There are well over 400 “Federal Judges” in this country – way too many – and many of them want to be President.
The Constitution never afforded these powers to the Judiciary. In Marbury, the Courts simply assigned these powers to themselves, and at the time nobody stopped them when they should have.
The Constitution does not say: “The Executive power is vested in a President of the United States, at the pleasure of [any …] Court.” Let alone an inferior Court. This is not how the sentence reads.
With that many “judges” you’d think our Judicial system would be gliding along like the movement on a Patek Philip with zero backlog. Instead Whadda we have?
Didn’t this “Judge” Bossyburger just sit on a terrorist deportation court for however long that didn’t hear one case sopping up paychecks? DOGE EVER’BODY!
This nitwit judge with the napoleon complex is becoming a danger demanding things he has no right to. Why is he being allowed to continue this farce? Here are the cold hard facts for Chief Justice John Roberts and his toady Barrett. Judicial legitimacy was on the ballot. Those media outlets JR and ACB watch all promoted the view that J6 was an insurrection. Trump was guilty of every crime from keeping classified documents to exaggerating the value of real estate. I can’t even keep track of all of the cases against Trump.
It is amazing to me that Roberts is so full of hatred for President Trump he is willing to put the legitimacy of the judiciary on the line? That’s a whole new level of hate.

Talking to a friend today who has gone through a radical change since 2015.
In 2015 we were great friends.
In 2016 she, along with a handful of associated friends decided to ditch me when they found out I was all in for Donald Trump for President.
She stayed away from me for a few years, then slowly peeked in on me in 2019.
By the end of 2019 we were friends again, but she came back with great hesitancy.
In 2020 she was asking a lot of questions about President Trump, and paying a lot more attention to the things he actually said and did.
When he lost the election she was shocked and very worried about where diaper joe would take us.
When joe was installed as the lead puppet she learned how to can and preserve all kinds of food, put big door stops on her doors, got a gravity water filter, bought an indoor heater for when the power went out, and generally was doing what all of us were doing to get ready for when things got bad.
She’d turned, big time.
In 2024 she worked to get people registered to vote, and made sure everyone she worked with (that she knew were Trump supporters) was registered and knew where to vote.
She watched every single Trump rally and every time he was on t.v. she was there with him, watching every word he said.
She now knows way more about the events of every day than I do.
While talking to her today she said something about what someone on CNN said, and then said, “I can’t believe that’s who I used to watch all the time. I was blind, and now I see.”
Sweet. One less liberal whose eyes have been opened.

One caveat is must apply for a residence exception, except there’s no mention of filing the H1B exception. Figured it was good old fashioned paperwork fraud.
You’d think that story changed enough.
