By systematically violating the rights of Americans and defying their oath of office, the DC federal court system has rendered itself illegitimate.
Not only did the Supreme Court overturn how 17 DC judges ruled on 1512c2–meaning hundreds of J6ers were wrongfully prosecuted with at least 100 sent to prison–the DC circuit also reversed several DC judges on two J6 sentencing practices.
And if the most common misdemeanor and the seditious conspiracy convictions ever make it to SCOTUS, DC judges will be reversed on those counts, too.
Further, these judges acted as nothing more than a rubber stamp for the DOJ for four years; refusing to move even high-profile trials out of DC, creating no-bond rules just for J6ers, hastening jury selection especially before the president took office, helping the DOJ withhold discovery and Brady materials, and imposing excessive sentences including “terror” enhancements among other misconduct.
The 4 judges responsible for the presidential immunity order were harshly condemned by the Supreme Court when it reversed that order last July.
These DC judges are rogue, reckless, partisan, and heretofore unaccountable. Now they are going to do whatever they can to retaliate against the president for undoing their lawless J6 handiwork.

It would be easier to eliminate the Washington DC District Court through the budget process then to impeach each of the 15 federal judges.
Better yet, none of them should be judges. They should also be investigated for possible crimes. And the Jamaican judge should be given a one-way ticket to Jamaica.
Pam Bondi’s weaponization working group will no doubt be looking at how DOJ judge shopped and which judges opened the store for them.
Steven Boasberg, in particular, needs to be scrutinized.
It may be that Elon and his baby engineers will find the algorithm that automatically judge shops for the correct judges.

Historical note. You can thank Harry Reid for the cesspool that is the DC Circuit, including its district courts. He blew up the Senate filibuster on lower court judges in order to pack the DC Circuit and its district courts with left-wing hacks, fully knowing that any challenge to the Deep State’s shenanigans would be adjudicated in the DC Circuit, where we now know the judges are corrupt and the juries politically biased in favor of the federal bureaucracy of which they are members. These judges are the last line of defense for the Left, which is why Biden and Schumer were nominating and voting for them so quickly. I don’t know what President Trump has in mind, but I can guarantee you he has a plan for them and they won’t know what hit them. Maybe pass legislation to dissolve the DC Circuit and return jurisdiction to Virginia and Maryland. You would at least improve the jury pool immediately, and you could divvy their cases out across the country. Congress could grant the government carte blanche to move any challenge to a Trump Administration order or policy to another venue of its choice. West Texas needs some activity. Or you could offer a buyout (carrot) with the threat of a pay cut (stick). FAFO

After my Representative said that she wanted to “abolish USAID,” I sent her an e-mail. The President can already “abolish USAID” on his own authority. What’s needed is a reform of the underlying “enabling legislation” that John F. Kennedy first used all these years ago.
The reforms should mandate: regular CPA audits (must be passed every year), real-time disclosure of disbursements (we can feasibly do that now …), inspector general oversight. The initial lifespan of any Presidential designation should be limited, requiring periodic review and renewal (also for a limited term). Any inappropriate disbursement or failure of audit should result in immediate suspension and/or termination of the program. The activities of the entity cannot be “classified,” and money cannot be contributed to “classified” programs.
“The law as-writ” was criminally abused for many decades. (I’m sure that USAID is only one of many.) Congress should now focus on revising that statute to close the holes based on lessons-learned. Which is something that only Congress can do. The rot that occurred here is systemic, exploiting weaknesses in the original law. So, to ultimately fix them, the law must be reformed, and given “teeth.”
Every taxpayer or regulator should be able to satisfy himself at all times that the monies are being properly spent. Again: “in real time.”
That would make fraud very difficult.
Which is why bureaucrat’s heads are exploding 🤯.

Kollar-Kotelly was actively hostile to Trump in his first term, and she was one of the more ruthless judges in the January 6 cases, with her petty vindictiveness reaching a pinnacle in sentencing a pro-life protester.

Bondi is set to establish the “Weaponization Working Group,” which will review the activities of all law enforcement agencies over the past four years to identify instances of “politicized justice.”

As for cartels, Bondi is directing the Justice Department to work closely with the Department of Homeland Security and other federal partners to “completely eliminate” the threats of cartels and transnational criminal organizations.
Also on the cartel front, Bondi is directing the DOJ Office of Legal Policy to find legislative reforms to target equipment designed to make fentanyl pills and add Xylazine, a new deadly drug, to Schedule III of the Controlled Substances Act.
Bondi also has directed the DOJ to identify and evaluate all funding agreements with nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) that provide support to illegal aliens.
Identify, evaluate, and then hopefully prosecute, seize funds, and imprison. If there was a NGO involved in the trafficking of any illegal that committed murder since being in this country, prosecute them for 2nd degree homicide.
She is also directing litigating components of the Justice Department to investigate instances of jurisdictions that are impeding law enforcement, and directing they be prosecuted, when necessary.
Beyond those directives, Bondi is directing the DOJ to confirm the termination of all diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs at the department by March 15. She also is demanding the removal of all references to DEI in training programs — specifically ending the emphasis on race and sex-based criteria and refocusing hiring and promotion guidelines “solely on merit.”
Bondi will also work with the Department of Education to ensure that educational institutions receiving federal grants are adhering to “fair admission practices.”
