I’ve recently been wondering why the ABA gets to issue and remove the licenses. Why doesn’t the states do that? Or do the States do it? What makes the ABA god of the legal world?
Can’t we just start a new organization and defer to them instead?
I know of two lawyers who have refused to take the BAR.
They advise their clients of this, but their businesses are booming. And they are able to keep costs low.
I was able to navigate they legal system, including courts, for the price of a few hundred instead of the several thousand (starting price) quoted by everyone else. Yes, I prevailed in court.
It was fitting that Elon brought his young son along since they were discussing how he would inherit the freedoms we love.
I was struck by the magnitude of the evil, not just the Looting of the Treasury, but how many Crooked Judges stood up to defend the American Beast Regime–and we haven’t even gotten to the Massive Child Trafficking and the satanic Child Sacrifice Rings operated by these monsters yet.
But we will.
I thought “This will take an Act of God”–and that is exactly what is coming. We should know this and love each other all we can and get close to the God who loves us madly. I was thinking along these lines today..
I don’t see why the national deficit isn’t declared a national emergency- because it absolutely is one.

I had the misfortune of getting pulled over in a wealthy town while I was “birding” while in my secondary vehicle a beat up 4wd pickup truck for a expired inspection sticker. The female officer who pulled me over who appeared to be a “Dyke” to me, insulted and harassed me. She was the first female on the force and judging by her actions and physical appearance did not deserve to be on the force.

Final thoughts: Judge will grant a TRO but shouldn’t. Plaintiffs have burden of showing injury caused by violation of law. There is no final agency action & if there was, it isn’t arbitrary & capricious b/c important things were waived & there is alternative remedy. 1/

There are more-than-ample cases where the “Federal funding” is obviously fraudulent. The President certainly has the power to “hit the ‘STOP’ button” when he readily believes that Federal laws are being rampantly broken.
And these are the immediate and most-important cases where that power is being exercised. He has the Constitutional directive to “take Care,” and this is fundamentally a law enforcement directive. The Constitution quite-clearly assigns the discretion to him alone.
He has even more power with regards to things like “USAID,” which was created by Presidential order and which can likewise be eliminated by such an order. Especially more-so when he believes that there is ample evidence of crime.
And yes, what these government savants have been doing – for all these years and decades – is(!) a Federal crime.

While universities are required to disclose those foreign donors to the federal government under Section 117 of the Higher Education Act, the Biden administration broke precedent with prior administrations by withholding the names of foreign donors to the public.
As a result, for the past four years, the Department of Education only released the names of the countries where each donation came from. Tax haven countries represented some of the largest sources of funding during that time, raising questions about transparency and where the actual money is coming from.
