During the Q&A session, Mr Miller discussed the administration’s position against the extrajudicial ruling of DC Judge James Boasberg, who attempts to inject himself into the ‘national security’ authorities of President Trump and direct both national security and foreign policy as it relates to criminal illegal aliens.
Simultaneous to this presser, Judge Boasberg – who previously celebrated President Trump being dragged into court – was questioning DOJ lawyers about the criminal alien deportation process. President Trump’s lawyers are correctly using the ‘national security’ argument that removes Judge Boasberg’s ability to inject himself into the issue. Boasberg is furious.
As noted by Margot Cleveland:
Judge Boasberg: So, you’re saying we were outside of airspace so no jurisdiction?
DOJ: No, “removal” happens when they left US, so that means they were already removed, which is what the Court order pertains to.
Judge Boasberg: Equitable power has extraterritorial reach; you can’t violate it.
As noted by Politico:
[…] Deputy Associate Attorney General Abhishek Kambli said the foreign policy concerns related to the operation were paramount.
“These arrangements were the result of intensive and delicate negotiations between the United States and El Salvador,” he said.
DOJ further frustrated Boasberg by refusing to provide almost any details about the deportation operation, repeatedly invoking national security to defend the secrecy.
“Why are you showing up today and not having answers to why you can’t even disclose it to me?” the judge asked.
As the hearing neared its conclusion, Boasberg demanded that the government answer — by noon tomorrow — a series of questions about the flights and their passengers, as well as exactly when Trump signed the proclamation calling for the alleged gang members to be expelled from the country. He also ordered the filing of more briefs on the legal arguments in the case.

Remove Boasberg’s security clearance. He proved his unworthiness on the FISA court and his collusion with the Cross Fire Hurricane sedition group. He is a security risk.
Removing Boasberg’s clearance would be a firm step toward reasserting the president’s control over national security decisions and preventing the judiciary from becoming an unchecked authority over executive actions.
This act would be a direct exercise of the president’s authority over classified information and national security. Under longstanding precedent, the executive branch has full control over who is granted access to sensitive intelligence, and there is no requirement that judges retain clearance if the president determines they pose a risk.
If Boasberg’s actions demonstrate compromised judgment or political bias, the president is within his rights to strip his clearance. The executive branch is responsible for protecting national security, and if a judge is seen as undermining that duty, the administration does not have to continue granting him access to classified intelligence.
This move would be powerful in reinforcing the argument that judges do not have unlimited oversight over national security matters.
The courts are not designed to act as an executive review board, and allowing judges to interfere in intelligence and military affairs risks shifting constitutional power away from the presidency.
Very important to remove his security clearance. Also have the FBI or Treasury begin investigating his ties to his daughters org. which I think helps illegals in this country and other judges via communications. Last July, {Trump v. U.S.} SCOTUS ruled that a former POTUS {45} has immunity from
prosecution/litigation {judges/courts} for ALL official acts performed during his term in office.
One would have to presume that a former POTUS somehow has more immunity than a duly elected sitting POTUS, to think that SCOTUS is sitting on it’s hands.
POTUS is the executor of the will of The People and is immune to the Judicial branch.

I would have them reach down and swat an inferior district court judge like Boasberg for bad behavior in not following the law that SCOTUS had already ruled on.
Don’t hold your breath. SCOTUS will almost never “reach down and swat” a lower court. They will typically try to wait for courts to work things out and only consider cases when they have finally exhausted other possible remedies. Trump is deliberately, IMO, trying to provoke these conflicts and speed the process along so that he can effectively get in front of SCOTUS and say, “100% of executive power is vested in me and your judicial clowns are all trying to assert executive power through their orders. Tell them to STFU.” I think that’s about as fast as it’s going to happen. In some sense, he’s baiting them and triggering every possible conflict in parallel, not serially, so that there are multiple cases and SCOTUS basically has to react.
When it comes to government officials, I never hold my breath, but I do try my best to hold them accountable in any way, shape, or form that I can.

I think that actually helps Trump at some level. It’s frustrating watching it happen, but the judiciary is overextending itself and trying to dictate what the executive branch must do. That makes it very incontrovertible that the judiciary is exercising executive power, which is a fundamental constitutional no-no.

True, but the problem is that the Executive branch can get out of whack too (as seen from past Administrations). By the USSC allowing this circus show to continue, it hinders the rare case that a court actually might need to reign in or slow down the Executive. I’m not referring to matters of national security or hiring & firing; there, the Executive clearly has complete jurisdiction under the Constitution.
For instance, hypothetically a Muslim (like Ilhan Omar) became President, and chose to prevent middle eastern Christians from being allowed to seek refuge in the US based on the President’s own bias. Though the law recognized their right to flee to the US to avoid being killed, that President could refuse to allow them refuge because he or she didn’t believe anyone could be treated badly in a Muslim country. In such a circumstance, reasonable people would want to check someone abusing their legitimate power.
The above might be a poor example, but there might be numerous ways that such a scenario might play out in which a President needed to be forced to obey the intent of a law, without resorting to impeachment or waiting till the next election.
The Supremes rarely intervene in lower court cases, especially if there is no appeal before them. There are many reasons why they do not not, most of them having to do with ripeness. They are going to have to take up the issue of ex parte TROs against executive actions & nationwide injunctions. Right now the DOJ is appealing the matter to the U.S Court of Appeals before it goes to the Supremes. Maybe this is the case that frames these problems.

Donald Trump needs to declare himself Monarch of the United States. As monarch his policies and decisions are not subject to judicial modification. As chief executive and monarch he stands above the judiciary. The purpose of the monarchy is to root out fraud, waste, and corruption in government, and to restore constitutional order.
This probably seems like a silly idea to most people, but only in this manner will he have the power to restore constitutional government. Attempts to change things while being subject to judicial restraint, will fail.

Frankly, I am glad that he so blatantly overstepped his judicial boundaries in this case, so that he garners more public and judicial attention. It is time that we began to consider impeaching judges who believe that they can disrupt and control the executive branch of government.

Are these judges benefitting financially somehow from the political parties or politicians they are aligned with or is it just a god complex that drives them? They may be permanently appointed to that position but it shouldn’t mean that when they align themselves on the side of protecting terrorist drug cartels that there is not a possibility that they are benefitting in some way from this and their bank accounts as well as who they are in communication with and doing the bidding of should not be allowed to be kept secret. Simply do what Andy Jackson did in a similar situation. No, I am serious. This “D.C. Judge” wants to play President, and out of the more than 400 (way(!) too many) of his colleagues, plenty of others want the same. This becomes a Constitutional issue – and the President can resolve it by himself.
Thomas Jefferson observed that Article 3 was the “weak link” of the Constitution as ratified: it did not go far enough. He saw that the Courts would “surreptitiously” seek to gain power – as they did in Marbury where they simply “amended the Constitution by fiat” and no one at the time challenged them on it. They have since made a regular practice of it, as this Judge is now trying to do.
Meanwhile, this is what the supreme law actually says:
The Constitution vested “the Executive Power” in “a President of the United States.” It did not vest that power in a committee of judges, and it did not give in Article 3 any “power of review or consent” to any of them. The document does not contain the term, “unconstitutional.”
The Constitution is even more explicit about state matters, and military ones. This is a state matter, as well as law enforcement. The Constitution directs the President to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed,” and these individuals have violated many Federal laws.
President Trump, like President Jackson before him, will be the President who again forces this issue. If you want to amend the Constitution, you may try. But, until you succeed, the “supreme law of the land” is as it is.
More troublingly – “suspicious cats” want to know exactly why this Judge is fighting so hard for the so-called “rights” of violent criminals who have no legal right to be in this territory in the first place. Very important point: For years the unelected bureaucrats and unelected judges have arrogated to themselves more and more power, to the point that these two elements of government have usurped the powers of the President.
In effect, the unelected judges serve as the backstop for the unelected bureaucrats.
What we are seeing with judges interfering in the area of foreign policy comes from the determination of the globalists and deep state to wield power over the Presidency and, in effect, to cancel the election.
