Trump is Jupiter moving through the asteroid belt. He is going to pull people into his orbit.
A few will get slung off into space, but most will come along for the ride of their lives.
I am ON the Trump Train for good, even if I scream that I want off and can’t take it. In the end, I only want to scream “TOO MUCH WINNING!!!”

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough.
They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it.
You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.

In large part, the war is continueing (on the part of the West) on the unfounded conflating of “Russia” with the old USSR, and the false narrative that Russia is the aggressor, and if not stopped at Ukraine, will (dominos theory, anyone?) steamroll across Eastern and then Western Europe.
If Russia wanted to, they could take out NATO headquarters in Brussels, as well as military Command/control of all the key countries, including Britain and US, using Hypersonic missiles, for which there is no defence.
IF it WANTED to, it could take Europe, and Putin demonstrated this for all to see. He doesn’t even have to resort to nuclear.
Obviously, he doesn’t WANT to take over Europe, and who would want to?
He has the upper hand, and will stop when his stated goals are achieved, which is basically haveing a SITUATIONAL rather than contractual GUARANTEE, that the west will not be in a position to be able to pull the crap they have been pulling since the end of the cold war, and specificallly since the maiden revolution, any more.
No more provocations, no color revolutions, no moving nato to Russias border,..with Ukraine acting as a “buffer zone”.

THIS is the exact type of evidence that needs to be presented every time propaganda media starts running with a narrative used to smear or attack an opponent . Nancy Pelosi has a name for the smear strategy. She calls it “The Smear Wrap-Up” and years ago explained it to an audience she was speaking to. (A few days ago a Treeper posted a gif of an old video of her describing it. Can this Treeper please repost it? My bad because I didn’t save it.) Imo, the truly effective method of countering The Smear Wrap-Up is to immediately publish hard evidence which destroys the smear. Mere commentary isn’t sufficient. Essentially, The Smear Wrap-Up is where a (false) narrative is dropped with media then picking up the (false) narrative and continually repeating, or wrapping it up.
In support of this, I’m reposting this comment in hopes that a key WH staffer reads this and can present this strategy to the communications director:
“Just as DJT so effectively used news media clips of violent illegals and used Kamala’s own words against her at his campaign rallies, I think it would so work to the WH’s advantage to continue to create video to emphasize and address the various issues at hand. For example, compile the testimonies of J6 prisoners (e.g. Brandon Straka is now saying he was forced to sign a document admitting things he never did), and broadcast these videos during press conferences, etc.
IMO, DJT always needs to be on the offense. Splice in vid clips of the one where Pelosi describes what the “Smear Wrap-Up” is and how effective it works, as another example. I’d love to see a video research staff continually turning out key vids of relevant evidence in support of whatever the key issues are. This would be so effective.
During the campaign, millions upon millions watched those spliced together vids of the transvestite freaks in the military, the horrors of the gangs terrorizing towns, etc. such that DJT’s points were unassailable – and they were very, very persuasive. I firmly believe those vids helped get out the vote. Those vids had the Dems cringing in agony – there was no way to rebut DJT’s assertions as he was playing those vids. So do the same for general purposes. Play them during press conferences.”

So I’m cross-posting a reply I just left for Colkitto on yesterday’s thread, because it’s been on my heart for many days and I’d like to share it.
This is day 5, and 5 in Biblical numerics represents spiritual grace. God’s Grace is flowing abundantly right now, and so I think it’s a perfect time to share these thoughts with my faith community here.
~ I have to think that President Trump and President Putin have a deep, shared and abiding faith in common that we never hear spoken of, and that is their faith in God.
Mr. Putin gave his people back their Church and their right to freely worship God.
President Trump acknowledges that God recently spared his life in order for him to do the work he’s been called to do.
The two men were already on good terms before the war in Ukraine and before the failed assassination attempts.
So I can’t help but believe there is a solid foundation for a strong alliance there, and I pray for them both that it may be so.
I believe our people may have more values in common than we have differences, and that both leaders love their people and want peace and prosperity for their nations.
I’ve thought this for many months now, and would love to see an end to the destruction and loss of life being suffered by the Ukrainian and Russian people, who are in reality essentially one people.
I believe that without the hideous, provocative duplicity and greedy betrayals of people like biden, pelosi, schumer, graham, nuland, vindman and so many others we already know about, that this vastly tragic and costly war would never have been.
I pray it will soon be brought to an end by these two leaders who I pray will be guided by their shared faith in our Almighty Father to a restoration of peace and for justice to be visited upon those whose evil machinations brought it all about.

Ma McGriz, thank you. I was feeling very agitated this morning as I read the end of yesterday’s presidential thread before starting on today’s. The harm done in the last four years has been tremendous.
But as I read what you wrote, calm settled over me this morning because I feel the same as you about our President and Mr. Putin and I pray God helps them steer straight and true. I hope they will present a united front, show us what peace feels like once more and begin that Golden Age President Trump mentions often. Maybe if that happens, the harm and damage will fade away.

John Eastman has articulated many times the clear argument against birthright citizenship. His argument is straight forward, it rests on history and precedent, and it avoids the absurd result we have today. Here are his basic points: 🧵
The Citizenship Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment states: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
The first problem is redundancy. If “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” simply means, as common parlance accepts, that one is subject to the law because of physical presence in the territory, that clause is redundant—”born in the United States” covers that base. An interpretation of a legal text that creates a redundancy is disfavored.
“Subject to the jurisdiction thereof” should be interpreted to mean owing sole allegiance to the United States. This is confirmed by one of the primary drafters of the clause, Sen. Lyman Trumbull, who stated “subject to the jurisdiction” meant subject to “complete” jurisdiction—“[n]ot owing allegiance to anybody else.”
Initially, the Supreme Court agreed. Although dicta, both the majority and the dissent in the Slaughter House Cases agreed that the 14th Amendment’s “subject to the jurisdiction” clause excluded the children of citizens and subjects of foreign states who just happen to be born in the United States.
SCOTUS confirmed this understanding in Elk v. Wilkins when it denied birthright citizenship to an Indian born on a reservation who claimed citizenship as an adult. The Court held that the claim of birthright required him not to be “subject in some respect or degree to the jurisdiction of the United States, but completely subject to their political jurisdiction, and owing them direct and immediate allegiance.”
Astoundingly, the Supreme Court completely reversed course in United States v. Wong Kim Ark. In that case, a Chinese man born to permanent residents (who were barred by federal statute from obtaining full citizenship) claimed birthright citizenship, and the High Court held Wong Kim Ark qualified for the 14th Amendment’s birthright citizenship.
As Eastman points out, the gloss placed on Wong Kim Ark is much broader than even its holding, which addressed the child of legal permanent residents. Birthright citizenship should, at the least, be limited to children of parents here legally. The situation we have today is, again, absurd and untenable.
