He did this for a continuation of an illegal warrant. He was simply reasking the CIA a question the CIA had answered already multiple times.
The CIA answer never changed. Clinesmith changed it to fraudulently get the warrant renewed.
So, how was the warrant ever issued or renewed before Clinesmith’s fraud on the Court? The repeated CIA statement went against those seeking the illegal warrant. They already committed fraud on the court.
Clinesmith’s illegal act was as much to protect everyone else, all the others previously lying to the Court, as it was to deceive the Court.

I think it’s more than that. The connection between MS-13 and the Seth Rich assassination is supported by evidence. The intentional importation and distribution of gangs and terrorists around the country is also well observed and clearly connected to the Democratic party.
They have an intention and a purpose in this. So far we only know of the results and can only assume the results are a function of their intent.

They offered him an upgrade to an Apple 16,but the morass he encountered in the next 5 hours of phone time left him slightly jilted.

One reason for “non-removable” batteries is to achieve a high water and dust resistance rating.
Most newer (sealed) phones can be submerged in at least one meter of water for >30 minutes. It’s difficult to have the back of the phone removable and at the same time maintain water resistance. The manufacturers can add gaskets but there’s reliability issues with that plus it increases the size of the phone.
It is possible to replace the battery even on a sealed phone, you can do it yourself for the cost of a new battery (like $20) but believe me it’s not easy, plus you will probably not be able to make it waterproof. Some cell phone repair shops will do it for about $100, including re-sealing the unit.
The Galazy 5S (S5?) phone achieved this WITH a removable battery.
Which is also why there were some temporary exemptions put on much of that.
However, if you continue to let China gsin control of the whole process….there is nothing to stop China from charging the same down the road.

I searched around a bit, and couldn’t find any statement that Gov. Murphy was planning to return to New Jersey because of the fire.
On the New Jersey Governor website ( https://www.nj.gov/governor/ ) I did a search on “new jersey fire 2025”. The results ( https://nj.gov/search/#gsc.tab=0&gsc.q=new%20jersey%20fire%202025&gsc.sort=date ), sorted on date, listed an article on the fact that Acting Governor Tahesha Way was planning to declare a state of emergency. But there were no articles that said that Gov. Murphy was planning to return early, from overseas.
I’m so glad President Trump is in office! He’ll make sure New Jersey gets the federal help that it needs. I remember once in his first term, when he stayed in the White House over the Christmas break, ready and willing to talk to members of Congress about something (I think the budget).

I once campaigned for a friend who is a Democrat while I was in college. The party went by the name democrats and so did he identified himself as a Democrat. Deportation does not deprive a person of life, liberty, or property, hence no “due process” requirement to remove illegal aliens from the United States. An illegal alien has no right to presence in the United States and no right to resist by any means – including courts – their removal from the United States.
Of course judges will disagree. They seem to think they are divine philosopher-kings endowed by God with wisdom and you are to obey them in all matters as you obey God. That tripe might have sway in medieval England, but not the United States.
The U.S. judiciary is confined to cases in law and equity yet judges have injected themselves into political decisions. They demand that removal of illegal aliens be subject to judicial permission, and worse: they threaten to appoint their own prosecutors to prosecute any who disobey their edicts! Tyrannical judicial insurrectionists need to be impeached.
Typically, all ‘Due Process’ means is 1.) Notice; and 2.) Opportunity to be heard. That’s it.

Shouldn’t require a court, but if it has to be in a court, an hour per customer ought to suffice.
