During the first press availability in the oval office, both President Trump and King Abdullah delivered remarks about the regional challenges, approaches and overall perspectives on the issues. As expected, both President Trump and King Abdullah noted they await the plan from Egyptian President Fattah al-Sisi who has been tasked with taking the lead on developing a peaceful solution and broader long-term plan for regional stability.
Jordan doesn’t want to take more Palestinian refugees, though King Abdullah did say he was going to take 2,000 sick children for care in the kingdom of Jordan.
President Trump has given Hamas a deadline of Saturday at noon to release all the remaining hostages or, “there will be hell to pay.” President Trump is willing to take part in rebuilding Gaza in the aftermath of the chaos and rubble as soon as Hamas is removed from the issue.

Gaza is destroyed. It has to be rebuilt before anyone can actually LIVE there.
The fact is, Israel gave the Palestinians Gaza and gave them self rule – they even forcibly removed all the people that were already living there. What did the Palestinians do with that? They indoctrinated every child to hate Jews, taught them how to kill them and made them believe that their ultimate destiny was to become a martyr so their family would be given money and heroic status. They used all the aid and materials to build tunnels and torture chambers. They used aid to buy weapons and plot war.
Meanwhile, the world cries for the “refugees” living in Gaza and we must give them more, more, more…. and the rest of the Arab world demands more, more,more… but they do NOTHING to resolve the problems. They won’t even take those Palestinian people into their own lands (which the Palestinians also have a historic right to live within).
So, along comes President Trump and makes an offer to rebuild Gaza and turn it into the mecca that it could have been (had the Palestinians not squandered what they were given). And look at that, suddenly, the Arab world has come up with ideas to FIX IT THEMSELVES.
I don’t care about the historic “ownership” of the land. What I care about is our hard earned tax dollars are CONSTANTLY spent on a group of people who will not, and actually REFUSE, to better themselves and instead constantly make war upon their neighbors.

It occurred to me that Trump’s offer to “rebuild” Gaza isn’t about a “big, beautiful, building” (yes, I know, I’m a little slow). It is a strategic location that allows us to provide better defense to Israel and kick Hamas out of that region. In which case, I’m for it.
