President Nayib Bukele of El Salvador sends a reactionary message to federal Judge James Boasberg who had demanded all of the criminal gang members deported by President Trump be returned to the United States.
Using his X Account, Bukele says, “Oopsie, too late.” El Salvador has taken custody of the criminals and put them in maximum security prison, a Terrorism Confinement Center. The President also shared a video of the repatriation.

I did a short nurse gig at an IL county jail that was working with the USMS…and housing some federal bad boys….they were not suffering. Cable TV and Ipads. Access to Facebook. Their commissary selection was phenomenal. They had access to extra blankets and pillows. Those boys were not suffering in spite of some of their crimes being beyond speakable.
We never had those luxuries in Orange County Jail, we had a “Fight Club” run by jailers. During my last stay around 2014 (when I got MRSA from an infected human bite on the hand that jail staff wouldn’t treat) several jail staff would take inmates who had beef on the streets and would lock them in isolation cells “where the cameras weren’t working” and let them fight it out until one of the combatants was unconscious all while betting on who would win. No wonder y’all have such high recidivism in IL..

Side note—Not getting treatment in a facility, is a very common situation where the privatized correctional health care company seeks to not spend money. The reimbursements are run a lot like medicaid, and may often be worse than the VA.
I can relate a story of 30 years ago where an inmate was repeatedly denied diagnostics in spite of repeated sick call requests…the doctor thought he was “faking”…the inmate died of non Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Negligence.
Over the years, there have been improvements, but only because litigation has increased and families are more involved for their loved ones behind bars. Having worked in the system and seeing the abuses in some respects, makes me angry.
In this Country there’s the way things are supposed to work, the way people think things work, and the way things actually are.
It’s the wild inconsistencies in our Government that are our undoing.
I’ve only been to County lockup a couple times because I am “ethanol challenged” and for a probation violation for a DUI because some DEI hire at the Clerk Of Courts Office forgot to update their fine payment system and triggered a warrant for me for erroneous “non-payment”..
It’s the revolving door for multiple felons is what the real problem is.
They bring the hammers down on low level offenders trying to scare them straight.

El Salvador is Central America.
Besides that, the CECOT prison in El Salvador is a real high security prison, not comparable with the typical South American or Central American prison, where inmates have a lot more latitude, and security and all kind of standards are pretty low.
After watching an hour long video last night on YouTube about CECOT maximum security prison in El Salvador I can conclude only one thing: The government of El Salvador absolutely DOES NOT f*ck around when it comes to incarcerating the “bad guys,” which is everyone, plus some, that end up within its confines.
80 prisoners per steel cage. One toilet to be shared by all. Drinking and bathing water is provided in one cistern (small concrete box). No sheets or blankets. Bright lights on 24/7. Exact same diet every day of beans, rice, a tortilla and a “sugar drink.” No access to natural sunlight, ever. No exercise yard. No visits, ever. No outside communication, with anyone. Period. Heads shaved weekly to prevent hiding contraband. No clothing other than white t-shirt, boxer shorts and pair of socks. Rival gang members housed together. If they fight they go to “the hole” (6′ x 12′ concrete box w/nothing, including no light) for 10 days at a time.
And best/worst of all? NO RELEASE DATES! None. They are there until they die!
Also, in closing, one last interesting fact. Since opening in 2018 the crime rate in El Salvador has fallen 98%. Can’t imagine why that is…
And humiliate them.
They make the prisoners bend over like that, I think, as a sign of submission.
If you looked closely, they were handcuffed, and tethered to leg irons, with a short tether.
Keeps them from looking around and locating where they are.
Also makes sure (leg irons) that they ain’t going nowhere.
Notice the guards are masked. It’s so they can’t be identified by inmates for retaliation on the streets.
I didn’t see any name tags either.

Let’s keep in mind the bigger picture. Boasberg is part of a larger network of fundamentally genocidal evil who want to erase European civilization from mere existence. He hates us so much that he attempted to use authority not granted him under our political system to force us to keep illegal alien rapists and murderers inside our homeland. Even if they were purely innocent of everything but illegal border crossing we would have the right to expel them, but these were also hardened criminals of the sort that our own people do not produce often.

Not so long ago, a sailor who committed mutiny or even insubordination would have been given “extra duty”( a lot of hard work, for many days in a row), involving the most humiliating work, like scrubbing toilets until they are mint shined fresh, using with just soap, water and rags, made to clean up and do mess duty (clean the mess area, prepare the coffee, clean every dish, cup, and silverware, and mop all the decks and help prepare the food. And if it was a serious crime, they would be forced into confinement with only water and crackers as rations…for many days. and for very serious crimes, like piracy, or caught stealing anything, they would be keel hauled. a practice that usually resulted in death.
