Because now it no longer matters. There would have been serious consequences for revealing this when it happened, starting with a potential raid by FIB.
Is there any possibility that Little Mikey is being sent out to tell this story NOW as a prelude to reversing the pardons that Joe has made since the election, including the overbroad one to his own son? I think we are all waiting to see what additional ones will be announced tomorrow morning – Liz Cheney, Tony Fauxi, his entire family? Maybe the case can be made that any executive actions he undertook in the past year, at least, should be reviewed, and perhaps, reversed?
Laws that were passed by both houses of Congress would still stand, even some that we may not like or agree with, but any unilateral actions that were initiated/signed only by him are all suspect, IMHO, and maybe the stage is being set for a full investigation…
Biden has been mentally incompetent for the last four years, and most likely rarely occupied the actual Oval Office. His imitation was a television stage.

Perhaps what you say however there is one person who could be viewed as conflicted if a call for invoking the 25th amendment is issued.
The Speaker of the House is second in line for the president if the president is out of the picture for whatever reason. It takes the permission of the US Congress for the president to appoint his/her vice president.
The speaker of the house would have possibly been elevated to be the office of the Vice President unless the Uniparty agreed to allow Kamala to appoint her vice president.
For example President Ford stepped into the presidency from the VP position after President Nixon resigned. President Ford did not appoint his VP. President Ford nominated Nelson Rockefeller to be his VP and the US Congress confirmed Rockefeller to be the new Vice President
So the one person who might stand to gain from the 25th or to leverage power from invoking the 25th would be the Speaker of the House.
Ford was the House minority leader and was appointed Vice President by Nixon upon the recommendation of the Speaker of the House.
Right, and in the invocation of the 25th Amendment, the Speaker of the House is the recipient of the report that the President cannot perform his duties. So the Speaker should remain quiescent to maintain the form of his objectivity.
He could have informed others. By not doing so he (and others) put the U.S. at risk.
The VP is 2nd, the Speaker 3rd.
What part of “in line to the presidency” is not understood? The president is not number one, the first in line is the VP, the second in line is the Speaker.

Any law he signed, would immediately have to be reversed if he was found incompetent to do his job.
