This may be a good time to rethink the Gadsden Purchase when the U. S. purchased land from Mexico that added more land to Arizona and New Mexico.
Unfortunately, we were shortsighted and failed to include the 80 kilometer strip of land that would have given Arizona access to the Sea of Cortez (aka Gulf of California) and the wonderful beach front property of Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco).
This could be the time. . . .
Just kidding. But really it would be geopolitically and strategically important for the US especially if the Panama Canal thing doesn’t work out. This little strip of land would give us access to the Pacific Ocean.
During WWII, the military stationed men in Rocky Point due to the access to the water and we built the road that goes from the Arizona border to Rocky Point. That road was used to bring the nuclear reactors up to Phoenix when they built Palo Verde , the largest nuclear reactors in the country, during the 1970s.

I’ve heard a number of people talking about the efficacy of using Ivermectin and Fenbendazole together. The most recent was Mel Gibson on the Joe Rogan podcast. He said three friends had successfully treated cancer, at least one was stage 4.
Big Harma can’t make much on either Ivermectin or Fenbendazole hence they have zero interest in curing cancer. It’s much more profitable to keep doing what they are doing.
I have a friend who is still alive (and just got home after going to D.C. for the inauguration) after the doctors told her she would be dead by now if she didn’t do what they wanted her to do (chemo and radiation).
She took/takes fenben, ivermectin, bioavailable curcumin and 3 drops of CBD oil under her tongue before bed every night.
And there are two other men in our small town that were told they only had months to live, and they are both cancer free after taking dewormers, too.
Plus a friend of my husband’s cousin was told he had 3 months to live, went on fenben, ivermectin, curcumin and CBD oil and after 3 months he, his wife and their children went to Norway for a month — to celebrate the great news that he was cancer free.

There is a facebook group people with cancer can join and ask others who’ve beaten cancer exactly what it took to beat their specific type of cancer. That group can be found at mycancerstory.rocks.
Hubby and I take everything prophylactically, since we both have a lot of cancer in our immediate family.
That is excellent news! I’m thankful no one in my immediate circle has needed it but I’ve shared the information widely.

So there were fully furnished apartments just lying around ? This makes no sense. These apartments were obviously for illegals IMO and suddenly not “needed”. Someone has some explaining to do.

FEMA had been trying to provide hotel rooms 100 miles away from these people’s homesites and jobs. Then FEMA suddenly stopped the hotel payments. They relented and granted ONE additional night’s stay. Glenn Beck’s Mercury One group swooped in and picked up some of the slack.
Some of the people have small businesses. Some have livestock. If they were farmers with livestock the day before the storm, they need to be back home so that they can tend to livestock, work to get their greenhouses ready, etc. They really seem to need shelter accommodations where they normally lived.
Permitting and utilities have been problematic. Apparently, TPTB were reluctant to allow tiny houses and insulated sheds to be sited. The weren’t up to code. However, NC’s new Democrat governor signed 5 executive orders the day after taking office from Roy Cooper. From what I’ve seen on videos, permitting is no longer a road block in this time of need.

The U.S. already has a military base in Greenland to protect… Greenland, Denmark and Europe/NATO! — and we need to control the space for global control versus China and Russia. It’s also got resources that neither the Greenlanders nor Denmark are capable of extracting — but China and Russia are, and would love to get their hands on them. And being a territory of the U.S. also would be great for Greenland economically. Inasmuch as Greenland supposedly now is “autonomous”, what is Denmark’s issue.

Greenland is only 9% Danish. The other 91% are Inuit Eskimos who hate the Danes and will soon hate Americans instead!

California or Los Angeles County declined FDNY’s offer for firefighting assistance. Instead, they turned to Mexico.
I don’t know but these flights may be personnel and/or equipment coming or going between Mexico and Southern California.

LAX would make perfect sense. Besides being a large airport, probably with plenty of space on the back side, LAX is a port of entry where these Mexican nationals could be processed through immigration.

McConnell had to know if he voted against Hegseth it would result in a tie which Vance would then break. He’s been in the Senate leadership too long to not know that.
This was a statement vote firing a shot across the bow against the MAGA agenda. He’s also trying to flex the power of the Rhino vote and extract what leverage he can from the current Senate configuration.
