Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough.
They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it.
You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years

The US Supreme Court does not seem to wish to reel in these unconstitutional actions and activism by the party that has 7% approval rating.
Im tired of trying to explain to others that facts that are true facts are stubborn but still facts. These judges are in this same situation. This must change pronto.

Imagine, then, my astonishment when I learned this morning of a ruling by a Judge of that same court, Judge Trevor McFadden (appointed, for those who like to know these things, by President Trump, not by Presidents Obama or Biden), who held in one of the many disputes over efforts by the Trump administration to reduce waste, fraud and abuse in federal spending -this one by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops- that a law actually should be applied according to its plain language and words, no matter whether that outcome is the one the judge would have personally chosen. The case is made even more notable in that it presented issues very similar to the one decided by Judge Amir in which, on review by the Supreme Court, Justice Alito wrote an opinion strongly suggesting, among other things, that Judge Amir did not have jurisdiction to decide that case in the first place. That is exactly the issue on which Judge McFadden based his position and one which Judge Amir to this day refuses to even consider, despite the strong opinion by Justice Alito that he should do so. That case is thoroughly discussed in an excellent analysis entitled The USAID Case: Judge Amir Ali’s $2 Billion Defiance Escalates , a thorough reading of which I highly recommend for a fuller understanding of the lengths to which the judge went to assure that he would be known as not only the first Muslim-American Federal Judge ever appointed but as the one who ordered the President 90% of the voters in his hometown voted against to pay out 2 Billion dollars of taxpayers’ money he did not want to pay out.”
To me any Federal Judge who is a muslim will always be under suspicion whether they are following the Constitution or sharia law??? But that’s just me!!!??? The danger to world or regional public health from the escape from microbiology laboratories of pathogens capable of causing pandemics, or Potentially Pandemic Pathogens (PPPs) has been the subject of considerable discussion including mathematical modeling of the probability and impact of such escapes. The risk of such releases has generally been determined from estimates of laboratory infections that are often incomplete, except for the recent 2013 Centers for Disease Control (CDC) report, which is a significant source of recent data on escapes from undetected and unreported laboratory-acquired infections (LAIs).
This paper presents an historical review of outbreaks of PPPs or similarly transmissible pathogens that occurred from presumably well-funded and supervised nationally supported laboratories. It should be emphasized that these examples are only the “tip of the iceberg” because they represent laboratory accidents that have actually caused illness outside of the laboratory in the general public environment. The list of laboratory workers who have contracted potentially contagious infections in microbiology labs but did not start community outbreaks is much, much longer. The examples here are not “near misses;” these escapes caused real-world outbreaks.

The Trump administration argues that US District Judge James Boasberg overstepped his authority when he issued an order blocking the president from deporting roughly 250 alleged Tren de Aragua gang members under the Alien Enemies Act of 1789, a wartime law that gives the executive branch immense power to deport noncitizens without judicial hearings.
“This is headed to the Supreme Court. And we’re going to win,” a senior White House official told Axios, adding “It’s the showdown that was always going to happen between the two branches of government.”
The timeline: The president signed the executive order invoking the Alien Enemies Act on Friday night, but intentionally did not advertise it. On Saturday morning, word of the order leaked, officials said, prompting a mad scramble to get planes in the air.
At 2:31 p.m. Saturday, an immigration activist who tracks deportation flights, posted on X that “TWO HIGHLY UNUSUAL ICE flights” were departing from Texas to El Salvador, which had agreed to accept Venezuelan gang members deported from the U.S.
Hours later, during a court hearing filed by the ACLU., Boasberg ordered a halt to the deportations and said any flights should be turned around mid-air.
“This is something that you need to make sure is complied with immediately,” he told the Justice Department, according to the Washington Post.
At that point, about 6:51 p.m., both flights were off the Yucatan Peninsula, according to flight paths posted on X.

Trump’s Administration has finally taken notice of Rule 65(c) when it comes to Federal Courts:
(c) Security. The court may issue a preliminary injunction or a temporary restraining order only if the movant gives security in an amount that the court considers proper to pay the costs and damages sustained by any party found to have been wrongfully enjoined or restrained. The United States, its officers, and its agencies are not required to give security.
This is not discretionary and the court cannot assess a “de-minimus” security amount either; it must be defensible predicated on the costs and damages that the other party may or will suffer with the evidence of same in the order itself if the injunction or TRO issues until disposition of the case and the posting of said security has to be completed before the TRO or injunction is valid.

Thus where is Pam Bondi with immediate emergency filings against all of the existing injunctions already issued demanding that security be posted up and computed in said public filing and, if there is any delay or refusal by the judges involved to do so taking an immediate emergency appeal as far as necessary including to the Supreme Court which, given the actual language in the Rules of Civil Procedure is a slam-dunk and immediate win? No, demanding this only on a forward basis for future filings is not enough — force the movants in all the existing injunctions to either post up security or dissolve the injunctions and TROs.
If our government expects we, the ordinary civilians, to adhere to and comply with the law they had better do so themselves especially when various parts of the government go to war legally with each other.
That Fed judge is drunk on his own delusional power.
