There are three big Senate confirmation hearings this week, starting with HHS nominee RFK Jr on Wednesday, and then DNI nominee Tulsi Gabbard and FBI nominee Kash Patel on Thursday.
Robert F Kennedy Jr will have two days in front of two different committees (Wed and Thursday). Gabbard will have her Senate Intel Committee hearing and Kash Patel will have his hearing with the Senate Judiciary Committee. None of the three are sure things with each of them having about a 50/50 chance of confirmation out of committee as current opposition is aligned.
♦ Health and Human Services Secretary nominee Robert F Kennedy Jr starts the week Wednesday at 10:00am EST in front of the Senate Finance Committee. Kennedy’s opposition group consists of one of the largest lobbying groups in Washington DC, Big Pharma and Big Agriculture.
RFK Jr’s goal of reshaping HHS, FDA and USDA faces significant opposition from the lobbying groups who have paid for influence on policy and regulations and the Senators who have received funding to turn that lobbying into legislation and regulation. On the positive side, the general public sentiment is supportive of the MAHA agenda. Public pressure could be the factor that secures the nomination, but nothing is certain.
♦ Director of National Intelligence nominee Tulsi Gabbard represents the biggest internal threat to the Intelligence Community power and control structure within Washington DC. However, recent reports now reflect that former Senate Intel Committee Chair Richard Burr is her guide in the nomination process.
As SSCI Chairman Burr was in favorable position with the IC in ’17, and ’18, but then after two years of passive support for the Trump targeting operation, he began to get wobbly in the eyes of the Seven Ways from Sunday group. They then carried out an operation to remove Burr via public leaks and investigative ends around Burr’s stock purchases and financial arrangements. Burr was softly excommunicated from his status and replaced with Marco Rubio.
Burr as the confirmation guide for Tulsi Gabbard explains why she changed her position on FISA-702 to gain SSCI support. However, as noted above, Burr no longer has the juice he once held, so this IC guiding hand might not be enough to dissuade opposition to Gabbard.
All of that said, some Senators are now demanding the SSCI have a public vote on the Gabbard nomination at the end of her inquisition. The thinking is that if the SSCI bad actors in the GOP are forced to have a public vote, they will be less likely to expose themselves. I doubt the committee will vote publicly, but you never know.
The SSCI is the enabling entity for the Intelligence Community corruption. If they were able to compromise her enough, they would likely vote to support her. However, if the SSCI members sense she is a simply telling them what they need to hear – and not actually believing it – they will likely reject her. SSCI Chair Tom Cotton cannot afford that sunlight, he has to give the illusion of strong support and let his intel enablers do the heavy lifting to destroy her. Again, successful exit from the committee to the full Senate is a 50/50 proposition on both votes.
♦ FBI Direct Kash Patel rounds out the trio. Despite what some may think, there’s a stronger likelihood of Patel having a smooth hearing in the Senate Judiciary from the GOP wing of the UniParty, simply because the public is so awakened to the corruption within the FBI.
Patel will face a full-throated attack effort from the Democrats and not a single democrat is going to support him; so, this one is all on the Republicans in the Judiciary Committee and in the full Senate hearing if he comes out of the committee with all Republican support.
SUMMARY: Democrats are going to go nuclear on all three of these nominees this week. All three are primary targets for the Left wing of the UniParty. It is not coincidental that the Senate “paperwork issues” have ensured that all three appear in the same 24-hour timeframe. This appears to be heavily scripted and by design.
Democrats want to stop President Trump, blunt his momentum, and/or at least damage him significantly in this process. This is their first best opportunity to dig in and resist, while simultaneously fundraising on the resistance optics. The corporate media have been pre-scripted with massive volumes of citations and talking points from the prior history of comments by all three of the targets.
Thursday will be the biggest day of Democrat resistance so far this year. Thursday is the day to watch.
This is also a big test for Senate Majority Leader John Thune.

Sort of sad that you can tell who the good guys are regarding how badly the senate treats them.
The Senate is filled with the long-lived and the corrupt.
For the moment.
Zechariah 9:14
And Jehovah shall be seen over them; and his arrow shall go forth as the lightning; and the Lord Jehovah will blow the trumpet, and will go [cloaked] with whirlwinds of the south.
Father, let Your Will be done in Washington D.C., in the Name of Jesus, Amen!
His Will is done whether they like it or not but it sure helps to petition Him.
… same corrupt as Ukraine’s Rada…….shame
💯!!!
Why should the Senate Intelligence Committee have a secret vote? Only because they’re trying to hide from us.
https://www.yahoo.com/news/gop-senators-want-open-committee-165533004.html
Secret votes are to attempt to hide trash like Susan Collins who won’t support Gabbard under any circumstances. The vote will be 9-8 against her with hairbrain Collins voting against.
She so ugly she can’t hide.
Much as we wish it.
Furthermore, I consider that the Derp State MUST be destroyed!!
She so ugly she makes blind kids scream.
She so ugly that when she joined an ugly contest, they said ‘Sorry…no professionals’.
She so ugly that when she looks in the mirror it says ‘Viewer discretion advised’.
She so ugly when she took her grandkids to the zoo the zookeeper said ‘Thanks kids, for bringing her back !’.
She just….U G L Y !!
I’m so sick of Collins and the chic from Alaska. They should just register as Democrats.
You misspelled Communist.
If they hold a secret vote and the candidates are rejected, go full force targeting Collins, Lisa. M. and another other suspect RINOs and never give up.
Don’t forget, McConnell held secret votes for his replacement. These asses still think they’re unaccountable to those who pay their salaries.
There are those that hold much greater power over them than mere salaries.
Yes. And there in lie the problem.
Yep, POTUS has a couple of lists that need to see the light of day. Epstein & Sexual Harrassment slush fund.
Secret votes are an assault on our republican form of government.
How can voters possibly vote for representatives if they aren’t allowed to know how their representative voted?
Transparency is the only disinfectant that will clean up this rot.
Now that Biden has pardoned everybody, they might not fear Patel as much. Certainly, Pam Bondi had an easier ride than Hegseth.
By dragging their feet (both Partys) on this current set of Cabinet nominations, Trump has been able to carry out firings of Executive level bureaucrats in multiple agencies by the assistant AG, Defense and the currently waiting group to be approved for Cabinet posts. Why? The Executive echelon, by law, cannot be fired for 180 days after a new Director is appointed. Trump has Assistant XXX’s in most of these posts that have been going great guns before these appointments. I’m not sure exactly how these MAGA people were stealthily in these positions, but, oh my!
That Derp protection law gives bad actors half a year to discern and thwart the will of the Executive before they can be removed.
Laws like this are the antithesis of Democracy, even of a Democratic Constitutional Republic, and must be sidestepped and excised quickly.
Furthermore, I consider that the Derp State MUST be destroyed!!
I’m not sure that law survives the Supreme Court decision that says the President can fire anyone with a policy role in the executive branch.
Agreed
Time to break it and force the issue.
Furthermore, I consider that the Derp State MUST be destroyed!!
Other Presidents have demanded the resignations of certain opposing admin players and whole agencies be on their desk by their innaugurations. Precendent has been set. That’s why the Asst. Cabinet appointees are trying to work at break neck speed now.
President Trump appointed acting directors immediately after inauguration and they hit the ground running.
No waiting around until his cabinet nominees are passed by the Senate. Perhaps one reason the Senate dares not wait too long to pass his people. These acting directors have already been moving like already moved troops to the border before new SecDef was approved.

THE WHITE HOUSE,
January 20, 2025.
Ty for posting that Monti!
Great info and post Monti!
Thank you . Our VGAS President was very busy during his second term!
But now we are going right into the heart of the matter, the I/C, Big Pharma, MIC nexus, and they are directly threatened by these nominees.
Directly threatened? LOL. Can’t imagine the anti-Trump GANG members are getting offers for life insurance policies from anyone on a daily basis these days as I do. I am tempted just to fill one out to assure the my kitties are taken care of if I die in a fiery plane crash. I’ve known personally some who have.
Lighting your body on fire is an act of conscience called self-immolation (I think that it is what it is called). Those voting against Trump’s nominees are not doing this as an act of conscience. Why do theY think anyone cares about their”resistencE?” I sure don’t.
The American people have spoken through their votes for MAGA/MAHA whatever!? And those that are having tantrum’s about who The PRESIDENT HAS NOMINATED?
NEED A THERAPIST TO HEAL YOUR DERANGEMENT SYNDROME. NOT ME, AND NEITHER DOES ANYONE ELSE WHO VOTED FOR AMERICA.
I’m pretty sure as a RETIRED or PRIMARIED U.S Senator you won’t even have a CO-PAY to pay for your therapy. i PAY MINE GLADLY!
DOGE could save AMERICAN”S BILLIONS IF WE RESCINDED BENEFIITS FOR LIFE FOR THOSE ELECTED. WHAT A SHAM THAT ALL IS.
It does not keep me up at night thinking about it, but the very thought of US taxpayer’s paying Schiff, Waters, Gowdy, Pelosi, the Clinton’s, the Cheney’s, etc ad nasuem benefits for LIFE on the US taxpayer dime really chaps my #ss at this hour.
And they are resisting Trump’s nominees. I for one don’t like it when someone thinks I’m stupid.
Once everyone has been confirmed and in, the Trump admin should immediately challenge Biden’s “blanket pardons” for those not convicted of a crime. Democrats and lawfare (and their minions on social media) are “hiding” behind the pre-emptive pardon of Nixon by Carter, which was never challenged!
Send it straight to SCOTUS!
(just my 2 cents)
President Ford pardoned Nixon.
Oops, sorry. Senior’s moment.
They may not fear Patel as much now, but the deliciousness of the pardons is the removal of pleading the 5th. They have to tell the truth with their implied innocence or face the consequences of a contempt of Congress charge. What will they choose to do as hearings continue into uncovering their seditious ways.
If any of them aren’t confirmed, is there an appeals process or does President Trump have to pick new candidates? Seems to me he should be able to put in place who HE wants and not who congress rats want.
There’s no appeal process. President Trump would have to nominate someone else—or use the recess appointment option.
My preference would be for our Great President to treat the Senate like Colombian politicians and go nuclear on them. Do the recess appointments and then start releasing the dirt on some of our favorite RINOS.
There’s a new sheriff in town Mr. and Mrs. RINOS. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes!
If one recognizes that the real opposition here is the IC bureaucracy and that the senators are only the window dressing, then the proper response to someone not getting confirmed is going nuclear against that bureaucracy. Keep firing people until morale improves.
I like that idea! Yes President Trump needs to go nuclear. There is no other way to deal with these insufferable people. It’s no holds barred at this point
Or as Dan Bongino mentioned today FAFO
Amen !!! They all have filthy hands and hearts until they Prove differently. We Are Watching.
I LOVE how you think Bruce!!! I am right there with you!
There is no appeal.
However, say they vote down Gabbard.
He then leaves the ODNI with no nominee, just an acting but then appoints Gabbard as his personal envoy and Czar, who is acting with his authority on all matters of National Security.
He can DO that, much as he did with Homan, and there is nothing the Senate can do to stop him.
It would expose the truth, that the Senates Advice and Consent confirmation hearings are toothless, and I don’t think Senate Leadership wants that particular truth exposed.
And, that is the unspoken risk that is hanging over their heads, as they contemplate their next move.
Oppose Our President, and risk being made irrelevant for ever.
Irrelevant, but not forgotten.
Karma’s Coming.
An envoy or an Acting HHS, DNI Any title PT wants. Announce within 1-hr of any rejection. Can’t Johnson remove them from any committees? If so, why hasn’t he done it?
Johnson? You mean Thune?
You’re correct. Thanks. We’re stuck with them.
Johnson is speaker of the House, has no ability to remove any Senators from anything.
Wow! Didnt know that, thank you. And theres nothing they can do, so either way, he gets his picks…
Me too
Exactly Bruce Gordon.
Not only weaponized govt can investigate and threaten the swamp.
Trump has momentum.
WEF even admitted new world order has suffered major, if not permanent implosion.
And DJT hates to loose.
PRAY unceasingly for our republic and our president, DJT!!!
Make them an offer they can’t refuse. They’re all dirty. Threaten vendetta but grant no immunities.
Just love that dirt idea!!!
Yeah, especially with the USSC ruling last year. Advice and consent does not mean he can’t pick and get who he wants!!!
Suzi the RINO skank from Maine is going to toss a wrench in things…
Time to give Suzi the RINO skank a message…
RINOs don’t run things…Suzi….
NO MERCY!
Whenever I get one of those Republican mailers asking for a donation, I send it back with a note telling them that they won’t get a penny from me as long as Collins and Murkowski are in the senate.
Last time around…
They are birds of a feather
FallRINOs
Two Wings, One Vulture; Mucha Mierda.
Murky and Collude’n are the poster monsters of the Greedy Old Possums’ true nature.
How tied are they to Hildebeast, Pelosi, insider trading and child trafficking?
EVERY career politician has known for YEARS about the trafficking but have buried it and ignored pleas to help.
These ALL are most likely culpable AND for lockdown and the genocide.
This is the definition of treason, voluntary harm to the country
Known in the Uniparty as prerequisite qualifications.
One of the biggest tragedies this country has seen. Putting a mentally ill man into an important position regarding “Health”. It’s just so insane.
We are done being the laughingstock of the world.
This is not about compassion. This is about Sanity.
They had to carry through, sis, so the mentally incompetent degenerate in the WH wouldn’t feel. alone.
Madness.
Richard Levine is a pediatric psychiatrist, which makes perfect sense.
This pic needs to go viral asap.
Xavier Becerra was confirmed for the potted plant by a 50 to 49 vote; Susan Collins was the sole R that voted aye.
Becerra… a Marxist through and through.
Collins….a Marxist enabler.
If my memory is correct (and will happily stand corrected), both also voted with the dems for the two Trump impeachments.
Oh, I’d trust your memory on that one, Bruce.
I wouldn’t doubt it for a nanosecond.
Seems a bit too possible to get only one more nay vote in addition to Murkowski, Collins, and Turtleman. So yeah, a Thune Test is about right lol.
You spelled Turdleman wrong…
McCONnell.
No matter how much you despise the Senate it is not enough.
time for a senate recess….I mean they don’t work as it is when they are in session anyway….
none of them are sexually perverted and/or anti-american enough for any dem vote….
Time to adjourn the Congress for 10 days and have Trump appoint his nominees for the next two years.
Can they afford to work for no pay for two years? Recess appointments are not allowed to be paid…
This is the first I’ve heard of that.
Worth some substantiation.
Then we can figure how to fix it.
Under 5 U.S.C. Section 5503(a), if the position to which the President makes a recess appointment became vacant while the Senate was in session, the recess appointee may not be paid from the Treasury until he or she is confirmed by the Senate. The salary prohibition does not apply if (1) the vacancy arose within 30 days of the end of the session; (2) a nomination for the office (other than the nomination of someone given a recess appointment during the preceding recess) was pending when the Senate recessed; or (3) a nomination was rejected within 30 days of the end of the session and another individual was given the recess appointment. A recess appointment falling under any one of these three exceptions must be followed by a nomination to the position not later than 40 days after the beginning of the next session of the Senate.
In addition, although a recess appointee whose nomination to a full term is subsequently rejected by the Senate may continue to serve until the end of the recess appointment, a provision routinely included in an appropriations act may prevent him or her from being paid after the rejection.
Lastly, an individual serving under a recess appointment might not be paid for his or her services if he or she has been nominated to the position twice and the second nomination has been withdrawn or returned.
So based on number (2), Thune would have to know the actual vote before it is taken and then immediately adjourn the Senate. Since the nomination(s) was pending when the Senate recessed, the nominee would be paid.
Thank you.
Thank YOU!
We’ll just have PDJT forgive $200 k of their ‘student loans’ each year directly into their bank accounts.
Observer, if that’s so, let’s start a GoFundMe to cover their salaries!
Make sure all the Senate votes are public and no one can hide behind a secret ballot, like they are discussing for the DNI. Senator Collins is already hesitating and she wants to be able to hide behind a secret ballot.
If any one of these candidates are not confirmed by the Republican turncoats, then Trump should appoint them anyways on an interim basis, and conduct a search for new candidates for the positions. Here’s the catch, when that time comes for a new nominee, Trump should re-nominate anyone of these three again who were betrayed by the Republicans. And keep doing this over and over and over again until public pressure drives their confirmations eventually.
Trump may need to have some of his key people in “permanent temporary” cabinet positions to accomplish what needs to be done if that is how the game needs to be played. Just like the Democrat did with the 2020 election steal and subsequent Biden regime, Trump needs to achieve the results and let the Democrats fight the uphill battle.
GET IT DONE!
Get leaks for any secret votes!
If TG fails in the committee vote, everyone will know it was Collins who derailed her, secret vote or not.
I posted this earlier on another thread.
I should have saved it for this one:
Agreed, why does she still have a committee chair position since she is clearly a Democrat.
Back and forth leverage allows for mutual blackmail and mutual security
Leak!
President Trump should let be known that he has directed the FBI and CIA to release files on Key Democrat and Republican members to the press in the event his nominee’s are not approved. That or just couple phone calls to that effect.
Where’s the Congressional Staffer Sexual Abuse Settlement Fund List? Been waiting on that one..
Ditto.
Exactly! Epstein’s list could be an interesting read too.
“That or just couple phone calls to that effect.”
Ahhhh, yes. The things a President can do….with just a pen and a phone.
That’s all Obama said he needed.
These 3 are probably the toughest to get through the “swamp “. I am hoping and praying all 3 make it. The senator from Maine, collins, is nothing but a pain in the you know what. IMHO the senate’s “advise and consent” privilege has been made to be overbearing and way beyond its original intent. That body should have no say in most of these cabinet positions. The only ones I think they should have “advise and consent” is Sec Def, State, AG, Treasury and may be some of the other ones that have been around for many decades, not these more recent inventions such as HHS, DNI, DOE, DOED, etc. The FBI director should also not be an “advise and consent” position.
I feel like it should be advise only.
As in, have the hearing and present the findings to the people and to the president with the concerns that were dredged up.
But it’s not right that Congress can control the executive branch in such a way.
That was the Founders intent, which is whybit is worded as “advice and CONSENT”.
The founders were wordsmiths, and agonised over every word.
If they had wanted to say that the Senate could refuse the POTUS his nominees, they would NOT have used the word CONSENT.
Undermine and Thwart just doesn’t roll off the tongue as nicely.
Especially as it tastes so autocratic.
How much “Advice and consent” did the founders have in mind? George Washinton only had 4 cabinet positions, the 4 I mentioned except that defense was called the Sec of War. All the rest of these “cabinet” positions are unnecessary as these department should not exist.
Problem was, their portfolios quickly became too large to manage. So for example Pres Adams had to create a Secretary of the Navy. Likewise having State manage both internal and external affairs (along with War for Indian policy) was just too much so Interior Dept was created.
Personally I don’t see why the senate should have any say as to who the president wants in his cabinet. Does the president get to tell them who their staffers are? I’ve read any senator can call recess at any time. Time for a backbone people. Either that or make it known any that aren’t approved with become czars. That would take the bullets from their guns.
It mattered when Senators were appointed by the States to represent the States’ interests.
The institution has been captured by the authors of the Fed.
Repeal the Seventeenth!
BINGO!!!
Now THAT’S a MAGA project!!!!
“I don’t see why the senate should have any say as to who the president wants in his cabinet.”
Pesky thing called the Constitution. As to why the framers saw the necessity, there’s plenty of historical documents for that.
Justice Story, “Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States” (1833):
“Sec. 1524. But, though these general considerations might easily reconcile us to the choice of vesting the power of appointment exclusively in the president, in preference to the senate, or house of representatives alone; the patronage of the government, and the appointments to office are too important to the public welfare, not to induce great hesitation in vesting them exclusively in the president. The power may be abused; and, assuredly, it will be abused, except in the hands of an executive of great firmness, independence, integrity, and public spirit. It should never be forgotten, that in a republican government offices are established, and are to be filled, not to gratify private interests and private attachments; not as a means of corrupt influence, or individual profit; not for cringing favorites, or court sycophants; but for purposes of the highest public good; to give dignity, strength, purity, and energy to the administration of the laws. It would not, therefore, be a wise course to omit any precaution, which, at the same time, that it should give to the president a power over the appointments of those, who are in conjunction with himself to execute the laws, should also interpose a salutary check upon its abuse, acting by way of preventive, as well as of remedy.
Sec. 1525. Happily, this difficult task has been achieved by the constitution. The president is to nominate, and thereby has the sole power to select for office; but his nomination cannot confer office, unless approved by a majority of the senate. His responsibility and theirs is thus complete, and distinct. He can never be compelled to yield to their appointment of a man unfit for office; and, on the other hand, they may withhold their advice and consent from any candidate, who in their judgment does not possess due qualifications for office. Thus, no serious abuse of the power can take place without the cooperation of two coordinate branches, of the government, acting in distinct spheres; and, if there should be any improper concession on either side, it is obvious, that from the structure and changes, incident to each department, the evil cannot long endure, and will be remedied, as it should be, by the elective franchise. The consciousness of this check will make the president more circumspect, and deliberate in his nominations for office. He will feel, that, in case of a disagreement of opinion with the senate, his principal vindication must depend upon the unexceptionable character of his nomination. And in case of a rejection, the most, that can be said, is, that he had not his first choice. He will still have a wide range of selection; and his responsibility to present another candidate, entirely qualified for the office, will be complete and unquestionable.”
Which is why the authors of the Amendment that gave us the Fed, and thereby took our money, also gave us the Seventeenth, and thereby took the power of the States for themselves.
Section 1524 states: “In a Republican Government”! Do we still have such? Every nimrod calls us a democracy now. The only thing in the way of a total democracy is the electoral college (EC), the 17th took care of the senate. The ‘rats want to get rid of the electoral college. Blue states are already trying to circumvent the EC with their so-called popular vote compact, which I completely believe is unconstitutional.
Section 1524 is almost irrelevant at this point when your “advisors” are as corrupt as the bunch currently sitting in the Senate Chamber.
Yeah, Gabbard is who Deep State needs to destroy. She has access to all intel.
The Uniparty confirmed Hegseth, but he’s milquetoast. Gabbard is a real threat.
Completely disagree.
President Trump should just get a copy of all the fbi files that Hillary got…
Nice!
In Patel’s speech on Inauguration Day, he repeatedly lumped teachers in with law enforcement people and the military.
In those sentences, he was talking about making sure those people had our support.
I wasn’t sure why he kept mentioning teachers, and the only think I could think of was some schools leaving teachers defenseless against violent students. Beyond that, I couldn’t understand why he kept including teachers.
The teacher’s union, Indian casinos and prison unions are the three most egregious unions in CA.
Add in the toxic EPA and you have a disproportionate ratio of the cause of CA ‘appearing’ deep blue.
And CA was among the first to bring in dominion voting machines.
Even non tech employees of Silicon Valley know that electronic voting is totally hackable.
Proxy voting, blocking a vote, duplicate votes, dead people votes and reversing a vote ALL possible
Voter I.D. and paper ballots.
Now wondering if Bush W was FINE with the voter ‘chad’ delay in FL for months that greatly helped the switch from paper ballots to voting machines…which then, with the slippery slope of letting one policy violated led to the lunacy of multiple days counting, ballot harvesting, etc…
Given the buddy/pal relationships with Bush/Clinton/Obama there is more than enough reason to wonder if Bush was involved in the FL debacle.
Cali ain’t Blue.
She’s just painted that way.
I laughed at the last line.
Is there any question that the results of this week’s hearings have been pre-determined? Thune is part of the swamp, an off-spring of McSwampy the Turtle.
WRT Kennedy, “public pressure” will have no bearing on the votes of the money grubbing GOPe; they know who fills their bank accounts, and it ain’t the public. I think he’s a dead man walking, so to speak.
Gabbard has a good chance in my view because the IC has many ways to isolate and work around her, concealed by code words, special handling caveats, and cipher locks. I think they got to her when she switched on 702, and she will dutifully fall in line. As a last resort, she should claim misogyny against anyone who votes against her, just like the socialists do.
Patel might have a better-than-even chance, but it will take PDJT arm-twisting to get the “mavericks” in the GOPe in line. It might even be a repeat of the Hegseth last-minute kabuki theater that required VP Vance. Like Gabbard, he should accuse all nays of racism and xenophobia. Again, just like the socialists.
Every single uniparty RINO that votes against a Trump nominee should be considered a legit primary target, especially the scum that voted in favor of President Potato’s nominees.
Who among those Republican Senators up for re-election in 2026 should not be put-primaried? McConnell, Thune, Collins, Tillis, Cornyn, Langford, Mullen are only a few who to come to mind.
Didn’t the turtle say he was not running again? Or did I dream that..( wishful thinking)
Not running again but his groomed are behind. We will see if the PDJT phenomenon can knock out the turtle effect from and turtle proteges.
As Above, AIPAC; So Below, Freemasonry.
As Dutch often says, we have to get control of our State GOPs to control who gets on the ballots.
Yet, there is a control mechanism below the grassroots set in place even before our Founding.
Without recognition and eradication of that mechanism, no MAGA effort can ever endure.
God and His Church is the ONLY answer to that, believe it or not, but it’s true.
Not primaries not quick enough.
There are whistleblowers eager to deliver dirt.
It truly is time to burn their houses down.
Cooperate or perish.
Karma’s Coming.
Metaphorically speaking, of course!
McConnell isn’t running again and based on his actions he’ll be endorsing the Dem Ky Governor – Besher. Reminds me of Newscum. Slippery and dishonest. A real covid dictator. How Ky elected him I’ll never know considering the GOPe legislature and other GOPe politicians. Must be the machines working how they’re supposed to work.
I’d be surprised if the old turtle makes it through this term without having another stroke. Luckily the legislature changed how Senators are appointed mid term. Legislature appoints and it’s for someone of the same party as the departing Senator. Surprising they did something right.
As Above, AIPAC; So Below, Freemasonry.
It’s Puppets all the way down.
Time to sever the link to Satan.
You mean Traitor Potato nominees! Never was or will never be President..
Thune isn’t the anti-America stalwart McTurtle groomed him to be.
Some humanity has crept in.
See Sundance @TheLastRefuge2 for details.
Buckle up
There you are! I was worried about you with that fire erupting close to your property a few days ago. Good to see you here!
Big AG can get ready to change their ways ’cause were on to ’em. Same to goes for pHarma..
Lobbyists should be easy enough to identify and pressure to find other work without too much unpleasantness.
Wondering, knowing that it’s a shoo-in for the Democrats to go nuclear with these three nominees – what is the major distraction that Trump-47 has lined up to keep the Democrats off balance so that his nominees sail through their committee hearings and onto the Senate floor?
Whatever it is, am sure it’s going to be Yuge!
If Thune is such a big supporter of Trump, why has Collins not been stripped of her committee chair position? If he actually punished the 3 Democrats for not voting with the President then maybe they would change their tune.
Exactly, which is how we know to ignore Thunes platitudes and rhetoric.
IF Thune allows any of these 3 to be denied, he runs the risk of setting up a situation where PDJT’s responce permanently and forever lessens the Power of the Senate.
Is he REALLY willing to take that risk?
Well now, perhaps he could be persuaded to do exactly that?
The Senate has become a House of Lords, completely contrary to the intent of the Founders.
Repeal the Seventeenth!
And Thune’s dream of becoming governor of South Dakota goes up in smoke.

acceptableokay with usa damn fine idea!75% of the 3 letter agencies/bureaucracies will be defunded, preferably within the first 100 days…
04JUL2026 at the latest, for elimination/expiry.
Midterms in 2026 will be uneventful.
Trust God.
Fear not.
Oh, those must be the ones who pushed the poison death shots. Good riddance to bad rubbish!
Feels like an inducement.
Good. Let them quit. Maybe we can find qualified people in their place. By the way, a good opportunity to reduce them by 50%.
” reduce them by 50%.” That will result in them becoming exactly what they are… midgets!
“CDC Employees Threaten to Quit if RFK Jr. Is Confirmed as HHS Secretary.”
No fair teasing…….
Certainly makes things easier. Hope RFKJr. is confirmed and sworn in. He’ll be a great
HHS Secretary. My hope that he will attack our food sources first.
The Intel Committee having a Public vote on Tulsi ??? OMG !!! What’s next coming to destroy their/them’s Demoncrazy??? Secrecy is a way of Life to Avoid any Accountability.
The RepubRats are the Worst, Pretenders. At least the democRats are mostly open Bolsheviks.
The DC Rat Party is in Every State & City of the USSA. Will We/Me/You regain our Republic intact??? I’ll call that 50/50 too.
Collins is up to her old self in being a contrarian Republican. Says she’ll be voting no to pass Gabbard out of Committee because of her “wavering” views on FISA 702. Anything smacking of a Republican effort to better the Republic seems to be an automatic NO vote on her part. Lord!
Investigate her dirt!
Someone already has a Kompromat file on her, or she wouldn’t be the reliably hated turncoat she is.
Time such is exposed.
Sunlight For Everyone!
Collins is quickly weaponizing the narrative that indicates a Nay vote on Gabbard… she claims Gabbard’s view of the 702 is sketchy. Collins barely won her last re-election, isn’t there another Republican who can unseat this disgusting RINO?
She and Murky had no problem casting yes votes for Geriatric Joe’s nominees…. anyone ever notice that these beastly relics only CONSUME, they have never CREATED anything of value during their senate tenure???
Beltway Sewage
She still is young enough to stick around and play uniparty for sometime.
A guy name Lepage. The former R governor of Maine would make a great senator but time is not on his side(age 76).. 😎 Surely Maine folks can scratch up a good “Maina” to run against her!! Paaleease!!! 🙏🏽
Paul Lepage was great! But Collins is McConnels bitch! I know the family. 😡
The Maine State Republican Party insures that Collins is re-elected, term after term.
Because those who control the State R party obviously like what she has done.
To eliminate Collins, first you must eliminate them.
Otherwise, they with thwart any attempts to Primary Collins, and they have enough control over the process to do it.
I don’t necessarily believe that.
Elec. Voting and ballot shenanigans block any real idea of how the corrupt survive
There is no way Gavin Newsom had enough to survive the last recall.
Complete voting fiasco and until that is addressed and done alongside leaks on career politician insider trading and covering up of perversion and dangerous crimes , we are trying to drain the swamp with a spoon instead of a giant flush.
Those who control who can be on the ballot are also party to who can win the election.
It’s Puppets All The Way Down.
We need to recognize and snip the strings starting just above Satan.
A wise and reasonable Californian was asked what effect the wildfires would have on the political future of Newsom and Democrats. His response, “Democrat candidates will win if they are “progressive” and “pro-choice.”
Someone well spoken, with a large media platform could probably do it. I wonder if there’s anyone like that in Maine?
I thought tucker carlson’s 2nd home is in Maine…?
Senate president: Call a recess, get house speaker to agree, be done with this garbage.
The Senate Leader and the Speaker are not MAGA, despite their rhetoric.
Fortunately, should they foolishly deny PDJT his nominees, he has several alternatives besides a recess appointment.
Leave the position open, with an “acting” ,…and then name the very nominee they denied, as his “Presidential envoy or Czar” over the very same agency.
Homan did not need confirmation, because he is PDJT’s Envoy on Border Security.
This makes this envoy the defacto Secretary, while negating the Senate.
They have abused “Advice and CONSENT”, expropriating powers never granted by the Constitution, so Our President Trump is justified to slap them down, and show them to be irrelevent.
THATS the way for him to excercise his “FOAD” approach, and let them scream and wail, there is NOTHING they can do about it.
The FO of FAFO cannot come soon enough or hard enough for the Derps of the Senate.
Has control truly passedfrom McConnell to Thune?
Most certainly.
Is Thune ANY different than McConnell, or simply the same old whine, in a brand new bottle?
This week, and these hearings will give us our answer.
After all, McCinnell wiuld never let these 3 nominees out of committee…
Politics is not only about putting “Good People” in office, it is also about motivating bad people to do good things.
How motivated is Thune and the Republicons, to not be SEEN as opposing PDJT?
This is the GOP that this country has always had. The GOP establishment, RINO’s, Democrat’s fellow travelers, or however you want to describe them have nearly RUN the GOP Senate, every year of my life, when the Democrats have not in fact, owned the Senate outright. The crafty words, the wink-wink, nod-nod, of fake Republicans and fake conservatives, have aided the Democrats at every turn. There was no more corrupt Republican Senator than John McCain. (His career decisions almost makes one believe that the North Vietnamese actually did turn the one his fellow prisoners themselves called “songbird”. ) However, Senators such as Graham, Murkowski, and Collins are classic turncoats.
However, focusing on McConnell, Thune, and the these type of Senators misses the entire picture. NONE of them would have so much as a telephone or toilet for an office, if it were not for the steady support of the supposedly “solid Red state Senators” like my own Idaho duo, Risch and Crapo, Cornyn in Texas, and a dozen others, who are not much better than the RINO’s.
The problem America faces in reversing the Marxism and just pure corruption of the Washington elite running this country, is not just a few GOP Senators. It’s nearly all of them. In the Naval Academy, cadets have an oath which stipulates that they will not only not lie, cheat, steal, etc., but “nor tolerate anyone that does”. That concept is entirely void with elected GOP Senators, and nearly as bad in the House. If Trump can get these guys through, he is in fact, a super-hero (~~ IF ~~ his nominees themselves do not turn out to be incompetent or turncoats, like many in his first term).
Sunlight on career politician records is as dangerous to them as for their natural allies, vampires.
Does James O’Keefe need to keep doing this without more muscle from us????
I dunno, I think all 3 in one week makes the democrats seems like crazy whiners.
Also lets us attack and threaten RINOs on all 3 issues at once
Have read that Collins is strongly against open vote counting and the SSCI vote for Tulsi….Meaning she’s a no. And if so then the Committee vote is tied 8-8, assuming the other 8 R’s hold firm.
But that’s not sure, given the other R members on the Committee. Maybe Ossoff is the best chance to pick off a D Yea vote, since he’s up for reelection in 2026 and President Trump carried his state by 2 points.
nope
The President should recess both chambers and appoint his people. Enough with the games. Everyone who took this beyond “advice and consent” needs to be primaried and removed.
I believe there is an under estimation of the hardball that will be played.
Trump is not going to be softer on the swamp than he was in Columbian president yesterday.
Without a doubt, the aligned opposition against these three means they are right over the target.
Appoint them as “Acting” positions if they are rejected.
I say take the Pam Bondi/Clarence Thomas attitude and firmly aver that you{nominee} don’t need to say/admit a damn thing to be confirmed…
You were pre confirmed by the POTUS.
Get over it.
Trust God.
Fear not.
I’m going to do everything in my power to watch the RFK JR hearings. Big Ag and Big Pharma are in the dog house in my book. My dogs have better housing than they deserve. I have managed to avoid both, but it’s a heckofalot of work and not everyone can afford a private farm and high quality food.
Do your best and trust in the Lord for everything else!
I think all three will be confirmed. I don’t know why I think that. Maybe it’s the incredible run that Trump is in.
The problem, as always, is the Republicans. The Democrats cannot stop a single nomination without FOUR GOP no-votes.
The focus will be on Democrat attacks in order to conceal the McConnell-style treachery by the GOP.
Two Wings; One Vulture; Mucha Mierda.
Time to awaken all to the true nature of our abusers.
Play or Pay!
Collins Murky and Turtle are 3 … there is that
The females might be hesitant to vote against the Sisterhood. Don’t be surprised if the GOP has a different list of “principled” objectors.
Why Tulsi Gabbard Is The One To Fix The DNI – by Sam Faddis, ex-CIA case officer:
“…It is long past time to restore common sense to the ODNI and to remember what the DNI was supposed to do. Fortunately, the individual named by the President to hold this position, Tulsi Gabbard, seems well-suited to do both. Most bio’s of Gabbard key on her service in Congress and her decision to leave the Democratic Party. What they don’t talk about nearly enough is her own service down range and her commitment to America’s veterans.
In April 2003, Gabbard enlisted in the Hawaii Army National Guard. She was at the time already a serving member of the Hawaii House of Representatives. She did not step into some pre-arranged cushy staff job. She enlisted, and she went through basic training like everyone else without any of her drill sergeants even knowing who she was.
The next year, although she had filed to run for reelection, Gabbard volunteered for a 12-month deployment to Iraq with the Medical Company, 29th Support Battalion, 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team. She pulled out of the race and stepped down from office to serve in a war zone. The Army sent her to Iraq where she served with Charlie Med at the Anaconda Logistical Support Area in Baghdad and earned the Combat Medical Badge.
In an interview later, Gabbard described her decision to go to Iraq this way:
“That summer, the Hawaii National Guard’s 29th Brigade Combat Team was called up for a deployment to Iraq. I was in a headquarters medical unit and heard very quickly from my commander. He said, ‘Hey Tulsi. Good news. You don’t have to deploy. You’re not on the mandatory deployment roster because somebody else already filled the slot. So you get to stay home.’ I said, ‘No, I’m not staying home. That’s crazy. There’s no way that I’m going to stay back and watch all of you guys go and deploy to Iraq, while I sit here in this fancy office.’ We went back and forth, he pushed back a little bit, and I pushed back some more. He realized I wasn’t budging. They had a different job in the medical unit that needed to be filled, so I volunteered and took it. I withdrew from my reelection campaign and went to our pre-deployment training at Fort Bliss, Camp McGregor, and Dona Ana, for all the training cycles. We trained there for a few months, then deployed to Iraq for a year after that.”
After returning from Iraq in March 2007, Gabbard graduated at the top of her class from the Accelerated Officer Candidate School at the Alabama Military Academy—the first woman to do so. She was commissioned as a second Lieutenant and then returned to her National Guard unit as a Military Police officer. She then volunteered to return to the Middle East.
She served in Kuwait from 2008 to 2009. She worked closely with the Kuwaiti military and was given an award by them on her departure.
Following her return from Kuwait Gabbard continued to serve in the Hawaii National Guard and was promoted to Major on October 12, 2015. In 2020 she transferred from the National Guard to the U.S. Army Reserve. She was assigned to a California-based unit in the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne). Gabbard was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel on July 4, 2021. As a Civil Affairs officer, Gabbard deployed to the Horn of Africa as part of a Special Operations mission.
When asked to explain the impact her service in the Army has had on her view of conflict and national defense Gabbard had this to say.
“When it comes to war, just from my own personal experiences, coupled with a study of history, I’m asking very simple but important questions… What is our objective? What are we trying to accomplish? Can we ensure that objective serves the best interests of the United States and the American people? Unfortunately, again, we have leaders who don’t know history, who are not interested in learning from it, who are not motivated by a desire to truly be of service — and these are the people making decisions about foreign policy, about peace and war, and about our men and women in uniform. We could speak for hours about different examples… Afghanistan. Regime-change in Iraq. Regime-change in Syria. There are so many different examples that you and I and our peers have lived through. And, frankly, our friends who have not lived through these wars. Look at how our policy leaders and even some of our military leaders have devastatingly failed us and failed the country.”
Donald Trump has made clear that he is committed to a strong defense. He has also made clear that he is done with unnecessary wars. He understands the human cost we pay. He understands the national security establishment is supposed to serve the American people and that for too long it has not done so. He knows that the agencies that are supposed to serve the American people are increasingly run by people who have never themselves been in harm’s way or heard a shot fired in anger. He knows that needs to change.
“We will clean out all of the corrupt actors in our national security and intelligence apparatus, and there are plenty of them,” Trump said in 2023 while laying out his priorities for a second term. “The departments and agencies that have been weaponized will be completely overhauled.”–Donald Trump
Tulsi understands what our national security agencies are supposed to do, not in some abstract way but in the way only those who have been on the ground in the middle of a war do. The DNI was supposed to keep Americans safe in their beds at night. Tulsi remembers that, and for that reason above all others, she is the one to fix the DNI.” …….

Thanks, Gipper.
These nominees will determine whether or not the national security nonsense gets reformed.
You don’t sound sanguine regarding Cotton’s integrity. I wonder about that myself.
If the committee doesn’t vote Tulsi to the floor, there will be hell to pay. The first thing will be a leak of the vote, if it’s not already obvious. And then comes populist electoral retribution. We need to break the lock the state GOP has on the primary process, and the RNC really needs to get busy revoking all open primaries in the states. No more Operation Chaos against us.
We need to get inside their OODA Loop.
Recompense and Destruction, but I repeat myself, must come well before any election.
The Uniparty has too much control over the entire electoral process, starting from BELOW the grassroots, to allow ourselves to be suckered into waiting for Lucy to tee up the football, again.
IF I was RFKjr I would have intel on the anti Senators like how many millions has Pharma given them over the years,I would ask the senator if his concern is from the Americans in his district who overwhelmingly voted for Trump or if his concerns are the concerns of big Pharma who gave him millions of dollars to be their man in the Senate,There is dirt on all those doing ”advise and consent”Expose it,confront one,the others should back off or their corruption could be revealed to the public as well, checkmate.
I like the timing of the publication of this paper, and its being picked up at Zerohedge just a few days before the RFK Jr. hearing:

Vindication.
This is going to be fantastic.
I think all three need to come out swinging…
Opening statements need to make it clear that opposition to those chosen by the President to reform and remake the corrupt institutions of health, justice, and intelligence can only be by those with no interest in reforming said institutions because they are bought and paid for by big pharma, big ag, the MIC, and big spy…
Shoot it straight across their bow and dare them to vote against…and demand all votes, committee or otherwise, be public…
“The corporate media have been pre-scripted with massive volumes of citations and talking points from the prior history of comments by all three of the targets.”
I need to buy popcorn for next Sunday morning.
Can we just go ahead and RECESS them ALL and get on with the job at hand…….The “PRETENDING” is getting old.
Maybe a better way to do this for efficiency-sake; let the President select all his/her cabinet on Day 1, then have a vote at Day 100 by the Senate where 60 votes would be needed to remove a given member.
At least they’re then voting for/against an actual record rather than hypotheticals.
We’ll see.
In order of importance, the Patel nomination is, by far, #1. Then Gabbard.
As to RFK, I’m ambivalent. Not particularly opposed, but don’t really see what he’s bringing to the fight.
You don’t see the stranglehold big pharma and big ag have on this country?
I do, but why couldn’t any MAGA nominee do the same as RFK.
That’s a, well… common sense point.
Is Operation Mockingbird going to come to an end?
Still going.
https://nypost.com/2025/01/27/opinion/senators-vote-no-to-rfk-jr-whos-still-a-radical-left-lunatic-hazardous-to-our-health/
The MarxMerdia is a fully integrated element of the Derp State, which MUST be destroyed!!
Remember “This is extremely dangerous to our democracy”?
This is just one facet of controlled media, no doubt controls are embedded in many other areas as well. What is controlling? Could be Mockingbird, could be other influences – this particular video montage was attributed by one group to someone else trying to cast Sinclair Broadcast Corp in a negative light.
https://vigilantcitizen.com/latestnews/the-dangerous-to-our-democracy-viral-video-and-its-hypocritical-media-coverage/
So the layers of distortion and deception are never ending. We don’t know what is true any more. That too would seem to be a goal of Mockingbird.
If Operation Mockingbird ended, would the entire US “news industry” collapse?

What is more disgusting than what they spout from their mouths is their faces of “concern”.
That depends on the propaganda.
