Ad rem, I reported this character to you when I recognized his single word moderation post made at 1009 on the Japan post on Tuesday, he slipped in with the single word, “great,” so I’m not sure how this character, now dubbed Spam, got through moderation when we were just told that comment wouldn’t have met standards and was obviously recognized as part of a pattern of trickery that none would fall for again.
I have not heard back regarding my message on this topic yesterday, nor on the several messages sent weeks ago on this very topic, there appears to be a blockage in the system somewhere.
I hope all this can be resolved and the miscreants addressed effectively, us noticers are trying to help.

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough.
They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it.
You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.

Sure, in an ideal world where the DOJ has infinite resources, why not do that?
But according to a multitude of posts here, the reason that the real deep state criminals haven’t been arrested… the ones who have caused much more damage to the country than the protesters (like magnitudes higher damage than the protesters could even imagine) is that the DOJ just doesn’t have enough manpower to perform adequate investigations on those deep state criminals. But that’s not going to happen anyway.
There’s also other things like 300,000 missing underage victims of human trafficking that needs attention.
So given such a dearth of manpower at the DOJ, why would they waste even a single minute on something that could easily be handled by state or local LE?

Idaho Governor Brad Little has signed into law a bill that will allow courts to impose the death penalty on individuals convicted of aggravated lewd conduct with children aged 12 and younger. The legislation, which creates a new criminal charge, will go into effect on July 1.
The law establishes that aggravated lewd conduct with children under 12 is punishable by execution. In cases that do not meet the death penalty criteria but involve victims up to age 16, mandatory prison sentences will apply.
To seek the death penalty, prosecutors must prove at least three of 17 specific factors, such as multiple incidents of abuse, the use of force, or transmission of a sexually transmitted disease to the child.
State Representative Bruce Skaug said the legislation, “establishes a strong deterrent, making it clear Idaho will not tolerate these offenses.” The law aligns with other states that have also implemented stricter penalties for child sex crimes.
“Idaho currently has some of the most lenient statutes for child molestation and child rape in the nation,” Skaug explained.
Governor Little echoed those sentiments, saying that sexual abuse of children deserves the highest punishment. He added in a statement that Idaho will be the only state to make death by firing squad the primary method of execution, which would apply to pedophiles.
“Just like capital murder destroys lives, aggravated sexual abuse of a young child devastates victims and families for generations,” Little said.
The legislation received overwhelming support in the Idaho Senate before arriving on the governor’s desk. It also gained the backing of Attorney General Raúl Labrador, who told KTVB, “Idaho’s children and future generations deserve that measure of protection.”

Well now, it looks like someone finally lit a fire under all the Senate Committees to get cracking in getting PT’s nominations through and out of the committees instead of lollygagging around. There is a ‘yuge’ backlog of nominees still stuck in committees as the D’s delay them all and the R’s haven’t actually been pushing that hard to get them through.
Monday morning there were 16 committee meetings scheduled for this week and only 7 had nominees on their schedule. There were more meetings than I thought there was supposed to be yesterday, so I looked at the committee schedule again this morning. Holy smokes–There’s now 21 committee hearings scheduled for today and tomorrow with 12 of them considering or voting on nominees. And in most of the committees there are multiple nominees to consider instead of the usual one or two.
Now most won’t be voted on today or tomorrow, but they will through the first hurdle and ready for committee votes when Congress gets back to town after their two week ‘Spring Break’.
I also noticed that Thune has stepped up the number of floor cloture and final vote for those nominees that are already on his Executive Calendar.
I wonder who put the pressure on the R’s to finally get cracking to counter balance all the D delay tactics? <smiles>

I worked in the semiconductor sub-contract assembly business from 1980 through 1998. Motorola, Texas Instruments, IBM, GE and quite a few smaller semiconductor companies all shipped their chips to the assembly plants along with their raw materials to make their particular semiconductors, before chip making was outsourced.
