I have followed a couple of law suits in Georgia. Curling vs Raffensperger (GA SOS) and DeKalb County GOP vs Raffensperger. Both law suits were focused on Raffensperger keeping Dominion Voting Machines despite evidence of possible/probable hacking during several election cycles.
The courts dismissed the law suits because the plaintiffs couldn’t show votes were changed. Of course, the plaintiffs couldn’t have no access to voting records or Dominion software/records (proprietary). They couldn’t only show vulnerabilities of the machines.

Outstanding! By suing Fox News and others and winning enormous monetary settlements for defamation, Dominion and Smartmatic have totally freaked out the News Media to the extent that they are afraid to say Boo about voting machines.

The Fox settlement was shady, to say the least. The amount was something like 6 or 10 times what Dominion was worth. In other words, it could not possibly have proven damages of $787.5 million to its business-if a jury had awarded that much, the court would have reduced it.
Fox caved and didn’t even challenge . They didn’t want to prove Trump right .
Fox news was setting the stage to make sure that Trump could not win reelection in 2024.
They happily paid the fine for “defaming” voting machines so as to make Trump look like a wing nut talking about stolen elections. This set the stage for “Trump is lying about election cheating. Even Fox news “lost” in a lawsuit.”
Then they teed up Ron DeSantis, gave him a book deal, change laws in Florida to help him out, and tried to create a grassroots movement from the top down.
