I just spun by News Max and Rudy Gulliani is on, glad to see he has his own show. For a long time he reminded me a=of a Gumby character and I just now figured out which one. His looks remind me of a Gumby character, Dr. Zveegee.

Well progressives have to win somehow. Why else let in 20 million illegals illegally? These judges have zero constitutional or legal authority to make any such rulings. Nobody voted for them to be president. They defy immigration and voting law continually.

A Republican district judge can issue an injunction against these rogue district judges on the basis that their rulings are not supported by the Constitution!

GOP, yet alone dems, will NEVER impeach these judges . all the talk of the 1-2 GOP saying they will file articles of impeachment is all kabuki theater. if Trump had a AG that did their job rather than appear on fox, there would be hundreds of criminal investigations into member of congress on how they became multi-millionaires on a salary of 174k per year. and if they tried to impeach them, arrest them for corruption and obstruction of justice.

I am not sure how many people at CTH have lived in California, but this is the biggest scandal for Gabbin’ Nuisance which may or not ever come to light.
Last year in July 2024 a huge percentage of people having their Part B premium paid by California lost those payments suddenly for up to several months.

Part B Medicare in 2024 was $174 per month, so Gabbin’ Nuisance stood to save $297540000 per month if not more. So Gabbin’ Nuisance helped balance his Medicaid, and California’s budget shortfall on the backs of some of the poorest people in California.
I post this for any “progressive” fence sitters. Do not trust any utopian, statist, collectivists. Eventually they screw the people that they publicly “protect”. There just isn’t enough money for their utopian schemes and there never will be.
Medicare and Medicaid are NOT the same.
And mixing the two requires a very specific assessment process … whereby Medicaid is used to supplement Medicare … and NOT the other way around, Medicare supplementing Medicaid. If Governor Gavin violated Medicare rules, he has a problem .. otherwise it all depends on the reprogramming authority provided the CA Federal Grant.

If Gavin used Medicaid money sent to CA as part of their grant, it depends on the wording in the CA Grant regarding reprogramming of money. This may have been an AUTHORIZED diversion of money as the STATE GOVERNMENTS are responsible for the management and distribution of the Federal Grant Funds for Medicaid and Medicare. This last sentence is a fact that is PURPOSELY OMITTED when reporting on this issue.
State Governments,especially Democrat State Governments, are screwing their own people and the media as well as politicians are being allowed to blame the Federal Government. Although, the Federal Government does share some of the blame for not restricting the diversion of funds in the grants sent to the states.

There’s no specific requirement for a 4-second stop in CA. You must stop sufficiently to yield to other traffic and pedestrians.
