These are great times! If President Trump plays this right, he can send the whole Beijing house of cards crashing down. This is a major moment of weakness for the CCP. Notice how the tariffs don’t start immediately…they’re starting them on April 10. They think this is a great bargaining chip, since it gives them time for lobbyists and sleazy business to apply pressure. It will be days of Wall Street corporatists screeching about how we need to strike a deal. I hope President Trump has the resolve to do the exact opposite. Do nothing, let the tariffs go into effect, and you’ll see the CCP start to falter. Once they lose grasp, it’s only a matter of time before they’re in a complete tailspin.

As a Biden appointee, General Haugh had no place serving in the Trump admin given the fact that he was HAND PICKED by General Milley, who was accused of committing treason by President Trump. Why would we want an NSA Director who was referred to Biden after being hand selected by Milley, who told

One big problem I have getting rid of Justice Roberts is the amount of Rino’s in the Senate that sided with Dems a few days ago. Normally, the judiciary can order the arrest of a person, but must rely on a cooperative executive agency to achieve the actual arrest.

It is really important for people to understand and I hope for the US government to officially recognize, that Islam is not only a faith based religion. One could argue that it isn’t even faith based. Faith is VOLUNTARY.
Islam is a system of government and not a faith. Its laws, as written and described, apply to ALL people and also discriminate on how those laws are applied based on whether the person is Muslim or Kafir. Islam has a system of taxation. I think ‘Noah’ needs to listen to Secretary Lutnick’s explanation of the effects on the US economy. What a trade deficit does, essentially, is identify the ‘seller’ and the ‘customer’. What this arrangement has done to the US over the years is widen the wealth gap among Americans. Does that ‘make the country poorer’ on paper? That really isn’t the point. If it makes a very small number of people extraordinarily rich (Black Rock globalists), but causes a large number of citizens to struggle to maintain a middle class existence, that is a problem. President Trump has made clear his economic case. The question is does ‘Noah’ understand it is not good to have a military dependent on foreign materials (steel, aluminum) or a population dependent on foreign pharmaceuticals? Economic security is national security. President Trump understands trade deficits just fine. Tell Noah to ditch his Black Rock stock.

Any argument that tells people with a different viewpoint that they are whining, or presumes to tell Americans what they need or don’t need, tends to make one support the other side, IMO.
FWIW if Trump’s China tariffs are the right thing for the wrong reason, it doesn’t matter, and the tariffs on everybody else seem to me to be a political tool that is likely to do its job and then be discontinued.

For some time now I have entertained a theory that our government was using television shows like Dateline to judge just how much information an individual can receive before they fall for a bs story, and how much more information it takes to get them to change their minds.
