It is being blown out of proportion and that medical device does not explain all of it.

Same way you would “lose something” off the back of a truck.

I’m more interested in what the bill of lading would have shown for contents. Containers are costly enough to ship without filling it with goods of some sort or other for transport.

I’m writing a script for a multi-episode fictional TV drama. Tell me what you think.
Episode One
Introduce the characters and plotline. People in a lame-duck, globalist, leftist administration are desperate to start a new American war on their way out the door before an America-first president takes over. The plan is to hamstring him with the war so he won’t be able to fully pursue his domestic and foreign policy agendas. Repeated baiting of Putin isn’t working, so they change direction.
A government defense contractor is flying drones at night with radiation sniffers looking for some low-level radioactive waste that went missing. They call in this contractor, remind him who pays him, and give him his orders. He is told to flood the night skies with his drones, starting with New Jersey, then expanding it. And keep quiet about it. He complies.
Episode Two
The setup. People in New Jersey get all freaked out about all the drones they are seeing and want to know what they are. The lame-duckers select a doofus congressman who they know can’t keep his mouth shut, and give him a “top secret” briefing on the drone problem. Immediately after the briefing he high-tails it to a TV camera, blabs that he was briefed on the drones, that the drones are Iranian, and they are coming from an Iranian mother ship off the coast. Of course it’s all BS, and his briefers are shown cracking up while watching Congressman Doofus on TV.
Then (this is GREAT!) they send out various White House spokespersons to play dumb. They do their best Gomer Pyle imitations …. “Gaawwleee! Shazelm! Yer all crazy! There ain’t nothin’ up there.” Hah! Now the locals, including local government officials, are spitting mad, knowing they are being lied to. “Shoot ‘em down! Shoot ‘em down!”
Episode Three
The event. The contradictory reports just keep coming, further infuriating everyone. Then, when emotions have reached a fever pitch, either someone shoots one down, or one is deliberately crashed. Haven’t decided that yet. Either way, the lame-duckers seize it and officially “confirm” that the drone is (surprise!) Iranian (it’s not). Public outcries demand war.
Episode Four
Slow motion train wreck. We watch as Iran’s rabid leaders make one bad decision after another as they huff and puff and allow themselves to be baited into attacking a US asset. The US responds by directly attacking Iran. Ta da! Full on hot war before the New Year.
Episode Five
The wrap up. New President takes over. But instead of continuing the war he immediately stops it. He also pulls back the curtain and discloses to everyone that the lame-duckers were behind the drones and the false-flag event that started the war. But in the flashback scenes we notice something else: lurkers, persons with unclear loyalties, within the lame-duckers. We are left wondering whether the lame-duckers were themselves manipulated by a few embedded, shadowy players. We watch the back of a lurker as he slips around a corner. Who are these lurkers? Have they always been there? What agenda do they serve? Have they been behind other events? Other wars? Do we really know what just happened? Will we ever know?
I figure each episode for an hour. Maybe Netflix will be interested?

I just learned of this on Amir Tsarfati’s Telegram site, and just confirmed the report on the Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s website. On 12/13, the USNRC lost some nuclear material. The shipping truck made it to its destination damaged, and empty in New Jersey.
Those who now know of this are claiming that the drones are sniffing for the nuclear material. That would even explain drones over Ramstein as it is likely internal information that was leaked to a foreign actor who wants nuclear material.

After 911, citizen DT explained that the planes could not have taken down the towers. That the vertical steel girder skeleton ran the length of the buildings and that’s why the windows were so small. The need for night vision searches is the only reason that comes to my mind for a multi drone nighttime flight.. Conspiracy theory much..?
