The Libby judge in WI is now in custody following another FBI arrest.
This is the one who, per Pam Bondi on Fox, exited her courtroom – having heard a DV case – and began yelling at ICE agents in the courthouse hallway. ICE was there to take the illegal defendant into custody. Then, the judge led the illegal, along with his attny, out of a side door.
My career was in the legal field, ultimately having been privileged to receive my own appointment to the bench.
Rarely, judicial officers screwed up their lives – rarely. A DUI, a DV situation seemed about the extent of it. It took years to achieve a judicial appointment – years of work, being active in the local Bar Ass’n -not to mention the years in law school and the early years as a young lawyer.
I never could have imagined anything so FUBAR’d, so crazy as something like this.
There had to have been red flags with this woman. Her conduct was at a level of embroilment and misconduct that will get her removed from the bench and could not have been isolated, an all-of-a-sudden snap. She’ll likely spend several years in custody. The end of a highly valued professional career. All for an illegal pet – who has likely already been deported.
Retired attorney here and I fully expect her to get these charges dismissed. She’s in WI anyway; would she ever get convicted?
Remember the judge who did this a few years ago in Oregon? No charges, and I suspect this behavior is far more common than we know.
Agree that this is an action of extreme moral turpitude – how I wish that still mattered.
The charges will likely be federal – a US Attny prosec., so maybe not. Hope not, anyway.
Can the Army legally prosecute a civilian?
These are different times.
The Justice Department has a mandate to prosecute those who aid and abet Illegals who entered the country ilegally and qualify for deportation. Especially those that have committed crimes. That includes judges and others that think they are above the law.
”Enforcement “ is the word of the day.
Now if “our” ridiculous excuse for a congress, would start using the tools they have, in order to straighten out these judges. Impeach Boasberg. Maybe that would get the attention of Roberts since he could be impeached as well. I am over it when it comes to Johnson.
The repulsicans in our “congress”, have, for the past MANY years, proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that they will do nothing… Nothing has happened to change that fact…
Maybe Congress will hold a hearing. Or two.
WATCH: Milwaukee Judge Arrested by FBI For Obstructing ICE Scurries Away from Press After Leaving Federal Courthouse – Charged with 2 Felonies
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/04/watch-milwaukee-judge-arrested-fbi-obstructing-ice-scurries/
I fully expect that this “judge” will never even be prosecuted…
I suspect this judge, and the other one and his wife who were arrested yesterday will both be fully prosecuted, in federal court – as a means to let the federal circuit judges know that they are also not immune from interfering with Article II authorities.
I sincerely hope you are right, Bessie…
Pam Bondi describes the shocking interference by a Wisconsin judge in an ICE arrest of an illegal immigrant:
“The judge learned that ICE was outside … She goes out in the hallway, screams at the immigration officers — she’s furious, visibly shaking, upset — sends them off to talk to the chief judge. She comes back in the courtroom … takes the defendant and the defense attorney back in her chambers, takes them out a private exit and tells them to leave.”

” Franklyn Gimbel, a prominent Milwaukee defense attorney and former federal prosecutor, called Dugan’s arrest “outrageous.”
“First and foremost, I know — as a former federal prosecutor and as a defense lawyer for decades – that a person who is a judge, who has a residence who has no problem being found, should not be arrested, if you will, like some common criminal,” Gimbel said. “And I’m shocked and surprised that the US Attorney’s office or the FBI would not have invited her to show up and accept process if they’re going to charge her with a crime.” ”
Sorry ( NOT ) – as a judge UPHOLD THE WRITTEN LAW and Then ADJUDICATE –
QUIT ACTING As ” A COMMON ” Criminal With a SENSE Of ENTITLEMENT
( btw, WHAT IS ” a common criminal ” definition in YOUR Social Circle ? )

Where was this judge when homes were being raided for silently praying outside an abortion clinic. STFU while you are ahead.
She’s lucky she wasn’t Swatted.
Right on.
Someone should remind Mr. Gimbel how Obama and Biden’s DOJ arrested Trump allies during Trump’s first term and J6ers during OBiden’s term. Pre-dawn raids with dozens of LEOs in full riot gear and guns drawn. Even for persons who never entered the Capitol building. There need to be lots more of these types of arrests and impeachments for District Judges who abuse their authority. IMHO
Roger Stone comes to mind.
It is more shocking that a judge would knowingly commit a federal crime.
Speaking as an attorney, this conduct is not just beyond the pale. It is a disgrace to the bench.
“Disgracing the bench” is in high fashion in the DEI/IED/DIE times – all the coolest progressivist kids are doing it.
Gimbel had no problem when Roger Stone’s home was raided by dozens of FBI Agents with an armored car and Coast Guard Cutter at 6am to arrest Stone a 75 year old former advisor to President’s Nixon, Reagan and Trump!
Franklyn (with a y) laments the passing of the days when professional courtesy and comity (for certain persons, of course) prevailed in these kind of “unfortunate misunderstandings” that could be worked out among “reasonable people.” Sorry, Frankie, we’re in a different time. The good news is you are going to get paid!
But on “Law & Order” they always arrest someone at work! /s
In a classroom, patient exam room, etc. What ever was most embarrassing for the perp…
Wisconsin is quickly becoming IL 2.0.
Was talking about this earlier today with my dad (he’s in NM, I’m in WI). We’ll take both arrests as a step in the right direction. As one of my favorite AM radio talk show hosts stated this morning – “the beatings will continue until morale improves.”
The Bar Association will likely pass a resolution supporting her. It won’t discipline her. State bar associations are all uniparty controlled.
Dr. Oz Uncovers Billions in Medicare and Medicaid Fraud, Waste, and Abuse: ‘If You Thought USAID was a Problem, This Will Bring Little Shiver to You’
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/04/dr-oz-uncovers-billions-medicare-medicaid-fraud-waste/
We were told the wealthiest nation in the world couldn’t afford to pay to treat sick old ladies.
Medicare might be the most Kafkaesque corner of our healthcare system.
I tried to pay out-of-pocket for a treatment—only to be denied because I’m a Medicare recipient. When I asked where I could get the treatment through Medicare, the clinic told me… nowhere.
Had to look up what Kafkaesque meant:
having a nightmarishly complex , bizarre, or illogical quality.
Sums it up perfectly.
Satan would be proud.
I had the same experience when I offered to pay for treatment. No, could not do it. It is because Medicare monitors all medicare paid treatments, supposedly, so if a doctor treats you for cash they will start monitoring his whole practice and subject him to the same pricing, etc. A no win situation for the doctor…they will come after him.
We have reported our local oxygen provider for medicare fraud multiple times over the last ten years and absolutely nothing has ever happened to them. There is no effort on the part of insurance companies or the government to actually stop fraud.
Or maybe just one of the E’s is silent.

I highly recommend it. I was suspicious about it because of the actors involved, but it was very, very good.
And who knew Charles Dickens wrote the story of Jesus for his kids. You learn something all the time.
Ever notice how many leftist/communist people have a hyphen somewhere in their name? Weird.
Leftist-Communist. There, fixed it for you. s/
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I am so tired of people who make excuses for why we can’t reshore production. They don’t realize it, but they’re buying the propaganda from large companies. The reality is…they don’t want to reshore their operations. In their eyes, they already have an established supply chain, and they don’t want to change it. Change costs money, and they’re greedy. They have no allegiance to our country which is quite sad. They’ll be the first ones crying about intellectual property theft when their molds and tooling get confiscated.
I know a number of liberals, and they all use the same propaganda: It’s too expensive, we don’t have the capabilities, it would take too long to get going. Do they hear themselves? For people who ostensibly hate large corporations, they sure do a good job of defending them. I work for a manufacturing company, and I can tell you that anything is possible. We have very strong plastic, paper, and metal manufacturing capabilities in this country, and there’s no reason that we can’t develop electronics expertise.
I expect Democrats to oppose American manufacturing, but it’s pretty sad when I see it on our side too. There’s a poster here named California Joe who whines nonstop about tariffs. Nearly every post is him crying about how costs will go up. These people are too myopic to see that short-term pain brings long-term gain. I wish they would spend their time obsessing about how incompetent it is to rely on a foreign adversary for your tech manufacturing. The whole China issue is a disaster and what you call the “high cost of a low price.”
I would rather see a gradual decoupling from China than a trade deal that they won’t honor. You can rest assured that anything they sign won’t be in good faith. They lie, cheat, and steal and will continue their same old tactics, just as we saw with the first trade deal. I do hope that President Trump shifts his focus from a “deal” to pressuring and incentivizing manufacturers to move their supply chains. That has a much larger return on investment for our country. In addition, we need to get rare earth processing facilities up and running as soon as possible. That should be an urgent policy directive. It’s already known that China will be running a larger deficit to defray tariff ramifications. If we keep the pressure on them, we have the ability to destabilize the entire country.
There aren’t many Americans who long for the good old days of sweat shops and child labor!
That’s true, but there seems to be quite a few, like you, who yearn to ignore the millions, upon millions of foreigners in third world sweat shops, child labor and forced labor (aka slavery).
But the little brown people don’t matter, right?. At least not to you. SMH
How old are you? That situation hasn’t existed in this country for quite some time with the exception of a few jobs like poultry….agriculture. Plz name a sweat shop that existed in the 60’s?
I worked in a factory that made pool tables for Montgomery Ward in the 1960s. It was a summer job between college semesters. The place was 100° and everyone who worked there sweat! I was paid $1.50 an hour and ate my peanut butter a jelly sandwich on the outside loading dock by the railroad tracks to escape the heat.
I worked in a below zero ice house and then went outside in the 90 degree weather and ate lunch. Try that one and no one called that a sweat shop. It was called a summer job.
In my home town, we made Zenith 19 inch portable tv’s. One household member could work there and make enough to be comfortably in the middle class. We also had the Lilly Tulip Cup factory. It too was a good paying job. Yes they sweat, because they worked hard.
Dayton, in my childhood.
NCR: 10,000 employees. Free shows and movies on Fridays at a massive meeting hall. A big swimming pool
up the street , with a lagoon to rent canoes adjacent. A country club for the higher ups to play golf at. During
my parent’s time they actually had a marching band. Both of my folks were in it.
Frigidaire: Owned by GM ( which was it’s downfall) . Employed tons of people. Had Fridgedaire park near
the river. Attended many christmas parties there. Booked by my great uncle.
Delco: GM again. Had Delco downtown, Delco Remy, and another one who’s name escapes me. My
Grandpa, Dad’s brother, and my two year older cousin worked at the one downtown. My uncle and
grandpa’s wives didn’t work. Or even drive, for that matter. Grandpa had his home, along with a
summer place and a boat. He had gotten through the 10th grade. My uncle had a similar education.
He bought a new Le Sabre every 3 years, and towed a travel trailer behind it.
Inman: part of GM, 2 factories.
Chrysler Airtemp: made airconditioning for Chrysler cars.
Kimberly Clark: paper products
Neighborhoods in the suburbs: a camper or boat parked alongside the garage of a 3 bedroom
2 bath brick ranch. 2 cars in the driveway, always less then 10 years old, unless it was a retiree.
Hardly anyone owning this had more then a highschool degree. My dad was the first male in
his family to get a high school diploma. My mom was a bit of an outlier, because she worked
part time. Literally non one else’s mom that I knew in the area held a job.
Bethlehem Steel in Lackawanna NY (just S of Buffalo) used to have about 22,000 people per each one of it’s 3 shifts.
With Route 5 being 3-4 lanes wide in each direction to handle the traffic.
Burlington Industries, Kayser-Roth, Glen Raven Textiles, Western Electric plus about 150 small privately owned textile mills. Glenn Raven is all that remains. There may be a sock mill left, bit it’s doubtful.
But enough about your pals in Commie China 🙂
Most Chinese are more Capitalistic than 75% of Democrats here, Grasshopper!
Because it has been so long since there was a literal kinetic war on our shores people assume that it could never happen. Even without it being here, if we were involved in a fight-to-the-death situation, we don’t currently produce enough of our own armaments, metals, ships, pharmaceuticals, etc., to maintain our national security.
Heck, I even read about our meats being sent to China for “processing” before being sent back for sale. There’s something inherently wrong when that’s cheaper than on-site processing.
My elderly husband takes a huge number of prescription medications, I take none (and hope to keep it that way). I am very conscious of the fact that we are extremely vulnerable to a Communist regime which wouldn’t mind killing Americans.
Amazing that we ever reached this point, this level of dependence, to those paying attention it’s frightening. And completely un-American.
Yes, I agree.
They already do kill Americans without compunction.
Fentanyl kills thousands every year.
My son, my niece and my nephew’s wife.
We may well find out that CHYNA is poisoning our meds and or food causing autism and slow death.
When the ‘rona lockdowns started….I worked with a lot of nurses from China…they hightailed it back to their ‘homeland’.
Even if prices do go up, it is the cost of maintaining our quality of life and the welfare state that the collective “we” allowed to be put in place. It is also the cost of our (collective “our”) ongoing apathy in ferreting out and demanding truth and instead allowed the public to be brain-washed. It is to pay for using taxpayers’ money and lives spent working on behalf of all those who are privileged with handouts for anything and everything that provides their needs.
It is time for all of us to pay the real cost for what we have so casually gifted to both Americans and foreigners across the globe. To do otherwise keeps the entire county on the path to full blown totalitarianism.
Electronics: My first real job was assembling / inspecting / calibrating printed circuit boards. Very little training was needed. I then took a semester or few of community college electronic technician courses and then got a job assembling / calibrating / troubleshooting computer terminals.
Both were nice clean entry level and above jobs that almost all Americans could do. And it would only take a couple years to get that whole industry going here again.
These are not rocket surgery jobs, but America is not predominantly rocket surgeons anyway, but they need jobs.
I think PT is using ALL possible means to entice companies back ASAP. What Cal. Joe doesn’t grasp is the current way is unsustainable. He also doesn’t grasp the fact that these “cheap” goods are not really cheap if they are constantly breaking down or needing to be replaced.
Most of the reshoring will be of stuff made and packaged by automated machinery.
Take a walk down the aisles of Walmart and Lowe’s and you’ll see how much such stuff we import because it is a bit cheaper to make it in China.
The plan I posted elsewhere would create about a million new long-term jobs in the USA at an annual payroll cost of about $100 billion, about 1/60th the cost of our federal government.
That’s about 1/130th of our workforce. Look for prices to go up about 1% on average. The new made in the USA stuff will be about 3% more expensive quite often.
Trump names Russia’s ‘big concession’ on Ukraine

Duh? Why wouldn’t MAGA be supportive of Secretary Hegseth?
Is he another person in the administration you want to deride? Or are you so innocently just making a general comment?
What on Earth are you on about?
The attacks on him appear very desperate. I would say he is the right man for the job.

What to do to correct such judicial insurrection?
Lamp post and rope?
The President has to avoid impeachment. Impeachment begins ONLY in the House. The House is the easiest to control be We the People since turnover is every two years. The Senate can’t do dink without the House regarding impeachment. So! The battle is to get MAGA people in control of the House.
in order to get MAGA folks in control of the House, we will have to get rid of President Trump’s chosen party, the repulsicans… It ain’t never gonna happen…
Well if true what you say, the republicans and Pres. Trump as the Republican leader, need to get more election reforms in place.
The machines, the mail in ballots, the corrupted voter rolls, voter ID, the counting of votes after Election Day, early voting etc has not been changed much of at all. If most of those reforms don’t happen then all bets are off for an election without cheating. Cheating means more opportunity for the enemy to steal the House and Senate.
tar and feather will be more fun…
Wishful thinking on my part.
“What to do to correct such judicial insurrection”
I wonder what Shakespeare would think about this.
That a pound of flesh never satisfies them.
“out damned spot”!
Congress where are you? Since the influx of aliens has been called an invasion it has been suggested PT go around the judges by suspending writ habeaus corpus ……..sp? sorry.
Have the FBI quietly terrorize these judges, their families, and those close to them. Exert major pressure outside of the media’s eye.
I’m angry that virtually everything we know about the Noem purse-snatching has been filtered through CNN.
A picture exists of the alleged thief, but we aren’t allowed to see it, by the Secret Service?
Why are they in charge?
That story is almost as wacky as the Pelosi Gay Hammer Dance break-in one.
I’m tired of our government getting away with hiding things from us.
It just gets weirder. I’m beginning to think Noem might be weird. She did a podcast, if you’re interested in her take.
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/dhs-chief-kristi-noem-reveals-how-her-purse-stolen-restaurant-professionally-done
You’re right she’s weird.
Consider which 3-letter agency is the designated leaker to CNN from within the US Government by the Deep State.
The fact CNN is the reporting agency means this was no simple purse snatching as reported.
Oooh! I forgot about that angle! Great catch!
That also explains why they won’t let us see the footage.
Maybe I’m not using all my cylinders about this topic but I’m having trouble understanding why you keep posting about it.
You mention not “being allowed” to see the footage. I feel that way about hundreds of things that will have a big impact on my future. For example, I’d like to hear the meetings Secretary Kennedy is having, and would be glued to my computer if I could hear more of the peace talks.
Okay, I get it that some things need to be private until things are more settled.
But in regard to Secretary Noem’s purse, I could care less unless for some reason she carried government secrets to Easter lunch with her family, which I doubt.
I have no interest in how much money she lost or who did or what kind of purse it was or anything else having to do with this. In the scheme of all things I’m interested in, this topic is about 10,004 on the list.
I would care if this purse snatch stopped her from doing her job, but it didn’t.
Why do you care? Do you think she made it up to get publicity and you want to nail her to the wall?
How would it change your life if a guy in a hoodie snatched it? Do you think she paid him otherwise he wouldn’t have been able to reach it? If not for publicity, what reason would she have for doing that?
Or are you anti MAGA and anyone doing MAGA work is a target for you to hone in on?
For someone who doesn’t care you are investing a lot of time on it.
I’m tired of scrolling through yet another one of your rants about the a purse when we the people have hundreds of serious issues confronting us.
I’d like to hear one good reason for your obsession. But no, you still don’t give one.
My conclusion is you like to stir the pot when you notice MAGA making strides.
If your issue is the Secret Service who failed to stop the snatch, we already know they are incompetent. They proved that when President Trump came within a hair of being killed and the actions of the SS to manage the venue are questionable, and then a second assassin got close. I am vitally interested in many questions about all of this, but not even a little interested in Noem’s purse.
Ms, to be fair the head of Homeland Security getting her purse snatched while distracted IS a big deal – whether her own lack of situational preparedness, or lack of proper security detail to secure her and her possessions. It is also a major embarrassment that never should’ve happened for multiple reasons.
And I’m sure it DID stop her from doing her job at least for a while. The full contents of her purse were not detailed in the nooz, but what was listed was enough to keep her preoccupied for some time. In addition, we taxpayers will be footing the bill for all the feds involved in investigating, recovering, and replacing all the sensitive items.
Not sharing the pic of the guy is just icing on the cake. Now she says he was a “professional.” Weird. Aren’t all people who steal for a living “professional”?
I can barely keep up with the hundreds of serious issues confronting us. Maybe I’m slow, but I suspect others feel the same. Not only do we need to become informed, but each of us needs to plan how to support President Trump and our local situations.
So I find it odd that someone becomes obsessed with a purse that they apparently believe is worth so much of their time and ours. And yes the SS are not competent but that is not news.
Resurrecting the topic up over and over has turned in a “look squirrel.”
I wonder how many other women had their purse stolen or snatched on that particular day?
I suspect if we knew the total number of purse snatchings in the USA on that particular day, we could see just how “newsworthy” Noem’s purse being stolen is…
There are many things, important and unimportant, that will interest one person or another. Some of us can multi task and pay attention to many different things.
Just HOW do you know if the stolen purse kept her from doing her job? Did she tell you that or do you know her complete itinerary?
She probably now knows her security detail is sub par. If that thief could steal her purse under those circumstances, they certainly could have put something incriminating in her purse and left it. They could have put something highly toxic or radioactive in her purse and left it.
They could’ve smeared fentanyl on her, for that matter. We’re all in jeopardy nowadays, though we can’t live in paranoia. But this seems like common sense matter.
If you’ve ever known a regular woman whose purse has been stolen, you know how much time and effort is involved in the aftermath. ID, keys, bank accounts, etc. all takes a lot of work. And we don’t carry our passports in our purse. And we aren’t head of Homeland Security.
Nobody mentioned her phone. Can’t imagine if she had a make-up bag in her purse, she didn’t also have a phone. Huge problem. This isn’t just a funny story. It’s hard to find justification for someone in that position.
Ordinary women don’t have a staff of people who handle tasks like these.
You surprise me that in the scheme of things this topic occupies your mind.
No more than yours. Look at all your posts on the topic. Why are you so upset about people discussing it?
You misunderstand. I am not upset about people discussing it. I think it’s a stupid waste of time.
Well I can appreciate that, but disagree. Something went very wrong here. We’ve had our President publicly shot at twice, when it never should’ve been allowed. There are basic failures in protection. It is critical to address these lapses in security.
YES!!!!!! We need to figure out how it was allowed to happen that our President was almost killed and we need to hold those responsible accountable!!!!!!
Spending time on purse snatching does nothing to further that or our understanding of 100 other important issues. That is my point!!!!!!!
But purse snatching is a distraction. Who benefits from that? People who do not support MAGA.
With that train of reasoning this out, how do you know just the opposite didn’t happen. She might have had no problems doing her job because her purse was stolen. Did she tell you that she did? How do you know?
Speculation is a major part of what people do here everyday. Nobody knows the inside information no matter how much they think they do except SD who is deep into the world of DC politics with lots of contacts and legitimate insider connections. Most of us don’t come close to that. This incident is being run around over and over and it seems quite over the top at this point.
Noem is a high level administration dept head. That’s a fact. That makes her purse being stolen raise questions about who what and why. That’s a given. It’s being addressed as far as we know and she continues to do her job. What else should be released at this point?
I know she kept doing her job because I see the results.
That is my point. Her job matters and she is getting results. Continually posting about her purse is a diversion.
Why is this so important an issue to you? Noem got robbed. End of story really. Why would it matter so much how it’s handled to you? Why does the public have to know more about this incident? Doesn’t she have SS protection? Maybe they are investigating because they were most likely there too.
Ukraine confirms its own POWs were on plane it blasted out of sky
An Il-76 carrying 65 Ukrainian servicemen destined for an exchange was shot down by Kiev in 2024, according to Moscow
A senior official in Kiev has confirmed that Ukrainian prisoners of war were among those killed when a Russian Il-76 military transport plane was downed in the border Belgorod Region in January 2024. The 65 service members were to be included in one of the routine prisoner exchanges between the two countries.
The crash occurred on January 24, 2024, near the village of Yablonovo in Russia’s Belgorod Region, killing all 74 people on board. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the aircraft was transporting 65 Ukrainian POWs, meant for an imminent exchange, along with six crew members and three Russian guards. Russian President Vladimir Putin at the time said that he “doesn’t know” and “does not understand” why Ukraine took down the plane, later suggesting that it was an accident.
In February 2024, a New York Times report cited US officials as saying that the plane was likely shot down by a Patriot missile system operated by Ukrainian forces, in line with the Russian Defense Ministry’s statement that it had detected two Ukrainian missile launches shortly before the crash.

Per article, FBI had a warrant and notified the presiding judge prior to effecting their arrest.
Worth a click-through to see what Your Honor thinks of the Sixteenth President Of The United States Of America.
I’ve come to the conclusion he was not as history tends to portray him.
See: The Real Lincoln: A New Look at Abraham Lincoln, His Agenda, and an Unnecessary War (by Thomas DiLorenzo)
He sure did a job on our Xth Amendment.
Remember: The winners write the history.
🧐🧐
Yep, modern day “history” has been re-written to be more “political correct” and to cover up what our past Presidents actually did…
Get yourself some older History text books, from the late 50’s or older, and you won’t believe how much of our real history has been erased for political reasons…
Yeah … Abraham Lincoln fooled all the great historians. He was an evil dunce and you are here to make sure we know. My take on Abraham Lincoln is that people who disdain him wish the Confederacy had won the war and they could still have slaves or at least keep the Darkies picking cotton for sub human wages and dancing for our amusement.
The inexplicable behavior of Roberts and Barrett might be due to their foreign adoptions through third parties in Caribbean countries. Is there some issue being used to control them?
Just a thought.
This article sheds some light on your assertion. It also mentions Gorsuch who joined Roberts and Barrett in their most recent ruling against PDJT’s deportations. It was posted here earlier today by Winston.
It Was Obvious Amy Coney Barrett Couldn’t Be Trusted
Conservatives thought she would be their RBG. She turned out to be Trump’s worst pick
Apr 15, 2025
https://www.highly-respected.com/p/it-was-obvious-amy-coney-barrett
Seems she probably wasn’t Trump’s pick even though he will be the President of record who nominated her. Look to Mitch and friends who most likely told PTrump they would only confirm certain people and perhaps, specifically her. We don’t know for sure though, but Barrett was not on his original list according to reports.
From what little I have seen about the Roberts’ adoption, he may have found a way around Irish law. That’s all, and the kids are grown.
That’s his specialty, isn’t it? Figuring ways to get around the rules?
As for Coney B. and her Haitian kids, those kids are unfortunately a dime a dozen and up for grabs.
No, they just never were on our side. They don’t need to be blackmailed. They support everything the uniparty is doing, especially the population replacement scheme. Barrett is your typical leftist suburban woman who hates white men.
After seeing Kathy O’Brien speak on Alex Jones, I look at most of them (ruling elites) with cuteye. I don’t trust anyone outside of President Trump and a handful of his people. Most of them are dirty until proven clean, for me.
I’m from Maryland.
Today I read that Alexis Barrera-Rosa, an illegal alien from Guatamala living in Maryland has just been charged with murdering the mother of his two children.
Last week, Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez, an illegal alien from El Salvador living in Maryland, was found guilty of brutally raping, strangling and murdering a beautiful mother of five, Rachel Morin, in Bel Air, Md. Her blood was everywhere!
Still another illegal alien, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, from El Salvador living in Maryland, a MS13 gang member involved in sex trafficking, was deported back to his home country by the Trump administration.
Thank goodness we Marylanders have Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen who expressed his outrage over this and vowed to do something about it!
So he flew to El Salvador on Maryland taxpayers’ dime to check on the safety and well-being of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who Van Hollen claims was kidnapped, and to demand that he be returned to Maryland!
Our beloved Senator who, like Superman, constantly fights for truth, justice and the American Way, even called Garcia’s wife, Jennifer, “to pass along his message of love,” he said. Van Hollen failed to mention if Jennifer still had a restraining order out against her violent husband because of the frequent beatings shes received from him.
We Marylanders want to take this opportunity to send our message of love to our very own Senator Chris Van Hollen…
…after we all gag ourselves with a spoon!
There are no words to express my disdain…
LionTigerBear, I live in Maryland, too.
Questions:
Just google it—I googled “Garcia traffic stop for trafficking” and found many articles. Here are two of them.
DHS Releases Bombshell Investigative Report on Kilmar Abrego Garcia Suspected Human Trafficking Incidenthttps://www.dhs.gov/news/2025/04/18/dhs-releases-bombshell-investigative-report-kilmar-abrego-garcia-suspected-human
Deported alleged MS-13 gangbanger Kilmar Abrego Garcia was driving convicted smuggler’s car during Tennessee traffic stop
At the time, the alleged gangbanger — who was deported by the Trump administration last month — claimed that the packed SUV was owned by “his boss” at his construction job, who turned out to be Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes, an illegal migrant previously convicted of smuggling others into the US, Just The News first reported
https://nypost.com/2025/04/23/us-news/deported-alleged-ms-13-gangbanger-kilmar-abrego-garcia-was-driving-convicted-smugglers-car-during-tennessee-traffic-stop/
Human trafficking is a more encompassing term than sex trafficking, because it includes any form of modern slavery: sex trafficking, forced labor, domestic servitude, etc.
The only feedback Van Hollen cares about comes at the ballot box but voting him out is a tall order in deep blue Maryland. I was once a Baltimore County election judge working with dedicated people but within a rotten system controlled by a corrupt Maryland board of elections.
Oh and here is Van Hollen’s original string of posts from 20a17 and an article on it saying Trump should go after MS-13
Van Hollen’s Post From 2017 on MS-13 Comes Back to Haunt Him
Shame on President Trump for tearing apart hardworking immigrant families. We should be focused on MS-13, not scholarship winners.

Colkitto… you might be interested in this story:
https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/jill-dando-murder-spy-chief-35118370
Jill Dando was a UK reporter that was murdered in 1999 – caused quite a stir at the time. Well, it seems the perp was a Serb special forces.
About two thirds into the story, he apparently was going to assassinate George Soros for the destabilization he was causing along with NGOs!
Thought you might like to add this to your collection of facts from that period.
The story reads a bit differently to me than it would have several years ago.
“Jill’s BBC appeal was on behalf of some of the UK’s largest NGOs, potentially making her a legitimate target in Filipovic’s warped view. The Serbian source said of Jill’s appeal: “It could be perceived as part of a ‘special war’ against Milosevic and Serbia and the secret service could have taken some [action].”
Ty Observer. Appreciate it my friend
Nothing short of a total trifecta takedown of corrupt bureaucrats and the electeds they rule over will satisfy many here in The Treehouse because practically everyone here is marinating in the “knowing” of more than a decade of high-level US political subversion and corruption, while the rest of the population are finally becoming aware of it
Those two “judiciary” members meeting their comeuppance WHILE AMERICA WATCHES means something completely different to the lo-info and uninformed today than when Biden “won” in 2020…Trump needs EVERYONE on board when he implements an emergency plan that bypasses our domestic court process that would otherwise destroy itself taking on the impossible task Dems pretend is existential to our constitution if illegals can’t exploit it
Righteous anger is highly motivating when business-as-usual falls short

With Z-Man playing the Ukrainian Constitution card that prohibits his making a deal …. Only ONE Solution remains …. If Z-Man could change the Constitution due to war time environment then make Z-Man exercise his dictatorial powers to CHANGE THE UKRAINIAN Constitution, again, due to the same war time environment.
Pull the plug:
NO MONEY
NO US Weapons
NO US Deep Strike Capability
Issue END USER Limits ON ALL US weapons, new sales and those already sold but not in the Ukraine, barring them from the Ukraine
Close down DoD – CIA – State Department Military HQ and support assets, declare ALL those who go rogue as NOT Protected by the US … LIST their names in Public
Bring home ALL Augmenting Forces sent over by JoeBama’s Auto-Pen in 2022.
Then the biggie … REMOVE ALL Russian Sanctions and fully normalized the US relationship with Russia, to include the 10% Baseline Tariff.
Make it clear that from the day these are implemented … forward … the Ukraine War is an EU Issue, only.
The send a “price list” to the EU and Z-man for US help to end the conflict … this time as a truly neutral participant.
Be wary of absolutes.
We want Ukraine to be able to defend its territory, but we don’t want to pay for Zelensky’s arrogance.
There might be a base monthly allocation, which we might not reveal publicly, of say $2 billion/month and a percentage (say 40%) of our output of artillery shells and defensive missiles.
If Zelensky is totally unreasonable, that might get cut up to 75%. If Russia is bad, that would get increased up to $4 billion and 80%.
For absolute A-Holes like Z-Man and EU, only absolute answers work.
Every “gradual attempt” so far has been met with a public contempt from Z-Man, followed by a Public Tantrum supported by his EU buddies demanding more.
A new form of the Marshall Plan?
No, thankyou.
“Close down DoD – CIA – State Department Military HQ and support assets, declare ALL those who go rogue as NOT Protected by the US … LIST their names in Public”

Every standard is different for President Trump and his administration.
“Due process,” Obama style! What say you SCROTUS?
Don’t laugh, Biden “a devout Catholic,” is going to the Pope’s funeral, I guess Dr. Jill wanted another trip at taxpayer expense, or she’s still desperately trying to prop up the cadaver who sat in Stolen Office for four years, pretending that he’s legitimate and lucid:

In the real world isn’t necrophilia illegal?? //sarc
Was going to inquire if there had been any Joe sightings since Jan 20th…Take it the right way, was mostly curious.
This should be a bit interest, especially considering all the people who will probably be there with some maybe trying to question him.
They will have an entire pharmacy with them. And well placed handlers.
I just found the “devout Catholic” amusing, so typical of the mockingbird media.
He gave a speech not too long ago.
One last sniff.
Or shart.

Well, the election “Pope” Francis was about as legit as that of Biden. They’ll meet again in the same place sooner or later.

US Secretary of Defense: Unlawful Orders, Mandated Experimental COVID-19 vaccine
ROBERT W MALONE MD, MS
APR 25, 2025
“….The law that addresses the issue of mandatory experimental vaccines in the military is rooted in the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) framework established by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Under this framework, vaccines can be authorized for emergency use during public health crises, but they are not fully approved and thus considered experimental. According to federal law, an EUA vaccine cannot be mandated by the military, as noted in a 2005 case, Doe v Rumsfeld, where Judge Emmet Sullivan ruled that under federal law, an EUA vaccine cannot be mandated….”

How will The City strike back?
🤔
I have found it very interesting that over the last ten years, with the last five being extreme, the Chinese have
planted themselves, in large numbers, in the coastal cities with ports. I know of a small town, five miles from the port in Corpus Christi, where an entire apartment complex was bought by and hosts all Chinese. Why? There is an empty building that was supposedly meant to be some kind of factory for these men, that never happened.
A LEO in rockport area has commented on the coast situation regarding Chinese infiltration. Houston, same in bigger numbers.
Any other treepers notice the same in their state? Are the ports a target? 🤷🏻♀️
Remember the raid of the China Inc. Consulate in July 2020 after the TX Rangers finally convinced FBI Director Wray that bad things were happening. The FBI did not raid the place until after China Inc. had evacuated the facility.
Almost all super blue, Dem controlled cities are port cities.

This man entered during the Cadaver’s puppetry, and I still think a Class Action is merited: Not only did these federal officials very intentionally NOT do their jobs, they actively worked against the protection of America and her citizens.

A real question on a SNAP ap:
Does your household include a migrant or seasonal farm worker whose income has stopped and whose available cash and bank accounts do not exceed $100?
Yes No
One has to wonder whether the SNAP officials are conflating the legal categories of “migrant” or “seasonal farm worker” with illegal aliens, invaders, and overstayers.
Sounds that way.
Soros, Neocons, USAID & Destabilizing India & World
Posted Apr 25, 2025
By Martin Armstrong
“…The BJP cited an article by French media outlet Mediapart that claimed that Soros’s Open Society Foundations and the State Department funded the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP). Then, it drew attention to the OCCRP’s exposes on the alleged use of Pegasus spyware by the Modi government, investigations into the Adani group’s activity, and reports on declining religious freedom in India to suggest that Soros and the Biden administration were in effect behind this coverage. This was perhaps part of the Neocon agenda led by Blinken, who has been attacking any government that supported Russia. He even covertly intervened in the Romanian elections to prevent an anti-EU candidate from winning who would have stopped the construction of NATO’s largest airbase in Europe, to be staged in Romania, to easily attack Russia.
A BJP spokesperson said at a news conference:
“The deep state had a clear objective to destabilise India by targeting Prime Minister Modi … it has always been the US State Department behind this agenda [and] OCCRP has served as a media tool for carrying out a deep state agenda”.
The comments targeting the State Department took many analysts by surprise, but what has surfaced is that George Soros’ organisations received $260 million from the US Agency for International Development (USAID) to create regime changes by influencing political affairs with the purpose of destabilizing multiple nations, including India and Bangladesh. Trump himself has posted on X, stating: “George Soros received $260,000,000.00 from USAID and used this money to spread chaos, change governments, and personal gain in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Ukraine, Syria, Iran, Pakistan, India, UK, and the US.” …”

They are not down at all here. Gas is $2.79 and that is the same as when Biden left office. Eggs are still high and I think maybe higher. This is in Western NC…I wonder where he is getting his information.
It depends on state to state for some reason. Prices are not down at all here in Georgia, but I recently traveled to Tennessee and Kentucky, and they are down there. TN and KY have never had lower gas prices than GA, particularly KY, but they do now. Got gas for $2.59 on my trip. It’s still around $3 in GA.
At one point I heard Trump say gas was under $2 per gallon…I wonder where that is. SC is usually lower than NC but that was before they instituted a gas tax. TN is generally speaking a lot lower in costs for everything than NC. I am surprised Georgia is that high.
AAA Fuel Prices
Breaks it down by state and then
county/regions in State.
It also breaks down by week, month,year…..
💁♀️
So it hasn’t gone down anywhere that I can see.
Gas will probably never reach the lows associated with President Trump’s first term. Inflation keeps that baseline higher but I expect gas prices to drop significantly. I would pay careful attention to the State taxes on gas. I fully expect the governors of Blue states to increase taxes on gas which they would then hope slips by unnoticed and the “high” gas prices are blamed on President Trump! He doesn’t care about the poor people … yada, yada, yada.
Eggs at Walmart in Erie, PA were up to $9. 25 ish/18 eggs and are down to just over $6/18 eggs when I looked 2 days ago. That’s down a third but still a long way to go. I’m hoping to finance that 18 egg carton as soon as I can afford the down payment. .
Not knocking Mr. President but gas prices are 3.49. Up about 30 cents in the last month or so in western Maryland.

“…Democrat US Representative Jamin Ben Raskin represents the 8th congressional district of Maryland. He is a graduate of Harvard and Harvard Law School. He led the impeachment of President Trump during Trump’s first term of office.
US Representative Raskin has issued a threat to everyone who does business with the Trump administration that “when we come back to power we are not going to look kindly.”
In other words, Raskin has clearly threatened repercussions for doing business of any kind with a lawfully elected government of the US.
This threat, of course, applies to the “domestic terrorists” who elected Trump. Remember, it is Trump who is trying to restore America, and the Democrats who are trying to turn America into a Sodom and Gomorrah Tower of Babel. But Raskin, the Democrats, the left-wing and most of the white liberals regard President Trump’s effort to resurrect America as the imposition of fascism. In US Rep. Democrat Raskin’s words, “We’re going to restore strong democracy to America and we will remember who stood up for democracy in America and who tried to drive us down towards dictatorship and autocracy.”…”
“…It is my opinion that Trump, his government, and his supporters do not understand that they are up against a more powerful destructive ideological force than America ever faced from the Soviet Union. The entirety of the Democrat Party, media, universities, deep state, are totally opposed to America and want to transform America into a Sodom & Gomorrah Tower of Babel.

How CIA Islamists Destroyed Somalia
By Dean Henderson
APR 25, 2025
“…The UN operations in Somalia under Admiral Howe’s control had originally been run out of the Mogadishu offices of Conoco. Exploration done by Hunt Oil in the 1980’s found that the massive oil rift which underlies Saudi Arabia and Yemen extends across the Gulf of Aden and into northern Somalia, an area now conveniently partitioned and known as Somaliland and Puntland.
Just prior to his overthrow, the corrupt President Siad Barre had cut a deal allocating nearly two-thirds of Somalia to four US oil companies- Conoco, BP Amoco, Chevron Texaco and Phillips Petroleum. Conoco later bought Phillips. One World Bank oil engineer said of the Somaliland oil prospects, “It’s there. There’s no doubt there’s oil there.”[4]…”

Where Things Stand
“When the truth comes out, do not ask me how I knew. Ask yourself why you didn’t.” — “The Researcher” on X
James Howard Kunstler
Apr 25, 2025
https://www.kunstler.com/p/where-things-stand
“Fighting fascism,” for the American Jacobins who lead the Democratic Party, means opposing any attempt to flush the corruption out of the entrenched bureaucracy, just as their pet phrase “our democracy” actually refers to the matrix of grift and despotic activism that drives their political operating system. That is exactly how and why the USAID was so crucial to spread captured taxpayer spoils as NGO salaries for the gender studies grads to play “activist,” so as to inflict their special brand of sadistic power madness over the land — to keep the game going.
Now, USAID is scattered to the winds and all they have left is their installed base of federal judges [and faux conservative rigged SCOTUS – W] and the horde of lawfare lawyers who feed them bogus cases to halt the remaining work of Mr. Trump’s executive branch clean-up operation. Remember: Robespierre, leader of the Jacobins in the French Revolution, was a lawyer. Their version of defending “our democracy” in 1793 was the Reign of Terror that sent at least 17,000 political opponents to the guillotine.
The game now is to goad President Trump into any kind of executive action in defiance of this legal insurrection that would subject him to impeachment after January 2027, when a new Congress is seated, theoretically with a Democratic majority.
The question is: what can be done about this lawfare insurrection. An easy solution would be for Congress to pass a law restricting the power of federal judges to issue orders that affect the nation as a whole outside their own designated districts.
The House passage is likely assured [I doubt it unless they know the Senate will nix it and they make their usual safe, poser votes for something they know won’t pass; PLUS, both houses of CONgress want to obstruct Trump, the RINOs by stealth; Kunstler obviously hasn’t been adequately red pilled yet – W]. The hang-up is that under Senate rules, the Democrats could mount a filibuster that would require 60 votes to break. The Republicans only control the chamber by a 53 to 47 majority, and no Democrats have signaled any intention to vote in favor of such a bill. In any case, the entire process would take months and might not succeed at all. [I’d say likely to not succeed since both halves of the UNiParty have used district courts to override nationally, they obviously want that option which explains why the RINO half of the UniParty hasn’t even complained about the bond requirement for plaintiffs that’s not being enforced – W]
A much simpler remedy would be for the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) to rule in any of a number of cases now on their docket that the lawfare antics of the federal judges amount to interference with an independent executive branch — in short, that the judiciary can’t usurp the executive powers of the President, which include the conduct of foreign policy, the ability to manage personnel in executive agencies, and certain issues around the spending of taxpayer dollars. [a correct ruling isn’t likely from what we’ve seen thus far from Roberts and Barrett and their siding with “stunning” decisions as the actually conservative, dissenting justices called one of them recently; a correct ruling would permanently gut the district courts capability which both halves of the UniParty have used, but which recently has reached a level of a Deep State/Blob desired judicial coup; plus, there is that bonding requirement for the plaintiffs that isn’t even being enforced which should come before going to SCOTUS – W]
Then someone needs to investigate the relationship between Congress and K-Street lobbyists who write all Congressional bills which are passed unread!!! JMO

Chinese Delegation Spotted Entering Treasury Department, Demands Photos Be Deleted: Report | ZeroHedge
According to an overnight report in The JoongAng, one of the three biggest newspapers in South Korea, and the newspaper of record for South Korea, it was “confirmed that the United States and China have begun behind-the-scenes contacts in relation to the ‘tariff war’ waged by US President Donald Trump.”
Again, as noted above, after Trump said he had been in contact with China every day, the Chinese side, through a Foreign Ministry spokesperson briefing, said that Trump was effectively lying: “we have never had any consultations or negotiations with the United States, and (the related remarks) are all fake news.” The Chinese Ministry of Commerce also denied this, saying, “Economic and trade negotiations (with the United States) are not underway.”
However, in its overnight report, JoongAng Ilbo confirmed that at around 7 am ET on the 24th, a high-ranking official from the Chinese Ministry of Finance entered the Treasury building located right next to the White House in Washington D.C. accompanied by about 10 associates.

So TIME asked President Trump if he agrees with the following statement from Founding Father John Adams: America is “a government of laws, not of men.”
Instead of just saying “yes” because it’s easy to praise the Fathers…
“The President pauses to think it through. ‘I wouldn’t agree with it 100%,’ he says. ‘We are a government where men are involved in the process of law, and ideally, you’re going to have honest men like me.'”
LEGENDARY RESPONSE.

Fascinating article detailing the recently released de-classified McCabe memos from the General Flynn takedown to the appointment of Special Counsel Mueller.
These people (Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Rosenstein, etc.) really thought that they were The Government and needed to protect it (and themselves) from President Trump. Sad and Deranged.
McCabe memos show how disgraced FBI leader kept Trump-Russia collusion hoax alive in 2017
Newly-declassified Crossfire Hurricane records reveal the key role that Andrew McCabe played in perpetuating the Russiagate hoax. There are still people who believe it.
The eight memos penned by McCabe, most of which had never been released until earlier this month, span his discussions and meetings (including with President Donald Trump) held from January 24, 2017 to May 21, 2017 — a critical time period ranging from just before the FBI sprung an interview on retired Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn to just after Robert Mueller was appointed special counsel. The memos were more fully declassified through efforts by Trump and FBI Director Kash Patel earlier this month.
McCabe was a stalwart ally of since-fired FBI Director James Comey, coordinated closely with since-fired FBI special agent Peter Strzok on the launch and the conduct of the flawed and politicized Crossfire Hurricane investigation, and relied heavily upon disgraced FBI lawyer Lisa Page as his close confidante.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy published this statement on X:
I held a Staff meeting.
Today, there was also a separate report from the Minister of Defense.
The top priority is air defense — securing systems and missile supplies for them.
Our agreements with partners.
Contracts.
Our readiness to produce air defense systems in Ukraine and negotiations regarding licensing.
There were reports from the military and government officials.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been tasked with specific responsibilities.
We will seek to reach an agreement with the United States as well — an agreement on Patriots for Ukraine.
We are ready to purchase the necessary number of Patriot systems for our country.
This is not about charity.
We have proposed concrete deal options — to protect our people.
I’ve instructed our diplomats to work more actively toward a response on Patriots.
…
Let’s break this down…the little man holds meetings.
How much are the meetings productive to attain ‘peace’ for their country?
So according to Zelenskyy, partners need to support financially and ‘boots on the ground’.
But Ukraine will produce air defense systems.
And then…Ukraine decides to petition partners for Patriot system, bypassing the production.
Now they are willing to ‘purchase’ the system, and maybe? from the funds the partners are giving…
O, of course another partner must implement ‘boots on the ground’ to operate the system.
Now you tell me…What will Ukraine do to ensure peace for the country besides hold meetings and issue orders to the partners?
Zelensky is going to pay for Patriot missiles with the money he receives from the United States! LOL
White House released an audio only President Trump press gaggle while on Air Force One enroute to Italy; 14 minutes:

I am uneasy with this. The 1st Amendment is needed, even when I don’t agree with the message or messenger.
As for leakers, use other methods for identifying them and then take solid action. If the leak was bad enough that the DOJ would consider subpoenaing a journalist, don’t do it unless an investigation showed that the journalist blackmailed, entrapped, or bribed for the story.
dems going to use this to attack trump saying he is destroying the first amendment… more evidence bondi is deep state.
They are just returning to preBiden norms.
“ In 2021, the Biden Justice Department, led by then-US Attorney General Merrick Garland, adopted a policy restricting the use of subpoenas to obtain reporter information:”
Good behavior?
