Trump must reinstate Associated Press to White House press pool, judge rules
“The ruling from U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden, a Trump appointee, requires the White House to return the AP’s access to the Oval Office, Air Force One and other limited spaces, whenever those spaces are made available to other journalists in the White House press pool.
“Under the First Amendment, if the Government opens its doors to some journalists — be it to the Oval Office, the East Room, or elsewhere — it cannot then shut those doors to other journalists because of their viewpoints. The Constitution requires no less,” McFadden wrote.” …
https://www.politico.com/news/2025/04/08/trump-reinstate-associated-press-00279868
I agree.
I agree too. Yet in those close quarter spaces there’s not enough room for everyone that wants to be there.
AP can be allowed but they don’t have to be given front row privilege or any regard. Expand the list of journalist to include bloggers, youtubers, home-school news letter editors, small town newspapers and make the list so long that AP only has a 1 in 10,000 chance to be picked.
Choose the journalist randomly…like those judges are chosen “randomly”…wink wink 😉
I like the way you think!
Why not?
Put all names/outlets in a wire basket – the kind that has a hand crank, like the lottery or whatever – spin it, and pull out the number of names which correlate to the number of seating, make the announcement the day prior.
and they should be seated in the back row
at the children’s table
The AP has not been told by the federal government that they cannot report on the White House. Their speech has in no way been curtailed or banned. So no, their First Amendment protection is not at risk.
Proximity to the official White House briefing room and Air Force One is a privilege, and should be treated as such.
No one sued when biden’s mouthpieces forced Chanel Rion to stand in the doorway because she was not allowed into the briefing room.
The government kept right leaning reporters out of the Press Pool for decades.
Thankfully, no one has to call on them unless that is now a “right”.
Never call on them for questions. Simple.
But then they would make the same complaint and the judge would more than likely rule the same, that they must call on them equally.
But I though journalists don’t report news with any bias. They’re completely nonpartisan (/sarc).
Like the previous one never called in OAN or any other minor outlet that had to stand in the back of the room?
We notice the general attitude and environment to be more respectful, less belligerent but I do wish the sessions with foreign dignitaries and Trump would be much more controlled. Give out random numbers for questions and only allow them…stop the shouting!
DO NOT COMPLY with shiite, illegitimate diktats from illegitimate “judges.”
He may have gotten this one right.
The First Amendment prohibition on viewpoint discrimination by the government is a fundamental proposition.
You are wrong.
Yeah. But it has been one sided for decades. They have kept independent right leaning media out of the press pool for decades. That kind of discrimination is perfectly fine.
It’s a good thing the AP can still give viewpoints regardless of where they are physically located then.
put them in the back of the room on a rickety old chair and don’t ever call on them
or answer their shout out questions
have them removed from the room when they are disruptive
Every single one of these new Cabinet appointees knows full well that one of their essential mission tasks is to restore public trust in their institutions. Even when the internal framework of their institutions is still filled with people who very much liked things the way they used to be.
These are the “weebees.” “We be” here before [your 4-year Administration] came, and “We be” here after you leave, after which nothing has changed, as we coast toward our 20-year retirement pension that “the plebes” in America of course don’t get.
Ooooo I like it!

JUST IN:
Syrian Christians Forced to Obey Sharia Under New Jihadist Regime This needs to be EXPOSED.
Consider sharing to support our Christian allies that have stood with us and Israel.
In the land where Christ was first followed, Christian children are forced to wear hijabs and chant Quran verses or face punishment.
Families are stopped at gunpoint, told to recite the Islamic creed or be turned back.
Young Christian men are threatened with beatings if they refuse to submit. Fear has now spread like wildfire.
Syria’s Christian population has collapsed – from over 2 million to under 300,000.
Chased, broken, erased by jihadists enforcing Islamic rule. The world stays silent while Islam wipes out our Christian allies. This should infuriate everyone.

Isnt Jolani scheduled to meet with Pres Trump soon?
And this is precisely what they have planned for the rest of the world! People that still believe they are the religion of peace really need to read the Quran. They are not a religion but a political ideology and they certainly won’t gain their ultimate power through peace.
Enterprises against ALL Non-Muslims(Quran 2:178, 244; 3:54, 85,106, 110; 4:59,65,95; 5:55; 8:30, 39, 74; 9:5, 29, 33, 41, 73, 88, 111, 123; 10:25; 24:33; 39:60). B Quran 3:85 says, “And whoever desires any other religion except Islam, so it will not be accepted from him, and in the hereafter he will be of the losers.”
And, we better take these threats seriously!
Truth be told, Christianity has a long, long track record of forcing people of different faiths to “convert” – much of it until fairly recently under pain of death and torture. Thankfully that is now behind us, but is somewhat continued in a more psychological aspect – the promise of eternal hell for those who “do not accept”. Personally I cannot understand how any belief system calling itself religion can force a person into having true faith and serving a God/Creator whose very essence is one of kindness, compassion, forgiveness and trust. One can sit and study all the text/scripture in the world, but if the heart and mind of the person is false/not there, it’s kinda a waste of time , no? In any event at the end of the day, it is God Himself who chooses, we can only present ourselves as willing available candidates (free will). I think those who use religion as a “force” are merely “Emperors” savvy enough to know that their “subjects” will in large part “police” themselves thereby reducing the need for excessive manpower required to keep the masses in check. I very much doubt they give a rats about the life and soul of the individual.
There is nothing in the New Testament that provides Biblical support for forced conversion in Christianity. (To the extent kings extended political power that way, they were just exploiting the holy in unholy ways and they will be held accountable on Judgment Day for their sins, as will we all.)
Unlike the Quran, where it is mandated.
*And if you say, Spain, I say, the Gates of Toledo provide much context.
Nowhere in the Bible does it say one is forced to convert. Under Islam, you must convert or suffer. Get your facts straight.
SCOTUS Ruling In Deportation Case Is Too Little Too Late
… “The Federalist’s senior legal correspondent Margot Cleveland said in a post on X that, even though SCOTUS was correct regarding jurisdiction, the court “nonetheless improperly issued an advisory opinion” and “basically” said that “Trump denied those removed of due process.”
“IF there was no jurisdiction … why is SCOTUS saying what ‘due process’ is required,” she posited.
Cleveland also noted that Boasberg will still maintain “jurisdiction over the issue of contempt.” In other words, Boasberg could still rule over proceedings regarding whether Trump violated his initial order by ignoring it. However, Cleveland continues, “SCOTUS’ holding that Boasberg lacked jurisdiction will make a finding of contempt appear even more political than it already would.”
https://thefederalist.com/2025/04/08/scotus-ruling-in-deportation-case-is-too-little-too-late/
Ultimately, it will still come down to a confrontation, just as it did with Jackson and Lincoln. The President will finally have to declare, on his own Constitutional authority, that he possesses the authority granted to him by the “Article 2” Constitution. And that the “Article 3” branch was purposely given no say.
The Constitution established three co-equal Branches, giving a distinct and balancing role to each. It never granted “Article 3” authority over the other two. That Branch simply assumed such powers to itself, and no one sufficiently objected at the time.

With all the brilliant things going on at the moment with President DJ Trump fixing the china problem, I’ve noticed a strange thing (maybe I’ve missed something?).
Nothing from Russia. I just wonder if PDJT has previously briefed President Putin on the situation and knows he has his support?
Great to watch from down under, regardless, keep up the good work.
what do you mean by nothing?
Russia is not big on the optics and trying to manipulate public opinion. they just DO. and right now in Ukraine, they are advancing on nearly every front.
I was referring to a few things that seem to be missing about the china situation:
No big deal, just something I thought was interesting
i see. being that most MSM is unbelievably shallow, its likely they genuinely don’t realize that COULD be part of a larger strategy across topic areas. we’re seeing it with tariffs, too. little to no analysis whatsoever.
And it is indeed interesting. Thanks for sharing your observation, Grogery.
Good riddance to Ukraine then, the front of the CIA.
Russia is in shock over plummeting oil prices.
Russia is very happy to see PTrump crush Euro financials
Here; yesterday’s State Dept. briefing covers many, if not all, of your questions. 41 minutes in length:
Slay put together a very good article citing the abuses the Biden administration perpetrated on the American public with their treatment of illegal aliens. Well worth a read. The article relies heavily on the information of DOGE participant, Antonio Gracias.

Yes, they were getting medicaid and yes, they were voting.
I just ran across mega proof of this yesterday in navigating my health plans. It seems you can get these programs in every language known to mankind and then some.
Can’t wait for the English language only thing to catch on.
The issuance of the SS number is directly tied to the ability to get ALL of the government subsidies as well as voting. This needs to change. No illegal should get a SS number. Why can’t legitimate asylum seekers be given a tax identification number instead that is only to be used for paying taxes on wages earned?
I agree and I don’t think they should be getting driver’s licenses either.
Let them get an international DL which would not automatically put them on our voter rolls.
hoosierthuthfan: Illegals should not be “getting” anything except deported.
Internet winner!
Indeed yes!!
Interesting interview that Maria Bartoromo just completed with Jamie Dimon on her morning news show; my gut instinct thinks he may be positioning himself to run as the next Democrat party candidate for President in 2028 – he was just liking and positive about everything President Trump and Treasury other agencies are doing, but with just enough touch of Democrat spin couldn’t help but think there might be some real competition in 2028 between the two parties.
Then again, he was so encouraging with what this current Administration is doing, maybe he will try and run as a Republican 🙂
once the interview shows up on you tube will try and post a link to it. Pretty good interview.

Thanks; I have trouble with Rumble (it’s gross ads seem to cover all but a tiny portion of the actual video I’m trying to watch and simply, literally, can’t stomach them – and impressed by those who can!)
Notice how Dimon insists that it’s not 2008 again, when the world was vastly more something. His posture is that “the fundamentals of the economy are sound.” No, they are not. It isn’t just the elections that are rigged; the markets are rigged, the balance sheets are rigged, the fundamentals are rigged, the statistics are rigged. China is now a Black Swan, an unexpected event that has started a response to the collapsing Ponzi that is rapidly accelerating out of the control of the people sitting in the halls of power. “Margin call, gentlemen.”
One thing I’ve learned about these Wall Street types is that they’re all sleazy, corporatist BSers. They talk in very general terms and throw some banking lingo in to sound smart. Most of them add absolutely no value to the world.
You left out… ‘because the money system itself – central bank/federal reserve/fractional reserve banking – is *rigged*’.
Is why everything connected to it has to be rigged too.
Speaking of fractional reserve banking, China did something no one else has done. They took the dollars we used to buy their exports and used those dollars as reserves for printing and lending in their own currency, the Yuan. In this way, they leveraged their exports to us to develop their economy.
The problem with that is China needs a steady supply of dollars to buy oil from the middle east, so any interruption of dollar flows to China dries up their reserves and will eventually lead to bank runs. Then the Ponzi collapses.
Ponzi all around… the Ponzi imposed on US metastasized. Sunlight is the best disinfectant.
Thank you Paul I did not know that.
This is why my little instinct asked if he is positioning himself to run for President in 2028, his answers crouched in political innuendo while going out of his way to sound MAGA-lite, so positioning future Democrat talking points, either for himself or whomever the swamp selects for that run.
Bessi2003: Dimon’s got a bad heart (heart disease) and is aging quickly.

it happens to ANY website that tries to go fully independent, whatever their cause. because it is vulnerable and has to do a lot of extra work to keep up that you would otherwise inherit from a host, if you are willing to also accept their caveats and rules. at the height of the fascists rightspeak campaign, he was unwilling to accept the censors (was it godaddy? cannot recall which)

I LOVE Kennedy!!
It is NOT the “Democratic party”, it is the DEMOCRAT party, and while Kennedy is funny,, he is also a Uniparty hack, and this is a reliable clue.
PDJT always says “DEMOCRAT” ,..not “Democratic” party.
Dutchman: Exactly.
Yes, democratics are members of the Democrat party
Love his quips. His actions are just like the rest of the uniparty.
Exactly.
Actions (or zero actions) speak louder than words.
Kennedy is the Rand Paul of the Paul Ryan wing of the Uniparty bird but with a Awe Shucks sense of humor.
He writes sternly folksy letters and thinks he’s the congressional version of Mark Twain.

From one senior to my many senior peeps here I am finding it increasingly difficult to get anything done without a mobile phone. I gave them up more than 10 years ago for privacy purposes. The sheer freedom has been blessedly peaceful. However, you can’t seem to get thru anything without someone wanting to authorize you based on your cell phone contact first these days.
I ran across this article which perfectly outlines how they have invaded our lives.
https://www.jdsupra.com/legalnews/from-texts-to-trialIs-the-impact-of-6799537/
Wearing my senior status as a badge I am currently navigating the Lifeline mobile program. I will let you know how that works out soon, but I was excited to find out they are available in all 56 states, according to the govt vendor who operates the program. Yes, that is exactly what their website says. 🙂
I have a smartphone but I have never ever used it for anything other than to except phone calls and I rarely get phone calls which is what I prefer . If I hear the phone ring I know it’s the wrong number so you can get a cell/smart phone and only have it for the reasons you specified which is verification . Anything that I need that is web based is always done on my main computer never a smart/cell phone .
I only have mine for emergencies and verification + for the exceptionally rare instance of getting a phone call that may not be the wrong number but those are extremely rare .
Personally I would stay away from that one because obviously they are suspicious if their program is available in 56 countries, a muslim/obama propaganda point. At least that govt vendor who operates the program is…….JUST MY OPINION BUT I’M CYNICAL.
a bit long, a bit of sharing:
finally had to get a cell phone, the dept. of interior requires any access to an account one holds with them (those who have unpatented mining claims for example) to use text to gain access. Finally broke down and got one of those Jitterbug (now called Lively) flip phones.
and thought, okay, I can deal with that. Then,
had an appt earlier this year at the local Social Security office (before the inauguration) impossible to make an appt over the phone or online so drove over there, the line was long and the door guard kindly recommended I show up the next morning, no later than 6 a.m. to get in line – just to make an appt. Which I did, already 15 people in front of me!
Here’s the ‘and then’ thing – while in line someone came out and posted a sign on the outside of the door with one of those QR code symbols. Turns out any future attempt to make an appt while standing in line will need to do so by taking a picture of the QR code for instructions.
My flip doesn’t do QR codes because I didn’t want to sign up to do apps. But may have to upgrade from the flip to their smart phone. I chose the Lively brand because, being a senior, it does have for a fee it does have a first alert type option for immediate access to online help for ambulances and such.
Navigating the golden years is going to get interesting. I do purposefully not take the thing with me the majority of the time after one day going out the door, reaching for it, realized an underlying sense of ‘what-if’ fear, that ‘what if something happens how do I get help’ type of fear and recognized it for what that is – a highly, if subtly honed aspect of addiction, so stopped taking it with unless I choose to.
So, the other day, needing to contact the social security admin, and not wanting to drive over there to make an appt to get an answer to an easy question, and not being able to do the QR code thing, thought, okay, call the local SSA office.
Sharing this because it’s interesting and a potential hack that may be going on with that agency’s phone system:
I called the correct number and a short recording came on saying while waiting for the next agent, as a thank you for the inconvenience, I had won a $100 gift card, press 1 to continue’. It was weird, but went ahead and pressed 1 thinking the call would go to an agent. A man with a decisively Indian – the country – accent demanded what is your social security number without the usual ‘you have reached such and such agency’ and so replied saying I need verification of what agency he works for as I wanted to make sure I called the right number – and he briskly hung the phone up.
I immediately called that ‘800’ number again, was on hold for about 10 minutes, which is usual for that agency, and an actual social security agent answered, I got my question easily asked and answered and then I said to her, ‘this is going to sound weird but . . .’ and told her about that earlier attempt at reaching the agency.
She got quiet for a moment, then said, once is interesting, but I was the second person that day that had that same experience, said she would be immediately telling her supervisor, and thanked me.
I wonder if having a smart phone that does QR codes – how easy it could be for, during the middle of the night, someone with bad intentions replaced the sign on their door with a hacker’s QR code?
How would one know?
Your experience made me think of something else- notice how all the changes for “security” and “efficiency” only result in more hassles for Americans?
Why should we be majorly inconvenienced by every single interaction with our own government. Why should they be able to “require” anything at all of us?
Waiting, standing in line, following orders.

Stephen Miller, White House Deputy Chief of Staff: “Over the last twenty or thirty years, we’ve seen serious imbalances in our global trade system.
But now, thanks to President Trump’s strength and leadership, we’re on the verge of fixing it. Here’s an astonishing fact: we have a $50 billion trade deficit with Japan in automobiles alone.
This is a country we protect and stand by as an ally. Similarly, we have another $50 billion automobile trade deficit with South Korea—another country where U.S. troops are stationed, keeping them safe and free, often far from their own families.
Why should the United States carry the burden of defense while running massive trade deficits with these countries?
President Trump is committed to correcting these imbalances and, at the same time, working with Congress to turn America into the world’s manufacturing hub—with the lowest taxes anywhere.”

I agree. Good and decent people are losing their government jobs, and we are creating more?
Anyone who works for Justice and doesn’t support the 2A needs immediate firing. Start with Pam Bondi.
This will be beneficial when someone files a lawsuit over 2d Amendment rights that goes to SCOTUS. When the Solicitor General weighs in (the Solicitor General represents the US in SCOTUS), either on whether the Court should grant cert or how it should rule when it does grant cert, it does carry weight with the Court.
Sometimes the Court itself will ask the Solicitor General to weigh in on granting cert. Dockets will say something like “Call for the Opinion of the Solicitor General.”
It helps to have the Department of Justice filing briefs as amicus in support of your position.
Wethal: Sounds like more gubmint time wasting. The 2A stands as written and needs no task force.

he better be careful about the electrical hook-ups. Our power grid has been intentionally sabotaged by the left (with help from the GOP), all in the name of saving the planet. Many areas now live with regular rolling blackouts.
Trump better get building some nuclear power plants and fast.
Agreed. They also need to make a big push into rare earth minerals. I wish he would talk more about that. We need to decouple that industry from China.
Which areas? California?
The EU just voted on their tariff retaliatory “plan”. Awe, I be really, really scared now.
Heavy tariffs on prayer rugs.

More studying… How much longer will it take to get *one* toxic poison – aka fluoride – out of US drinking water…???!!!

Sunlight on fluoride – new & *old*
{ http://whale.to/d/fluoride.html }
{ A Bibliography of Scientific Literature on Fluoride }
I’m slightly more optimistic… though I am entirely impatient after watching the Humanity-poisoning-train-wreck for a handfull of decades.
Lee Zeldin is EPA, RFKII is HHS = together they already have the full picture of toxicity; their study will comprise & once again confirm that research evidence that has been suppressed & blacklisted all along by the poison-profiteers, SO…
we *could/should* see their Sunlight in a few months – or God willing & Thank You Jesus – weeks.
My viewpoint is:
all fluoridation (and all other ‘questionable’ (known) toxicants in BigAg/BigFood/ConMed/etc.) needs to be screeching-halt-stopped WHILE the full Sunlight is being aggregated for presentation.
(Just exactly as every ill person could/should be given an IV of High-dose Vit.C (absolute toxin neutralizer) while their diagnosis is being worked up; we already know enough to warrant this & lots of other remedial steps toward MAHA *immediately*. Only sickness profiteers make widespread robust Human health verboten)
Every major & most all environmental toxicants have already been studied & Sunlight-exposed by honest people… aka non-profiteers… who have been discredited/cancelled/eliminated for their trouble.
Andrew Wakefield is the Vx posterboy of this phenomenon; there are both live AND died-suddenly whistleblowers in literally every profiteering field of industry.
Holding the vision of what we really do want makes it manifest faster; holding & believing in the vision of it not happening slows it way down, even blocks it entirely.
I never beg God for anything… I pray in Gratitude that it’s on the way (“Ask & ye shall receive”) & I feel the feeling of Gratitude for having it before it gets here (“In all things be Grateful”) – that’s the mode of receptivity that opens the energetic door so it can come right in.

This explains that way of praying – from the Bible before it was edited out

Dems have always fought for retaining their slaves.
He’s also been talking about raising income taxes on those with incomes over $1M. I love that idea. They don’t need a tax break. Nearly all of those people are Democrats anyway, and it’s not like they support President Trump. How can Democrats possibly not support a tax cut to the middle class? Give the tax breaks to those making $200k or less (or something along those lines).
I don’t. Graduated income tax is Marxist 101. Let’s see how much income we get from the tariffs and work from there.
I don’t disagree with you. I myself favor a flat tax, but that’s never going to happen. I would rather see a lower corporate tax rate. The optics of a tax break to high earners would be terrible, especially before midterms. If you do a tax bill that raises taxes on the top 1%, what could Democrats possibly argue about?

Habeas is not automatic. What constitutes reasonable notice and opportunity is… fuzzy. Not said. Habeas requires an individualized petition in each case, with sworn-to facts specific to each case. It cannot be done via “class action” or for groups of individuals. And lawyers cannot suborn perjury. So the habeas petition facts have to true. And ditto whether notice and opportunity was reasonable — in each individual case. The lawyer time that would have to be incurred for lots of individuals is staggeringl As for the constitutionality of the AEA, that’s already settled law. So I doubt that habeas is realistically feasible for doing lawfare.
.
Yes, that’s what we need, another foreign lawyer telling us what our laws mean.
Go home to Canada Mr. Viva Frei, and deal with your nation’s laws which is why you ran here for sanctuary. Stand up, do the work that needs to be done to fix your beloved homeland before it becomes unfixable. Your countrymen need you.
Every minute of this interview with retired (but very well connected) ICE agent Victor Avila about what is going on in Texas is worth the time to listen to.
-National Guard units are being deputized and can make arrests
– Marines are doing intelligence work on the ground in Texas, and Mexico
– the intelligence agencies are now providing full, real time support to Border Patrol
– Sheinbaum is trying to cooperate with both the US and the cartels. No one gives her long odds of living.
– The woman who discovered and publicized the Jalisco New Generation extermination camp is now dead.
– the Chapos are being decimated, by another gang
– there is going to be a flight to the sanctuary cities, and the cartel violence is coning with them. Bodies hanging from bridges, indiscriminate slaughters.
Thanks for sharing!
Definitely will be watching…..

There really is nothing new under the Sun. This was a prayer from Charles Spurgeon in the late 1800s – sounds like it could have been written today!!
“We are bound at this time to remember our country and we do. Oh God, in your great wisdom, intervene at this time of anxiety and dread. By your great mercy, teach our national leaders wisdom. We have already prayed before you that justice might be executed upon those who have committed cruel crimes, but we do pray that no policy of vengeance may be followed, that we may, in a Christian spirit, seek to overcome evil with good. We are afraid that our senators have not grace enough to do it but we pray that they may have it, and that still firmly but yet not vindictively the ship of state may be steered through these troubled waters and brought at last to a peaceful haven.”
Love it. As usual both hilarious and correct and, as always, be sure to watch past the credits.

“It may not be pretty and prices in some sectors will soar in the shorter term, but this is the cumulative cost of allowing the entire world to enjoy a fine feast at your expense for five damn decades.”
Not everyone invested in the stock market is of the laptop class, nor are they wealthy. I have been hearing from someone who needed a way to raise more money, as she and her husband have to have funds to provide for their disabled son when they die.
She is terrified over what’s happening. It can look like one man was allowed to crash Wall Street on purpose.
I have been trying to provide her with more information on what President Trump is trying to accomplish here.
It would really help, if the people behind these tariffs had one coherent plan and would all speak with one voice.
It would hep even more if they weren’t arguing in public.
Elon Musk doesn’t see anything wrong with this. He just doesn’t.
Someone within the Trump administration should tighten up on this, because it is scaring people.
Bickering in public isn’t transparency, it’s adding to confusion.
This isn’t just the opinion of one person, there are many who feel this way.
Don’t we have enough people on the left to fight?
Navarro and Musk seem to be at each other’s throats lately. I just don’t get it. Even if they have beef, set it aside for now. We got enough headwind as it is.
The response by Levitt that “boys will be boys” regarding the Musk/Navarro spat was not reassuring IMO. We need MEN making these decisions and having the common sense NOT to expose inner conflicts inside the administration. Unforced error.
What do adults tell sparring boys? “Take it outside”. Meaning don’t disturb everybody else, keep it between yourselves.
.
Elon Musk isn’t part of the team doing tariffs. He has his own divergent business interests that could get hurt long- or short-term by tariffs. He is allowed to express his dismay with things that don’t benefit him and his companies. People need to chill.
Regarding all the “confusion”, a theme being pushed in the media, largely in the control of Wall Street and the Deep State, well this needs to be ignored. One doesn’t go into a negotiation (and there are multifaceted and unique negotiations that have to be done with scores of countries and industries) laying out up-front one’s bottom line motives and goals and acceptable concessions. Rather, you want to keep them off-balance. Of course oppositional interests want this information, so they can increase their advantage and leverage. Toughy lucky. That’s exactly what we don’t want to give them.
As for your terrified friends, Clarion, it’s been a week. Are they planning on dying imminently? Maybe they could wait and see for a few more weeks? Or a month or three? Maybe stop listening to the hysterical and ulteriorly-motivated media? And maybe, if their son is disabled, consult an estate planning lawyer to, among other things, get him set up with disability benefits and a special needs trust (the money he realistically will need in that event will only cover “extras” anyway.)
.
They did nothing wrong. Do you think they haven’t done everything under the sun, including consulting a planner, for their beloved child?
I’m looking at the “conservative” media, and I see with my own eyes the different and conflicting statements coming from the Trump people.
Elon is one of the Trump people, whether he is in on the tariff group or not.
No, people don’t need to chill. That’s not for you to decide.
I’ll say it again, the Trump team should be speaking with one voice. That’s where much of the confusion is coming from.
.
So… we tell Elon Musk, who already has sacrified a lot on behalf ot the country, to just stfu and antagonize him and screw all the great work he’s doing with DOGE?
Because the MSM news getters just can’t handle any disagreement or look past what it’s about, too anxious, too nervous. ???
.
Nah clarions anti President Trump H1b argument has been drying up so she’s pivoting towards tariffs.
If her downtrodden friends are concerned about the market and they are panickans who expect to pass tomorrow then maybe they should invest in something more secure?
There are a lot of investments other than the stock market and they often do not have the volatility or the risk of stock investments. It seems your friend should get some advice on investments that are more suitable for their psyche. Also stock market “black swan” events happen. Should they be invested in stocks given the purpose of their investments?
Remember when republicans campaigned on repealing obamacare? Over and over. They had the house, the senate, and the WH 2016 to 2018 and could have easily done it. They made no serious effort to and haven’t talked about it since.
Our entire healthcare landscape has now changed where very large hospital empires control nearly all the medical care in large geographic areas. Those hospital systems are completely controlled by the government in every way. We have socialized medicine in America today, we just don’t have the honesty to call it that. Obamacare was a huge win for the left and is now fully entrenched. Thank your lying GOP senator and congress-critter for that the next time you go to a “townhall”.
Are you expecting them to do anything substantial on vote fraud, the open border, lawfare, judicial corruption, removing power from the bureaucratic 4th branch, yadda yadda?
I saw that goof Ted Cruz the other day talking about investigating the US Fencing Association. You go Ted……. go get ’em. America needs your courage.
Add to the list that Congress (Republicans and Democrats) allowed President Obama to “borrow” the $$Billions needed to start and sustain Obamacare from the joint Social Security and Medicare account.
That borrowing was Congress’ method for avoiding their duty to actually fund the Obamacare budget as part of the Federal Budget … and debate that funding in the open. This was the continuation of converting a benefit fund (payed by “rich” people) into an income redistribution welfare effort.
How much is still being “borrowed” to sustain Obamacare as well as Medicaid give aways to illegals.
also add to the list Build Back Better from Team Biden. The spending was in the trillions, if I recall, and the bill was basically the Green New Deal with a different name. 19 republicans in the senate and 13 republicans in the house voted in favor of the bill. They knew what they were voting for. Most are still in-office today.
They could fix much of “health care” by enforcing existing law.
With the announcement of 100 HUD Officials being fired for “facilitating fraud”, there also should be another one of these types of announcements from the “hollowed halls” of the IRS, if the link between DHS and IRS really occurs to ID illegal immigrants.
For well over 20 years the IRS has PUBLICLY admitted to knowingly releasing $Billions in fraudulent refunds, Child Care Credit Payments and Earned Income Credits to identifiable illegal immigrants. The IRS even admitted to knowing where they lived but took no direct action nor even referred them for prosecution or deportation.
While the questions are being asked … what about all the Fraud discovered at Social Security and it’s linked fund mate Medicare??
We have seen the headlines of DoJ and FBI actors departing … supportive efforts of the DoJ vs democrats in black robes by DoJ, the FBI doing some crime fighting and even a one of a new hiring campaign at the FBI and transfers of agents from the ATF to FBI … but …. what about the crimes that have damaged the core of our Government??? It’s not like lists of names have to be released nor are even long interviews crowing about arrests being needed …. just simple announcements and tangible evidence of action would suffice that the government criminals are being handled. It would also be useful to say the DoJ has reviewed the cases of those released from the Government for misconduct, stating: “THERE WAS MISCONDUCT and CORRUPT Activity involved that justified the firings, just not enough to prosecute”.
Admittedly I have defended the Dynamic Trio of the DoJ and FBI because of the magnitude of their task but my support is wearing thin as even the simplest of indications that action is occurring or simply stating action is even planned has not yet been forthcoming.
It’s time for the Dynamic Trio to at least show some level of activity is occurring and that there are even plans in place to take action.
There are large numbers of Americans who are alarmed to some degree over what looks like a sudden switch by RFK Jr. over the measles vaccine.
We have been through a lot, many people have been fighting this fight against totalitarianism, and the medical industrial complex, etc. for as long as Secretary Kennedy has.
No one wants to see it fall apart now.
It’s great that people want to support him, and are expressing their opinions, and backing their opinions with data. That’s wonderful.
What isn’t wonderful, to me, is the mocking tone some of these supporters are using toward those who have questions and concerns.
We are all on the same side, in MAHA. “Take a deep breath” is rude and condescending.
MAHA: Take a deep breath.
RFK Jr. has not turned his back on the medical freedom movement.
He’s working within a system that’s totally captured by Big Pharma …
… and he’s making incredible progress despite the roadblocks.
What did anyone expect? He’s a Democrat. Democrats always run on one thing and do another.
One concern seems to be that he isn’t being allowed to do the things he ran on, Bessie.
I’ve been seeing the term “hostage videos” used for his videos talking about measles, for instance.
Quite possible that’s what’s going on. Captured by the bureaucracy he was tasked to take on and manage.

I like this news. We shouldn’t be manufacturing pharmaceuticals in China and India.
There was supposed to be a major announcement of something big found by DOGE.
What happened to it?
He said something was going to happen April 2 as well, didn’t he?
Maybe whatever it was ended up on Bondi’s desk.
<chuckles>
My guess is “the big news’ is being used as leverage to get the budget bill passed through Congress.
I was hoping for an explanation of how schumer, pelosi, warren et al got very rich on $150K-$180K salaries over the years.
In the musical Fiorello about New York corruption, there is a song explaining how political wealth is accumulated by saving pennies “in a little tin box that a little tin key unlocks”.
I tried that method, but it did not produce hundreds of $millions. So there must be some better way used by congresscritters!!!
When big deals are announced ahead of time (instead of being announced when they happen) I don’t expect much. Saves a lot of angst.
Always wait until reality holds a press conference.

Larry Kudlow with a HUGE market prediction:
“If you can get a couple—three—deals in the next three, four, five weeks, I don’t know many weeks, maybe six weeks, that’s going to trigger a tremendous rally in the stock market. Because people are going to say, you know what, the Trump people were right, and this is exactly how it’s playing out.”
“Frankly, at this point, to me, all this recession talk—it’s the greatest recession that never happened.”
The deals are being done. This is going to be HUGE.

Hypocritical Leftists always piss and moan about conservatives and their “violent rhetoric”, which is in fact rare. Here’s the facts: https://richardtolzman.substack.com/p/violent-political-rhetoric
That’s quite a list!
It is really frustrating to see that, even here, so many want so many different things, and many of them have zero Constitutional relevance. We can’t get enough people to agree on the color of the sky to get anything done. Everybody has their own personal axe to grind. Trump can’t save US. All he can do is buy US some time. We were told we could have those documents. Now Tulsi is delaying with a task force.
We were also told that Bondi already had many of those documents.
Eyes on the bond market, especially to 10 year Treasury.
China dumping, or something else?
Everyone is dumping. Markets and people hate uncertainty. Financial markets have always relied on confidence and right now that is very low and heading into uncharted waters.
China is the second largest holder of Treasuries.
And will defend the Yuan
Let them. We need to stop worrying about China and start worrying about ourselves. I won’t be happy until China’s economy crashes and they have a severe depression.
Yeah, I can already see where you’re going. Let’s just continue the status quo, because god forbid we have any disturbance to our deficit induced spending spree. You won’t have to worry about confidence once we’re bankrupt. I’m so tired of people who have no vision. They think everything is dandy until it isn’t. Imagine having these people working at a company. You’d never have any innovation.

‘MY PLAN TO DESTROY AMERICA’ | “The Autopsy of History Says That All Great Nations Commit Suicide.”
Listen to this speech delivered in 2003 and tell me it doesn’t sound eerily like what is happening with the Democrat Open Borders plan right now:
The Intentional transformation of a society and its electoral system via unchecked illegal immigration.
Delivered by Fmr. Colorado Gov. Richard Lamm, himself a Democrat — the prescient speech lays out an eight-part “plan” that could be used to destroy America from within.
Lamm was a staunch critic of unchecked immigration and multiculturalism, and issued this speech as a warning at a book event for Victor Davis-Hanson’s book “Mexifornia.”
The Steps:
1. Make the US a bi-lingual country.
2. Invent “multiculturalism”
3. Make the fastest growing demographic group the least educated
4. Get big corporations and foundations to fund these efforts
5. Develop dual citizenship
6. Make discussion of any these subjects as off-limits. Label heretics as “racists”
7. Make it impossible to enforce immigration laws
8. Censor information, (like Hanson’s book on immigration.)
“The Autopsy of History Says That All Great Nations Commit Suicide.”
We are seeing it play out right before our eyes.
Just waiting for Trump to counter China’s latest move by pulling all the student visa and sending all the spies home.
Being done.
Also, he is leaving semiconductors last off the tariffs impositions for a reason.
Final grenade. Everything go boom.
