GB, geo-engineering has impacted my area to great detriment. It started getting really bad about three years ago, and has now led to the destruction of trees and gardens as well as human health problems. Even people who have little awareness of these things have seen the changes.

The US Supreme Court in a 5-4 vote on Friday sided with the Trump Administration and blocked a Massachusetts judge’s order requiring it to reinstate $250 million in Department of Education DEI training to eight states.

In an unsigned order, Chief Justice Roberts sided with the liberal justices and would have denied Trump’s emergency application.

Liberal justices Kagan, Jackson and Sotomayor dissented.

Roberts is a lost cause, and has been since the Obamacare opinion. I am glad to see Barrett separating from him, although I won’t put any hopes in her just yet.

This is good news nonetheless. The DEI grants were arguably reverse discrimination, and thus contrary to the ruling in Students for Fair Admissions case that struck down affirmative action.

Take the wins as they come. Each SCOTUS opinion in favor of Trump is a pushback against lawfare.

Justice Elena Kagan filed a separate written dissent, as did Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson (with whom Justice Sonia Sotomayor joined).

As to Roberts, there is simply a note following the majority’s decision that states: ” THE CHIEF JUSTICE would deny the application.” No explanation as to why he would. 

This is a procedural ruling. It simply stays the district court’s order pending disposition of the administration’s appeal with the First Circuit Court of Appeals (and possibly an appeal on the merits back to the Supreme Court).

Roberts is being an ass with no explanation for his dissent. It’s patently obvious how much he hates President Trump.

We knew where Robert’s bread was buttered. Now everyone else knows too.

Maybe women should star leagues of their own which do not sanction men in women’s sports. Let the men challenge it. The Trump admistration already is against allowing men in women’s sports so women have right now a great opportunity to do something that stops the issue. Start your own competitions. Sue the NCAA if they allow it in colleges. Sue your local school systems if they refuse to stop allowing boys to be part of women’s sports competition.

Why is this not a problem in men’s sports? Why aren’t trans women in men’s sports not front page news? Did anyone ever ask those who promote men in women’s sports why it doesn’t work both ways? Maybe someone should.

What about the boys in high schools and colleges show brotherly solidarity with their sisters and REFUSE to play sports until the transexuals are finally stopped and are put in their own 3rd league. Imagine the school administrators and coaches finding their gyms, courts, fields, pools, and diamonds DEVOID of male athletes. No school spirit. Pissed off parents. Although I doubt it would happen, but the teams in the NCAA basketball Final Four and the Frozen Four should just walk/skate off the court in silence after the start whistle is blown….and not resume play until the heads of the NCAA and the US Olympic Team make official decision to stop this woke madness. Money talks. Tell your sons to do the right thing for AMERICA.

I watched Patel’s Senate Confirmation hearings and on the last day it was obvious he had been compromised. He was changing his tune 180- sweating. His eyes were so cattywompus in his head he looked like he was drugged.
