The “Day of Reckoning” has arrived for the multi-tiered, treasonous, traitors embedded in America
As the Executive Branch of the Federal Government is brought back into Constitutional compliance and law & order becomes the norm, again, criminals will be held responsible for the crimes they committed during the globalist / communist biden administration.
The treasonous traitors of the biden Executive Branch will be headed to the hoosegow or hanging tree for the very serious crimes that they have committed against their fellow Americans.
The illegals will be headed to the southern border, either through self or forced deportations, to a country of our choice. But gone they will be. None must remain. They are here to do us harm, there is no longer a question about that.
But there are a host of other people who may think they will just fade back into the shadows and escape their punishment. For example, the employees of the NGOs and the organizations and companies that interfaced with the NGOs in processing the 26,000,000 illegals who biden, purposely, let enter into the USA. Many of those will be in the blue states, especially the sanctuary cities and states. As Mr. Tom Holman has been explaining, it is a crime to help an illegal, especially helping them evade deportation.
These American citizens, who accepted payment from the Mexican cartels, are treasonous traitors just as much as the turncoats in the biden Executive Branch who, for profit, aided and abetted the Mexican cartels’ invasion of America with the intent of forcibly occupying a part of the southern United States.
Yup, the “Day of Reckoning” has arrived for the multi-tiered, treasonous, traitors embedded in America, the “enemy within.”

I was online a couple days ago with a couple European colleagues, Norwegian and a German after the inauguration the Norwegian was pleased, but the German was a little sarcastic, his inference being, stupid Americans electing President Trump now you’re gonna get it Stan, meaning Americans will suffer?

I watched Nuremburg again last night with Spencer Tracy. It is astounding what can be done in “love of country.” It pointed out that a very small segment of society can wreak havoc on a general population using the excuse of “the Bolsheviks will eat us!” We are just watching this movie play out 70 years later.

First of all, “FISA” is not a real court. The accused does not even know. The Judge hears only one side, and basically can only “rubber stamp” whatever is placed before him. The entire concept is Unconstitutional:

The DC and New York courts have shown that there is a flaw in that paragraph, “public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed”
The persecutors stacked and controlled the selection of judges and the juries. There was no impartial anything when it came to the New York Trump trials and DC J6 trials.
There needs to be some type of remedy to prevent this type of injustice.

One thing about our system of Government, is it requires our vigilence.
They can pass ANY law, like this odious Johnson Amendment, and unless some entity challenges it in Court, it stands as ‘the law of the land’.
Congress has exploited this, to write bills that are 1000’s of pages long, with all sorts of provisions and loopholes, and then the beurocrats can write regulations that layer on top of the original law, and its all too much for us to keep up with.
Much of the growth of the Federal Government, as it has encroached on powers reserved to the States, and We the People, has happened thru legislation that our State Governments never contested, and we did not push them to.
Luckily, there is no equivalent of the Statute of Limitations on this; a State can go to court and contest a 40 year old law, which has the Federal Govt. unConstitutionally expropriating powers NOT specifically enumerated in the Constitution, and have it overturned.
And, because such a case is clearly a Constitutional, it both gets ‘fast-tracked’ to SCOTUS, and a ruling is both final, and applies Nationwide.
We REALLY need to clone Paxton, and have MAGA State A.G.’s pursueing aggressive FEDERALISM, as a secondary and complimentary MAGA effort, to PDJT.

In my view, this 157-year old piece of legislation should be further amended. To very clearly say what we intend for it to say in the present day. I believe that this nation has been far too reticent in invoking the Amendment power, and far too dependent on a chaos of “high court decisions.” In other words, we should feel free to do what they did. (And, notice that Congress can do it, or the States can do it directly.)
You’d just end up chasing your own tail. No matter what language you use they will argue it doesn’t mean what it says. The Bill of Rights is very clear to anyone that will read it honestly and they claim it doesn’t mean what it says.

Of course, the big news comes with possibly an even bigger caveat: according to the WSJ’s source, bird flu might be exempt from the temporary ban, which would beg the question: why?
If the gain-of-function pause should apply to anything, it should be to the virus that the public health authorities have promised over and over and over would be the trigger for pandemic 2.0.
