FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino sat down for a lengthy interview with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo.
Director Patel begins the interview noting how he and Deputy Bongino have spent the majority of the week attending ceremonies for law enforcement and visiting families and colleagues of fallen FBI heroes. Director Patel then begins to discuss reforming the FBI and his plan to correct all of the political corruption that has permeated his organization.
Patel notes the previous FBI Director and Deputy Director intentionally lied to the American people about their roles in the weaponization of the agency. Bartiromo plays her role in saying the duo are not going to do anything. Patel counters with his intention to keep delivering the documentary evidence that highlights how FBI leadership played a key role in the weaponization of government. Patel says, “you’re about to see a wave of transparency, just give us about a week or two.”
Deputy Dan Bongino says, “do you want it done right, or do you want it done correctly.” Additionally noting, “everything is a priority.” When referencing the possibility of an interconnected conspiracy within the prior threats and attempted assassination of President Trump, Bongino notes “there is no there, there.” It is a long and wide-ranging discussion. WATCH:
.
We all want Kash Patel and Dan Bongino to succeed. Things do take time, but the unwillingness of Patel and Bongino to call out the corrupt lower-level FBI activity that takes in DC and in various field offices is not confidence inspiring.
Bongino and Patel are passionate speakers about their jobs and objectives.
Director Kash Patel notes repeatedly throughout the interview that his team (the FBI Silo) is now sending documents to congress, presumably the Judiciary Committee (silo), the SSCI (silo) and the HPSCI (silo), as each of the silos continues their investigative work around government weaponization.
My simple question is, “why”?
Why send exclusive silo documents to other exclusive silos for further review? …. Because that’s the rules? …. Because that’s the process established by the same DC silo administrators who consider themselves as acceptable filters through which the material must be controlled, put into silo-affirming context, and released in a process that protects the interests of the DC silo creators? Is that the why?
Where in this equation are ‘we the people‘?
Does the executive need to engage the legislative just because the system is designed to enmesh all their collective interests?
Why not release the information publicly, with a notation, “this was sent to the (fill_in_blank)?”
Oh, wait, “ongoing investigations,” gotcha.
“Do you want it done right, or do you want it done correctly?” Where “correctly” are the DC rules.
You decide.

Ad Rem?
Comment too “hot” ?
What’s surprising is that your question to Ad Rem was posted.
I prefer not to have people working for our safety on TV 24/7. Come back to us with results: indictments, prosecutions, and imprisonments.
SIMPLE MOVES:
#1: Return the FBI to hiring ex Military (lean Conservative).
Stop hiring Woke Liberal college drones
#2: Fire some of the patently Liberal, incompetent FBI agents. Now. (Replace w #1)
#3. Most other agencies are making 10% to 30% personnel cuts – where are the FBI cuts?
#4. Why is Ka$h based out of Lasx? Vegas?

The big question is why is Micheal Byrd walking free? He is a murderer.
The political damage that Kash and Bongino are beginning to cause with Trump’s base may eventually affect Trump’s approval with the base. Trump will need the base completely fired up and voting for the mid-terms in 2026. A very large portion of Trump’s vote in Nov 2024 came from individuals demanding justice for Deep State crimes as their #1 issue. Bondi, Patel and Bongino are putting all of that at risk with their lack of results thus far. Yes, it’s only been four months since inauguration, but Trump’s DOJ is not a good look at this time.
I voted for Trump three times and I’ve already decided to skip the midterms. What is the point. I’m sick of voting for crappy republicans. I’m to old for this nonsense.
I know other that feel the same way.
Never trusted Bongino. To into his own self. He talked down to his audience. Made himself an expert. And now he believes because he says something is factual that we are all supposed to go ok, Bongino said it, so it must be true, let’s move on? Like Screw that!
Patel, apparently was an insider all along.
Bondi, was she even vetted?
I’ve been wondering about that Ft. Knox audit they were going to do. It got awful quiet all of a sudden regarding that.
Don’t forget about the pipe bomb fiasco and coverup!
Patel also called for decentralizing the FBI and turning its D.C. headquarters into a museum, saying he would “shut down the FBI Hoover Building on day one and reopen it the next day as a museum of the deep state.”
Hahahahahahaha…
Does Bongino look like Vlad Lenin or what?
Nice job
Bongino and Patel are in incredibly difficult positions, with challenges that they cannot possibly overcome in mere months. For me, their past actions have earned them some time to do their jobs.
If Bongino and Patel don’t deliver in major ways before summer is over, I’ll be screaming for their heads. For now, though, both men deserve some grace.
I agree, and I believe there is much more work to getting convictions rather than accusations. We don’t want to depend on help from Republicans and have them call in the accused to Congress. They don’t do anything but create sound bites.
I believe this is also true for the Epstein files. These are high-profile people who know how to escape their wrongs and get a slap on the hand. Ex. if you were to arrest an ex-President for sex trafficking, you better have your ducks in a row or look bad, and he gets away with it. If I were in Kash & Dan’s shoes, I wouldn’t share much in public, and what I would share would lead the traitors from within down a path that would keep them from obstructing my objective. I think you have to outplay the bureaucracy from within and shock the media with facts that even they have a hard time spinning.
Glaring red flags.
1) Sticking to the Keystone Cops excuse on Butler.
2) Covering for the Epstein ‘suicide’.
3) Adhering to 9/11 dogma in light of the evidence of treason/internal enemy combatant action.
Next they’ll say Sandy Hook was a textbook lone wolf shooter.
Not happy.
I agree. At first I thought a good interview, altho strongly disagreed w/both that JEpstien DID commit suicide. Sorry, but far too many, including myself, KNOW that is not true, and to see them try to cover up, very disturbing. Also about a single shooter in Butler, PA?? Too many other reports that there were more than one.
Sure looks to me like they have both now been compromised, either by blackmail, money, or other DS threats. Very, very disturbing, to say the least.
Blondi? I had great trepidation[s] about her when she was appointed, vaguely remembering Zimmerman and Trayvon case in Fl, and her part in that. I have not changed my mind, and think she needs to go before more damage is done.
Things not looking so good for the gop, and surprised Trump and his advisors are blind to it.
“3 things-Information, People and People with Information.”
This trinity is going to be problematic. The documented evidence is going to be unavailable and this reality is going to be true for EVERY agency. Either it was destroyed or it was never created and the people who were involved will not implicate themselves. There will be a few people that will communicate their knowledge of abuses but it won’t be enough to satiate our NEED for accountability.
We need accountability!!! We need the people in DC and in local government to understand that they work on our behalf. They are supposed to be working in a supporting role only.
We need perp walks. We need the pageantry of prosecutions.
And people in hell need ice water. Ain’t happening, Phil. Sorry.
Actions speak louder than words. This is beginning to look like a failure to launch scenario. Frustratingly disappointing. 1500 agents redeployed? Out of 10k in DC? Who’s kidding who? The Hoover Building is unsafe? Boo frikking hoo.
Three peas in a pod
My sense is first Bondi is limiting what they can do and say. IMO she was the worst pick as AG. For her it’s the dramatic role of her lifetime, and that’s how she works it. She herself, has not terminated the DS that works at every level of the DOJ. Her first act should have been a review of every one of the attys there. If they were involved in anything to take down Trump and the destruction of America, they should have been dismissed, with no mercy.
Bondi made almost her first action, a dramatic rebuke of Kash publicly, when she was stupid enough to think the few docs she got from NY was all the Epstein documents. Why did she blame Kash, the docs didn’t go to him and he gave it her, they went directly to her . She publicly humiliated him.
She imo is a horrible person. She has no strategy, she is in charge and no one else. When did we ever see in the last 70 years, the AG publicly rebuke and humiliate the FBI Director?
Both Kash and Dan know the corruption is still there, so the 1,000s involved in taking Trump down, they need to go.
It’s not just the top anti Trumpers, sure some were forced to obey but why didn’t they do the honorable thing and resign before following illegal orders. Many had no honor and chose to work for the DS. There are 1,000s embedded that actually hate America and the President still.
Kash and Dan are working with a major reorg, and they don’t have the training and should have called in exceptional third parties for the reorg to clean out the rats nest. Trying to do it themselves proves they really don’t understand the whole scenario.
If they were serious they would hire exceptional corporate reorganization leaders that can identify all the problems and problem agents, Kash and Dan literally don’t have the skills or objectivity to see the patterns.
Most of all the should admit it and ask for help.
I’ve always liked both of them, but they are way over their heads in a historically corrupt agency from day one.
They came to Maria to complain about the public insulting them for lack of a plan and action. And the info they released like, “yes Epstein killed himself”, was stupid. Saying it happened like that doesn’t make it so or convince anyone. Overall the interview was a con to quiet the public down.
Moving some FBI out of DC is not at all what the public wants or needs to know. We want to know that Trump haters embedded there are terminated. But we didn’t hear that.
Kash and Dan are now captured.
I am a couple of days late getting over here, but have become so disgusted, wanted to see the reaction to the interview w/Kash and Dan. Your comment above certainly reflects my own feelings. Same with Blondi, and I DO mean Blondi. Reminds me of a Barbi Doll with fewer brains. Just wonder how Kash and Dan are compromised??
Thanks for your comment.
Meet the the new Bill Barr, same as the old Bill Barr. “we can’t use evidence if it waxes political.” So just send it to the silo forest.
Ad Rem?
Ditto “Bill’s” question.
These things take time but so far Bondi and Patel have been huge disappointments.
F these Crap Weasels!
Citizen Free Press linked snippet from Maria Bartiromo interview:
“Dan Bongino and Kash Patel — We have reviewed the case. Jeffrey Epstein killed himself.”
https://x.com/Breaking911/status/1924203246589030884
How many signs do you need that they are controlled now?
Patel looks like he is frightened out of his wits now.
I could’a been a contender
The DOJ is simply beyond repair. It needs to be completely abolished or fumigated with 100% firings to be restarted.
The FBI is irredeemable without firing everyone and starting over from scratch.
