There is a great and long tradition of public education in our culture. Partly, it was so people could access the Bible and be a moral people capable of being free. Taxpayers pay for it to be available to all. It has a straightforward mandate to educate, yet the Left, in it’s moral superiority, has turned public school into indoctrination camps that fail at education. And that’s all she’s got? To say, well you can homeschool? What about the quality of the public education we pay for? What about the financial burden on parents who have a right to expect their taxes to be used for the mandate given: education. Why is it so impossible for radical leftist activists to place any limit on what the whole of society must put up with so the leftist fringe can continue their cultural war?
Here’s a challenge for this DEI hire: Since the Supreme Court is supposed to ensure that the constitution, as the supreme law of the land, is respected and upheld, what is her argument that public schools have the right to abuse their mandate to provide education for all and focus instead on unrelated topics like teaching gender ideology and even aspiring to become adhoc clinics for carrying out that mission – in adversary relation with parents.
Oh that’s right, justices don’t have to make arguments anymore.

There appears to be a set of people who have as a tenet of their belief system, that a man can become a woman, which comes under the umbrage of all things LGB, et al.

Most of that was probably self inflicted from the tear gas and rubber bullets.
