable) Good Ol’ Joe was brought in to head up the ticket, even though he was already showing “Mild Cognitive Impairment”, because they assumed that they could keep that under wraps for a couple of years until he “stepped aside” to usher in the first female POTUS…
However, the plan fell off the tracks for several reasons. Kamala Harris was an unmitigated disaster and everyone realized it, making it much more complicated to promote her to the “top spot”. In addition, “Dr. Jill” was absolutely reveling in the role of FLOTUS and probably refused to even consider giving up the best gig she had ever had! On top of that, Hunter and Ashley were both facing legal problems and they wanted “dear old Dad” to stay in office so they could get cash to deal with their issues (and I suspect that brother Jim didn’t want the gravy train to stop either).
But then, just like cartoonist Scott Adams, Biden’s “slow growing” cancer exploded in 2022 after he received his 3rd or 4th jab (hence the “I have cancer” video from 2022) and it became a race against time to try to treat him in secret, while at the same time managing the clearly worsening memory issues. All of this was playing out against the backdrop of a pending re-election campaign, which was never part of the original agreement, but his family, led by Lady Macbeth, simply refused to give up the power, perks, and prestige of the Presidency.
The early debate on CNN was a forcing feature, IMHO, in order to get Joe to withdraw from the race, but no one expected the “family” to send out the second Tweet, fully endorsing Kamala, as their final act of revenge! And the rest, as they say, is history…

Yes…haven’t seen much on the role that the covid shot could have played into this. This makes much more sense to me…this “slow-growing” cancer (if that is what it was) has changed. If this is indeed a turbo cancer, as defined by many as aggressive and unresponsive to treatment, then the end is indeed very near for lunch-box joe. Joe’s dementia was likely seen as plus not a negative by the Obama-Dem machine that cleared the way for Biden’s nomination in 2020. Dementia made Joe easy to control and manipulate. It would keep Joe disengaged so everything could be approved by autopen. It also gave the Obama camp something they could use to shove Joe out of the Oval Office at any time if they ever had a need to pull that trigger.
It is possible Joe was told he had rapidly growing cancer several years ago but his dementia was already such that he either forgot it or failed to understand its importance. But Jill and the handlers knew and kept it under wraps.
