HOLY CRAP
Gretchen Whitmer is in the Oval Office as Trump signs an EO to address an invasive carp fish problem in the Great Lakes
YIKES
Holy Carp…is what I think you meant!
Is that what’s wrong with her face?
No kiddin
She and Jena Griswold should hide from cameras, save it for Halloween….ALSO, Trump put her there for a reason–>optics, guessing FBI CHI stuff
She didn’t needs some serious investigation! All three of the witches from Michigan.
All carp look like that…
Aren’t those Chinese carp??
about 5 years ago, they were wanting to put them into the human food chain here, via restaurants–probably already have. Another like farm raised tilapia?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asian_carp_in_North_America#As_food
bwaaaaahahahaha… she looks like she’s trying to hide, maybe Elon and Bill Maher will get a break if somebody puts the laser toy on HER for a while
Yeah but I heard that 12 of those carp were FBI informants.
She shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near the WH!
She is one of those Carps.
About the Associated Press – why did they take money from USAID? How much DIDN’T they report on during Biden? Now they want full access during the Trump 47 Administration but did AP give to the American People full access to the Biden White House?

A federal judge ordered the White House on Tuesday to restore The Associated Press’ full access to cover presidential events, affirming on First Amendment grounds that the government cannot punish the news organization for the content of its speech.
U.S. District Judge Trevor N. McFadden, an appointee of President Donald Trump, ruled that the government can’t retaliate against the AP’s decision not to follow the president’s executive order to rename the Gulf of Mexico. The decision, while a preliminary injunction, handed the AP a major victory at a time the White House has been challenging the press on several levels.
“Under the First Amendment, if the Government opens its doors to some journalists—be it to the Oval Office, the East Room, or elsewhere—it cannot then shut those doors to other journalists because of their viewpoints,” McFadden wrote. “The Constitution requires no less.”
A “Federal Judge.”
The smallest branch, the easiest to control, the best bang for the non-denominational coinage of The City’s choice.
Looks like a brief period of intrnse house cleaning there would lead to the greatest restoration of freedom since we first seized it from the very same tyrants.
So now…judges are head of the WH press Corp too?
Apparently. But they can’t force the President or his team to take their questions.
Well…they do write a lot of opinions? Just like the press….
The WH should troll the judge that they plan to implement a random selection of reporters similar to the random assignment of judges used by the DC Circuit.
And then just never have AP make the cut.
They can sit in the back of the room
Under the First Amendment, if the Government opens its doors to some journalists—be it to the Oval Office, the East Room, or elsewhere—it cannot then shut those doors to other journalists because of their viewpoints,” McFadden wrote. “The Constitution requires no less.”
Only if they’re left leaning, of course.
Landmark Cleveland Clinic Study Finds Flu Vaccine Ineffective—And Possibly Harmful—for Working Adults in 2024-2025 Season
Apr. 5, 2025
https://www.trialsitenews.com/a/landmark-cleveland-clinic-study-finds-flu-vaccine-ineffectiveand-possibly-harmfulfor-working-adults-in-2024-2025-season-84b3b608
Vaccinated at Higher Risk of Flu
Of the 53,402 employees analyzed, 82.1% received the flu vaccine. Yet, the cumulative incidence of influenza climbed faster in the vaccinated than the unvaccinated cohort. A total of 1,079 infections occurred—overwhelmingly, influenza A. After multivariable adjustment, the vaccinated had a 27% higher risk of influenza infection (HR 1.27, 95% CI: 1.07–1.51, P = 0.007), translating to a vaccine effectiveness of –26.9%. These results are not due to testing bias: while vaccinated individuals were more likely to get tested, their test positivity rate was nearly identical to the unvaccinated, indicating a true excess of infections.
Vaccines were completely reformulated to contain mRNA back in 2022 including the flue jabs.
I had yearly flu shots until 2022.
the fall of 2019 was the last one I took. When I saw what they did with the covid shots that was it for me. My doc and his staff bugged me about it the first year I stopped but haven’t said a thing since. I have a feeling the feedback they got at the time and ongoing changed things.
This, and also be careful because I believe the plan is to use the flu shot to administer Covid boosters…a combined shot.
A fair number of people get the flu shot. Many employers invite providers in to give free flu shots. It’s a way to sneak the covid shot into a lot of unsuspecting people who routinely get the flu shot without thinking much about it.
Last I read, there are 6500+ hospitals and nursing homes in the country and all require staff to get a flu shot. Its a requirement of most state and local public health departments. If you don’t get it you have to wear a mask the whole time you are at work during “flu season” (states all have their own rules etc though).
Crazy. I’ve never had a flu shot.
Last time I went to see the doctor, the woman checking patients in explained that I had to wear a mask. I asked her if I farted, would her mask protect her from the smell. Sometimes I can’t help myself.😂 A little later I overheard her telling the nurses what ‘some guy’ said.
I think it was TGP that had a story a while ago of a young woman that got the Covid booster and a flu shot at the same time. The reaction she had was horrific. Massive bruising on her face and much worse.
I tried to track it down but couldn’t find it.
What if a person received both the flu and covid vaccines in one combo shot and developed an adverse reaction? How would they know which one caused it?
Never have had one. I’ve had the flu twice since high school, 50 years ago next year. Everone I know thats gotten them always seems to have a permanent low grade cold and gets the flu anyway.
Ha ha ha. These demons never stop. PDJT
Adam Schiff: “I’m writing to the White House to demand who knew in advance that the President was going to once again flip-flop on tariffs, and are people cashing in.”
Ahhh. Did someone lose his shorts?
Long enough for soul crushing Kompromat to be acquired.
He does indeed sound like a speculator who just lost money . . . 🤡
Talk about insufferable
Pretty rich coming from a group of folks known for their insider trading shenanigans.
I hope their response is to direct him to Nancy Pelosi if he’s looking for stock tips..
White House:
Oh noes! Adam Schiff has made a demand of us! We must instantly step to and comply. We cannot disobey a demand from Schiff!
Only in your dreams, Schiff. Only in your dreams.
commie stooges gonna stooge.
Answer: We’ll there’s a reason we can’t reduce illegals and drugs flowing into the United States. You see the CCP controls our border. So…..we would rather have a “trade war”!
BUSTED
Kash Patel removed as acting ATF director, replaced by Army Secretary……………..
’bout time ………. now for the next shoe to dropkick him out of the FBI, too.
bondi? only follows….
Justice delayed is justice denied for the J6 and other American victims of the weaponized Executive Branch over the past 8 years.
He is still the FBI Director. But they have now made their pick for the actual ATF Director. Patel can now just focus on the FBI job.
“Patel can now just focus on the FBI job.”?
The Commander-in-chief just removed the failing ATF Director and replaced him with the Army Secretary.
No one else has the ability to do that. It just shows the severity of getting the guy replaced, quickly.
What patel “needs to focus on” is getting his order in for a U-HAUL They are in short supply in DC.
Okay. He was doing the job of two people. Now he is doing job of one person and someone else is doing the other job.
You can read into that all that you want. Until I hear otherwise from PDJT I will take this with the same level of “big deal” as I did the Navarro-Musk kerfuffle.
OurLastStand,
Thanks for the comment.
Very measured.
Yup, very measured considering the fact that the Commander in chief had to get involved. Mixing the defense department and the ATF ….. not SOP.
wow
I guess the Feds are the only entity on the planet Trump can’t outwit
Bummer
Maybe we can hope against hope he’ll finally get the upper hand on that blind spot, no?
Nope, Kash was not, and is not doing, the job of even one FBI Director…
Why hasn’t he arrested the “fbi agents” that lied and framed General Flynn?
Why hasn’t he arrested those “fbi agents” that took part in the entrapment event of Jan 06?
How about comey and his “honeypot” plans to entrap President Trump?
Nope, Kash has been MIA since the senate confirmed his appointment as FBI Director…
Hear, hear!
100%
Are they any more available in Las Vegas because I think that is where he is.
What was with the sunglasses?
The ATF is also still under the supervision of the FBI Director, per an order from President Trump about 1-month ago.
Director Patel has been using that authority to move ATF Agents over to the FBI for slected operations.
I don’t think anything changes despite that fact .
So, Discovery Channel has had a program that has shown viewers exactly how to make illegal liquor for more than a decade and I will bet the cat food money there are more young people addicted to nicotine (tobacco) vapes now than there were kids hooked on cigarettes or snuff in the 90s when I was in high school.
I’d say it’s time for them (the ATF) to pay a little more attention to the first two letters of their acronym..
Perhaps they should change it to ANF , nicotine being the N.
Well, it couldn’t possibly have anything to do with TDA/MS-13 weapons trafficking facilitated by the Biden admin which Boasberg would no doubt be interested in the rest of us not finding out about if CERTAIN ELEMENTS STILL IN GOVERNMENT DIDN’T GET HEADED OFF AT THE PASS…so there’s THAT…but umkay, whatevs
Federal judges now think they’re above SCOTUS

Trump admin should absolutely NOT COMPLY
As I’ve said before, Trump will finally be forced to do what his predecessor “Andy” Jackson did – and so did that guy on your $5 bill. He must simply inform the Court that he has declared their actions to be Unconstitutional. Because the Constitution as now written does not afford any power of “review and consent” to the Judiciary. The Courts simply, and unconstitutionally, “assumed” those powers to themselves. Congress makes the laws, the Judiciary interprets them, but only the Executive executes them.
He is trying his level best to play nicely. But, the day is going to soon come when he can’t do that anymore.
On that day, MAGA must be willing to STAND.
No excuses, no apologies, we must be unmovable.
It’s a balance. We absolutely need a functioning judiciary. What’s happening now is that the judiciary has allowed itself to be corrupted. They can, and do, and should have the authority to interpret the law and lawfulness of the actions of the other two branches. Just as the other two branches can, and do, have the authority to restrict and limit the jurisdiction and composition of the courts.
Our system is dysfunctional because limits on the judiciary are not adequate – and that is mainly Congress’ job. (And POTUS, who signs said laws.)
Judicial review is not the problem. The problem is lack of oversight of the judiciary by Congress.
A lot of these problems can be eliminated by shrinking the size and jurisdiction of the courts, and creating penalties for judges who allow their courts to be weaponized.
Congress basically never hauls district and appellate court judges in to testify before Congress. But a Federal Court Judge is a creation of Congress. Not much different than the Secretary of the Interior or Attorney General.
The Executive Branch always gets subpoenaed. The judicial? I don’t know if that ever happens at all.
If they were required to do so, people would understand that many judges are ideologically motivated. And Congress would be right to cut their budgets.
The law schools are poisoned because the ABA is political. The ABA is crap.
Fine article on AT yesterday.

WE NEED TO MAKE SHIPS AGAIN: Transport Secretary Sean Duffy reveals China built *1,800 ships* in 2022 while the U.S. built just 5.
“We don’t build ships in America anymore. In 2022, we built five ships. China built 1,800 ships in 2022. Right? So, if you want to be a global power, you have to build ships and you have to have sailors to sail those ships. And so the president today said, you know what? We are going to actually build ships in America again, and we’re going to train the mariners to sail those ships.”
“This president thinks long-term and strategically, understands that if there’s a crisis in the world that involves our military, we need ships to support the military on the commerce side, and we don’t make them anymore.”

Another area perhaps for Elon to look at. If he can build rockets that park themselves upon returning to Earth then building a first-rate ship shouldn’t be a problem (especially if you have your own robot company, too).
Might put the tug boat out of business. We have to keep our mariners in business.
They haven’t built a ‘first rate’ civilian/commercial ship/ocean liner since the SS United States. Elon could tap into Mr. Gibbs design schemes.
Maybe under-water CX-craft?
If anything … the President’s 90-Day “tailored” Tariff Pause has fully exposed the Wall Street Whales as resisting the President’s Traiff effort by ARTIFICIALLY wagging the Markets as part of their pump and dump scam to preserve their profits at the same time.
That exposure extends to the MSM as well as political opponents, using the market volatility as a talking point.
Gee … still wondering how the managed “blind” investment portfolios of the politicians have done through all the volatility??

To call the 2020 election a sacred cow of the left would be a massive understatement. “The most secure election in history” canon is Chapter 1 in their version of Chairman Mao’s Little Red Book.
Watch for street level violence to intensify if the US Government cracks open the cyber books from the 2020 election. If the Democrats did what a lot of us suspect, using “the company that cannot be named”’s voting machines, Katie bar the door.
Because there aren’t enough trees in Washington to hang those responsible.
And they’re not all Democrats.
I want to see these people interrogated as viciously as Trumps people were interrogated and Mueller and crew went way way way over the line , what he and his team did is beyond comprehension even threatening family members and peoples children . NWV has lots of great articles on it.
Enhanced interrogation is better left to the Torch And Pitchfork Crowd.

Senator Kaine,
You need to take a poll of Virgina voters before sending out old school political hype emails.
The people of Virginia understand more and more each day that other countries were taking our wealth and our jobs through tariffs on our exports. That the billionaires and Congress didn’t care, were making money off the imbalance and that President Trump is working for middle Americans and main street not wall street.
Your Senate resolution you tout ? What is the result? Nada. The House won’t even vote on it. Nice hype.
So don’t pretend you’re trying to help everyday citizens by trying to obstruct President Trump’s fair trade plans.
We are in an economic and indeed a Cold War with China and its unfair trade with us. Something had to change and the President is on it. Don’t interfere.
Are you surprised that some Virginians can see so clearly thru the Congress and media hype?
How about supporting President Trump as he rebuilds our industry and empowers the little guy with real jobs?
Respectfully,
{blanked for obvious reasons of not doxxing myself}

Dear friend,
I’m proud that last week, the Senate passed my bipartisan legislation to undo President Donald Trump’s tariffs on Canadian goods, which he implemented to pay for his planned tax cuts for billionaires.
But there’s still more work to do to challenge the tariffs President Trump is slapping on products from every other country, which amount to the largest tax hike on Americans in U.S. history.
That’s why I joined forces with several of my Senate colleagues in unveiling new, bipartisan legislation to repeal Trump’s taxes on imports from around the world, which will cost the average American household nearly $4,000 a year and have already led to significant market declines and raised the odds of a recession.
Just like I did with my previous legislation about the tax on goods from Canada, we’re going to be forcing a vote on the Senate floor on this legislation because no president has the authority to unilaterally impose such across-the-board tariffs without congressional approval. President Trump’s tariff strategy is raising costs for American families, causing uncertainty for our businesses, threatening relationships with our allies, and creating opportunity for China and other adversaries to take advantage of global instability. It’s crucial for us to act.
The road ahead is tough, but I’ve challenged Trump’s tariffs before and won. I’m doing everything I can to help us do it again.
I look forward to keeping in touch and hearing about the issues that matter most to you. If you or a loved one needs help with a federal agency, please reach out to a member of my staff here. Sincerely,
BTW, I don’t know how this email got thru my blocks on Kaine and Warner’s political propaganda emails.
Tim Kaine said (quoted by Monticello above), “Just like I did with my previous legislation about the tax on goods from Canada, we’re going to be forcing a vote on the Senate floor on this legislation because no president has the authority to unilaterally impose such across-the-board tariffs without congressional approval.” Uh…….wrong….
From Jeff Childers this morning, “Congress, in its ceaseless quest to avoid blame, ceded its tariff powers to the presidency under relatively recent laws for managing national security emergencies. They handed Trump a lever, and he figured out how it worked and then shoved them out of the machine shop.”
Maine has been worthless since his first day in office. He’s an intelligence lightweight. Va can’t get rid of him or Warner.
I know he’s not doing it for approval ratings, but this EO might even make him popular among liberals in blue states:

You’re kidding right? Liberals don’t bathe
100% correct , according to liberal law, bathing is strictly prohibited .
I watched Trump talk about when he signed the EO , it was hilarious . He said when he showers there is just a trickle of water coming out of the showerhead and it takes a good 15 minutes for his hair to get wet before he can even start to wash it LOL.
Dave Portnoy had some criticisms over the tariffs, but all that has been forgotten over this one gesture:
Well that seals it. No matter what happens the rest of the way. Best president ever.
If only.
When I lived in CA with extreme water rationing and your water bill arrives with your bill compared to other neighbors’ usage, there is a huge amount of virtue signaling by dems and water use/consumption.
My parents even had a neighbor complain to them that there was some water runoff into the street when their morning sprinklers engaged. He said we would report it to the company if he noticed it again.
Heaven help me, I am so thankful to have escaped California.
I laughed at this (California loves it …) rule in much the same way that I laughed at the “55 mile per hour national speed limit.” If you attempt to limit the rate at which a resource is consumed, you will merely cause it to be consumed for a longer time. Which results in more of the resource being consumed, not less.
If you compel a truck or a car to drive 25% slower, you cause it to expend 25% more engine hours to go the same distance. Fuel consumption is not primarily determined by the rate at which the engine runs, but for how long.
A person who is “taking a shower” is not “measuring gallons.” But, by forcing him or her to remain in the shower longer, you are ultimately consuming more water.
All true.
How good are the soap and shampoo?
Oh, and PS…is soap actually clean?
So, showers for us…and light bulbs for us?

Good for the House. Let’s see the Senate pass it, Trump sign in, and then watch how the courts respond.
I give it good odds that they don’t stop. A lot of them really do have a god complex.
This doesn’t end until Congress cuts the DC Circuit’s $230M budget by 40% and eliminates wide swaths of judges.
It’s no different than the DOGE cuts. Until those are put into law, they’re easily restored with an executive order in 2029.

I have to admit, around the time of the bombing is when I became very aware of exactly how frightening and out of control our government had become.
It’s time for the government to fear the citizens and not the other way around.
It was Ruby Ridge then Waco, then OKC, then the WTC, that did it for me when I was in high school.
Ditto, it all spurred conversations I had not had until that time.
Evey, sorry. I’m getting old.
Notice Evey, a man with a background in psycholgy and construction (!?), is involved in both events. It has always seemed odd to me that he would author a book like this:
Even though he wrote it back-dropped against the so-called “civil war”, when looked at through the lens of other things we know, it’s almost as if saw himself and wanted to portray himself as an honest man. Wanting to absolve himself of guilt. Interesting that he titled it “Original sin”.
Let the reader decide.
Yes, there was far more to the picture in OKC than met the eye. Very deep, and a lot a players. All very sick, actually. To a decent human being, anyway.
Did you know that the same man involved in “solving” some of the explosions at OKC was also involved in explaining the hole in the Pentagon that occurred on September, 11th, 2001?
Things that make one go, hmm.
His name is Walker Lee Ivey, BTW. A little-understand figure in both events.
See Ben Partin’s analysis of OK City bombing. May be something on Utube….but definitely exists on Bitchute.
If I remember correctly, Eric Holder played a role in that in a clean-up role.
I’m not done watching it but wanted it here for others.

And there’s this:
https://thefreethoughtproject.com/the-state/okc-bombing-hero-terrance-yeakey
Yeakey’s alleged suicide was always very suspicious. Again, the whole thing goes very deep and doesn’t make sense when the official narrative is questioned.
HOW can this be happening?

Airbnb Co-Founder And DOGE Employee Joe Gebbia Says, ‘Government Can Have An Apple Store-Like Experience’ That’s ‘Beautifully Designed’

Sounds like Joe wants maximum-profitability with minimum input. I get it. Don’t we all. Lol.
Sorry, Airbnb was just a BAD idea.
Never stay overnight in a place with no life/safety provisions and no security. Hotels are in business for a reason.
Right before President Trump paused most new tariffs, Dave Portnoy @stoolpresidente told me, “I certainly wish he would give maybe a victory here or there right now. He has the power, really, to turn the stock market and get it ripping.”
It’s okay if he feels that he shifted it.
Some of us realize that President Trump was doing this for a reason and that is was part of the realignment.
stock surge right before cnn Anderson Cooper Bernie Sanders townhall
Is this why Trump wanted to honor his name back on Mt. McKinley?
They assassinated President McKinley in 1901 because of his tariff policy, and how it transformed the American economy.

Captain Keshel:

I will continue to call the mountain, Denali.
Something as vast as this is beyond “naming it for any person.” If you “stack a 6,000 foot mountain on top of a 12,000 foot mountain,” that’s what you get.
You’re 2,000 feet short.
You must be young, because a lot of us remember it as Mt. McKinley; so it’s only fitting that it goes back to being called its rightful name.
.
What is the name of the mountain range?
Could appeasement be had by the peak being referred to as Mt. McKinley, situated in the Denali Mountain Range . . .?
Wasn’t it always Mt. McKinley until odumbo changed it to Denali?
By the way, did he ask permission to rename it from the international body that names things?

The U.S. House passes HR 1526, curbing the power of district court judges to issue nationwide injunctions against presidential policies—aimed at restraining judicial overreach.

They all should pay the price for their misdeeds, whatever they may be. We cannot have a class that is absolved or immune to accountability or punishment. Even if they’re female. MAGA.

BREAKING: House Passes Rep. Darrell Issa’s No Rogue Rulings Act to Limit Rogue Activist District Court Judges – One Republican Votes “No”

Representative Ryan Mackenzie R-Uniparty from Pennsylvania voted NO.
It was Mike Turner from Ohio.
I doubt it passes the Senate.
why?
I understand peoples desire for handcuffs and perp walks. However, it isn’t as easy as as we think.
Most of these arrests and indictments and trials will happen, most likely, in DC. Before you go around, putting people in handcuffs, you need indictments to get indictments. You need subpoenas, most likely in some cases you will need search warrants.
Now You’re doing this in a hostile environment for conservatives. The court you will be going to to get all of these legal items handled is led the judge who thinks he’s president when it comes to deporting illegal aliens.
As much as I would like to These arrests and indictments and trials happen, I also do not want to waste millions of dollars on trials that will go nowhere. The lawyers that put these cases together have to make sure they’re iron clad and sewn up tight that takes time.
While I am underwhelmed by the current AG, in my opinion, barely 3 months into this administration is not enough time to get a lot of things previously mentioned done.
They did it to Trump.
They did it to innocent protestors.
They MUST be brought to heel.
Stop making excuses for them. It clearly is that easy. We all witnessed the ability in the former administration with various figures. Peter Navarro, Steve Bannon, the President himself (although they failed on that mark). What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. If this administration screws-up and fails to apply the same principles, we are doomed. It is do-or-die now. Don’t mistaken the importance.
And if this administration doesn’t do it and fails, I’m going to question why? Already am, tbh.
Precisely.
This doesn’t stop until we make it stop.
You’re not wrong. There are only 535 of them and ~330 million of us. What are we really afraid of? Lol!
Oh, and Roger Stone, too.
I typically wouldn’t be so disagreeable with someone, but this is clearly for the whole pot. If this administration fails to fully issue justice, we’re screwed. The results and consequences will not be pretty.
– DC jury pool? (all of which is government workers or K Street lawyers)
– Biden, Clinton, and Bush judges?
Result: the Clinesmith outcome. The Flynn persecution.
And on and on.
Think.
Foundation: Dismantle the MS13/ISIS hit teams. Force Congresscritter resignations so clean judges can be confirmed, freeze assets of the bad actors networks so riots can’t be mounted like what happened with Derek Chauvin, force resignations or impeachment of installed opposition judges so you have fair rulings on admission of evidence and witnesses. Find ways to charge crimes outside DC.
Then, maybe, an arrest will be worth a bucket of warm spit.
Personally, I believe the biggest MAGA rally of all times needs to happen. In D.C. Let them see all of us. Let them be overwhelmed. Let them feel fear. Not out of violence, but to know we are not subjects. We are a free people which the constitution clearly and plainly elucidate. We claim our freedom, they don’t give it to us.
And it has to happen soon(ish). Mid-terms are coming. The political-class needs to see what they’re up against. They sit in comfort and their staff fields phone-calls and emails. Whoopy-do. That isn’t scary. Seeing the population gathered against you is.
And no being co-opted like the Tea-Party was. That was their failure. They allowed themselves to be co-opted. I was there. I know.
The constitution constrains the government. It does not allow them to constraints us. We’ve been misled and lied to by legal-positivists. They have to be beaten-down (figuratively speaking) by our assertion. This a America and we are MAGA. We are not slaves to them or an ideolgy.
There doesn’t need to be millions of dollars worth of trials. The people just need to stand up and say enough is enough. Done properly, they will get the point.
For far too long, we have been portrayed and believed as subjects. This is false. The U.S. constitution makes that very clear. We have the power and authority, not any branch of the government. We have to show them that they are public-servants, not rulers. The executive-branch does not rule us, the legislative-branch does not rule, and the judicial-branch does not rule us. We do. They are subservient to us. We must make the most of this truth. Legal-positivists must be brought to heel.
And this legal-positivism will not give up its assumed authority. It has to be taken back.
Legal-positivists won’t give up anything. It has to be taken back. Legal-positivists have to know the people know the constitution does not grant rights to the government. The constitution is document that states “the government cannot”. In the case of the 1A, it cannot prohibit or curtail our freedom of speech. In the case of the 2A, it cannot infringe. Cannot infringe. Cannot. The government is wrong (morally and legally) when it infringes.
No infringement can be allowed.
In the case of the 2A, the Framers didn’t put it in there for hunting purposes. We all know why it there. To be oppose a tyrannical government. They even said it. We all know that’s why it’s there. Why do we pretend otherwise? Why do we allow legal-positivists to lead us astray? The answer is legal-positivists want to rule, not be subject. Too bad for them. Lol.
We all know the 2A was meant to allow for the same possession of arms and munitions in order to overthrow any tyrants. This has always been what they want to distract us from in their cases and rulings. They’ve always wanted to frame it as a hunting or sporting issue. Because they know the truth. Lol!
If they elevate their capacity, the constitution explicity makes clear individuals possess the natural right to reciprocate. That is the uncomfortable truth of the 2A. For some.
For example, there is nothing in the constitution that prohibits someone from starting their own navy. Complete with cannons (of any sort), planes and armed forces. There is nothing in the 2A that prevents a person from acquiring a nuclear weapon to defend themselves from an attacker. Nothing. The entire 2A was conceived and written for people to defend themselves against any tyrannical government, but especially their own.
This fact is rarely talked about because we’ve become accustomed to the government supplying a military as alleged defense. Doesn’t change the fact. If the U.S. government can take tax-payer money to support a plane, what prevents me and others from doing the same? If it can build a nuclear bomb, what prevents me from doing the same? Not the 2A. Force. That is the difference. The government can use force to stop me. It doesn’t have authority, just force.
And we know this is true because the Founders and Framers relied on privateer armies in the early days of our country with just as much firepower as anyone else. A standing army was never in their minds. Quite the opposite. How quickly we forget.
Eliminate the DC court then.
Our ships go through the canal FIRST and FOR FREE. Talk about winning.

“We’ll be signing… a Declaration… for U.S. warships & auxiliary ships to sail first and free.”

Funny, just had a dental appointment yesterday and talked to the dentist, who is a friend. He pretty much stated that the flouride in the water stuff is bull$hit. He pretty clearly was on the side of keeping it in.

Put AP on a rotation with other irrelevant and small viewership outlets.
And in the back row.
And don’t ever call on them for questions.
Lol! That is an idea. It would make them feel irrelevant, but then they’d probably find some complaint with that approach. I believe just kicking them to the curb sends them a more powerful message.
Julie Kelly believes there’s more to the Steven Jensen promotion at FBI by Director Patel than meets the eye. The CRS is at best an odd artifact of sixties liberalism and at worst means embedding activists inside the DOJ. Mediation is not the job of the DOJ and having activists with the authority of the Justice Department behind them show up in local communities is troubling and threatening. That said, winding down the CRS may prove legally difficult, so expect lawsuits and judicial rulings. But Ferguson is enough of a reminder that the Community Relations Service is a dangerous and destructive organization.”
Trumps in office why not a balanced budget and make government adhere to it? We all have to?
Because the system is still in place. As long as the system is in place, they don’t have to. Bring the system down. Let’s see true equality. Government should not be making decisions based on equality between classes. The political-class thrives by keeping the classes divided, thereby ensuring its necessity. No one needs the political-class to see with their own eyes who has merit and need within society. Even the village idiot can see who is who and what is what. The political-class are parasites on the back of productive society, and they know it. Hence, the reason they protect their ability to decide for the rest of us.
