“As the train pulled into the station, the suspect calmly walked up to the victim,” she said, explaining that the female victim was in a seated position. “The suspect used what we believe to be a lighter to ignite the victim’s clothing, which became fully engulfed in a matter of seconds.”
Officers were on patrol at the station when they smelled and saw smoke, prompting them to investigate the situation.

So I just want to put this out there. When I was a kid, the neighbors kids grand father lived a few houses down. One afternoon the fire trucked show up at my friends grand father’s house. This was the first time I show a body bag. They also had thrown the couch he died on at the curb to fully extinguish it. That couch sat there for days and reminded us not to smoke. Probably is why I never smoked.
Until I see or read there is video validation that he actually set her on fire, I am guessing she was a homeless person who possible fell asleep smoking. He might have saw her catch on fire and went over to her but was too stupid to know what to do.
There are too many things that do not add up. Matches,when he had a lighter. 29 year old with a walker. Fake stories being pushed. With over 6 million illegals with most living in shelters, how many smoke and carry a lighter?
No matter what this is an awful story and tells us how messed up NYC is. As I’ve posted on other sites, my recommendation for New Yorkers traveling on the subway is to put on their Kevlar tights and only wear natural fiber clothing like cotton or wool. Those don’t stick to burnt skin like nylon and other synthetic fibers do. You voted for this mess, both for Mayor and Governor, so don’t worry, be happy. People were standing around and filming her burning as she stood in the open subway car door, holding onto the side and this animal was fanning the flames with his jacket. NOT A SINGLE PERSON TRIED TO HELP!!!
