Some people still want government to function the same way that it has been doing for 100 years. Yesterday, Musk talked about the department that functions in a cave still doing Old School Work of processing out employees who a terminating.
The problem is that they still do it the old fashioned way and can only process 10,000 people per month maximum because of the antiquated way of doing so.

He has rejected the suggestion that he have his administration disobey the orders.

If the Founders had wanted the Judiciary to have this power, they would have included it in the text. Instead, they debated and purposely excluded it. The Judiciary is tasked to interpret the law – but not to write it. It has neither “legislative” nor “executive” power. Yet it has appointed to itself the right to exercise both. Unconstitutionally.
Their supreme arrogance, hubris and hatred won’t allow them to realize anything. That’s why their parrots are all talking “constitutional crisis.” They think they are on a roll…

Federal Buyout Approved
After issuing two stays, U.S. District Judge George O’Toole has declined to block the Trump administration’s deferred resignation program for federal employees.
The ruling comes more than two weeks after the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) sent an email to more than 2 million civilian employees of the federal government with the subject line “Fork in the Road.”
The email presented government workers with a choice: They could resign now, in exchange for pay and benefits through the end of September. Or they could remain in their positions, with the caveat that their jobs are not guaranteed.
Approximately 70,000 have accepted the buyout offer already. It’s uncertain if the date has been extended yet.

This notion that District court judges hold nationwide powers can be used to force the discussion to SCOTUS.
Find a sane judge, have that judge issue a writ of mandamus ordering all other district court judges to vacate all their nationwide injunctions, and a TRO against issuing any further ones.
Why can’t that work? Because no district court judge can order another district court judge to take or refrain from taking any particular judicial action?
Really? That’s their claim? A district court judge lacks authority to order around other district court judges, all of them creations of Congress, but any one of them can order the President around?

I had to read that several times to believe my eyes. Did you know that presidents and their appointments have not had access to payment systems since 1946? I did not. Did you know that the entire nation has been dependent on “a very small group” of career bureaucrats to manage the multiple trillions coming and going without oversight from anyone who voters have elected? I did not know that.
