President Nayib Bukele of El Salvador sends a reactionary message to federal Judge James Boasberg who had demanded all of the criminal gang members deported by President Trump be returned to the United States.
Using his X Account, Bukele says, “Oopsie, too late.” El Salvador has taken custody of the criminals and put them in maximum security prison, a Terrorism Confinement Center. The President also shared a video of the repatriation.

Somewhere on Youtube, I think, is a very interesting look at this prison. A select few reporters were given a tour and interview by the warden. He was open about his vision in operating, stocking, staffing and prisoner treatment. Obviously he did not go into detail but did give a general outline of security measures including a glimpse of the arsenal he maintains. 80 prisoners per cell on steel and cement bunks that looked to be 5 high. A couple of prisoners were allowed to speak with the press with mixed reviews of their existance. I found it to be worth my 15-20 minutes .

By the time the order came down, the planes were over international waters, so the judge had no jurisdiction over the planes.

Kind of confusing, but from what I’ve read, a plane in air is subject to the laws of the country it’s registered in. So if a crime took place on a US plane over international waters, it would be US jurisdiction. Once it lands, a crime on the plane would be local jurisdiction.
But don’t quote me on that.
In any case, a military plane dispatched by the commander-in-chief on any mission shouldn’t be subject to recall by a judge. That’s what makes no sense about this order to return the planes.

Not quite right about the jurisdiction issue, but close. The plane has to land for a scheduled stop, as opposed to a ‘technical stop’ (fuel or maintenance) and the person has to clear customs. There was a U.S. Part 1221 carrier on the way from South America to the U.S. a few years ago. The Capt. was in the back on a scheduled rest break (still 2 pilots in the cockpit flying) when some nutcase went … nuts. Attacked a lot of people and darted for the kickplate in the cockpit door, trying to fight his way into the cockpit. They subdued and restrained. The Capt. wanted so help so he asked a nice muscular looking able-bodied man if he could assist. The fellow was wearing a nice T-shirt which said “U.S. Embassy” so it seemed like a good bet. Turns out the fellow worked for … well, someone useful. He was happy to contact his folks, so when the plane landed in the U.S., all of the other pax and crew got off, and the troublemaker was sent back to South America. Because he never entered the U.S. via clearing customs, U.S. law and jurisdiction did not apply.
As to the other issues: military vs. civilian is one issue; if it was a government contracted plane, that is another whole mess. You cannot just turn around and come back to the U.S. in all situations. If there was not enough fuel to return to U.S. — very possible — then a special landing clearance to drop into another country to refuel would need to be arranged — in a non-emergency that can get tricky. Not everyone wants to get involved, and it takes a while to get such things set up. In the meantime — hey, once you are out of U.S. airspace, El Salvador is not very far away.

At what point does a judge’s behavior become unlawful? IOW, if you’re issuing fiat rulings that are meant to keep criminal aliens designated as terrorists on US soil, then are you not simply acting at the behest of TdA, MS13, etc. And is this not “obstruction of justice”?

And it is also odd, to me, that Congress only seems to focus it’s “oversight” on the Executive Branch and not the Judiciary when Congress establishes the “inferior courts” per the Constitution.
Seems to me that Congress – in its lawful role to determine the composition of inferior courts – needs to subpoena judges to determine which courts are still needed, how many remain, and how many judges are required. And in the process of obtaining said testimony, a key objective should be to determine whether and how many courts have been compromised by ideologues. I suspect the answer to this is “many”.

What would happen if the Trump administration simply ignored every ruling issued by corrupt judges and went about doing what they were doing before the ruling? Would that then force those judges to challenge Trump in the courts until they reached the Supreme Court instead of the Trump admin escalating the matter to the SC? Would they even be willing to do that, or would the issue just die due to lack of oxygen in the room? An added bonus would be that the MSM would have to cover it, peeling back more layers of the onion.
I know I’m being simple, but I enjoy thinking outside the proverbial box. (I also know it would probably set a bad precedent.)

Here’s how to stop Boasberg and the other rogue judges. Revoke their security clearances on the belief they are compromised. They won’t be able to hear any cases. The list of sketchy and unconstituitional rulings by Boasberg as listed by SD in a previous post is more than enough to open an investigation and use national security as the reason. If it gets challenged, the courts, as SD has pointed out, always defer to national security. Boasberg can’t do squat.
