President Nayib Bukele of El Salvador sends a reactionary message to federal Judge James Boasberg who had demanded all of the criminal gang members deported by President Trump be returned to the United States.
Using his X Account, Bukele says, “Oopsie, too late.” El Salvador has taken custody of the criminals and put them in maximum security prison, a Terrorism Confinement Center. The President also shared a video of the repatriation.

Believe it or not, but I looked it up, and Article III judges do NOT require a security clearance to see classified information! They are considered a separate, co-equal branch of government. Justices of the Supreme Court, and judges of US Circuit and District courts are Article III judges.
They all require Senate confirmation so I guess that is supposed to be their only security check.
Federal Courts are supposed to have a security manager detailed from the executive branch to handle all classified materials and to oversee security procedures. All the lawyers involved at trial need clearances. All the other court personnel need clearances. But the judges themselves and members of the jury DO NOT.

Rubio made the deal with Bukele at PDJT’s directive, so kudos to those two. If the hacks in black want to stop being judges of the law, and become judges of politics, then maybe they should suffer political, professional, and personal retribution for those decisions. It’s well past time to put the judiciary in it’s place. I am not suggesting someone should physically attack federal judges, but their activism cannot continue to be insulated from consequence.
