So the same guy that we were told by The Special Counsel two years ago, that he could be viewed as a sympathetic old man with declining mental faculties and therefore could not stand trial, can now make legal disposition determinations on others.

If he continues to pardon, and he preemptively pardons the treasonous cabal, there is a silver lining to the cloud. He will drive the final nail in the coffin of the Democrat Party. The damage done will be immeasurable; the party will wander in the desert for forty years.
Voters, for the most part, are smart and will see it for what it is – a system of justice where some well-connected fraudsters are indeed above the law, while the peasant voters are not. People simply will not stand for being disrespected like that.

I hope you’re right, but some Democrat voters are so far gone that they won’t believe this is wrong somehow. Look at the reaction to a man shooting the CEO of that insurance company. If Dems think it is okay to shoot a CEO of a company they believe is corrupt, then how is it not okay to do the same to corrupt Dem politicians? It is the insane thinking of severe partisans, that’s my only explanation.

This whole tradition of US Presidents being allowed to “pardon” criminals has always rubbed me the wrong way. It needs to be abolished. Criminals need to serve their sentence. Period.

I mentioned this sort of thing in a comment yesterday/last night.
Those who think it is Okay for Biden to give clemency to some of these POS, have either no idea of what these released criminals might do in the future, have no idea of the crimes they were duly found guilty of committing, and also NOW think it is OKay that these criminals are “back on the streets”.
Yes, some of these criminals have found “correction” and are not likely to re-offend(recidivism), others are not so likely to stay on the “straight & narrow & will go on to commit crimes once again.
I don’t have issue with those who have plans to return & become worthwhile citizens.
I do have an issue with the possibility that some of these who are being released out into the public that “Are” going to RE-OFFEND.
Creating not just pain & troubles for the victims & families who were affected by the criminal behavior of the criminals that were convicted & were sent to prison for in the first place, but the NEW VICTIMS who are now going to have to go thru the crap of dealing with the ones who “got thru the cracks”, received Clemency by the Biden Hack & and then could/will commit more crime(s) after they get released.
Pretty Shitty deal for any & all who have to deal with such things.

Nail these people again. It will happen. Only next time wage a full on, unwavering political assault on the interest groups that tacitly or overtly supported the pardons. Fairly or not, lay the blame in very heavy language and video at their feet.

Pardons do not expunge criminal records.
PDJT needs to massage this fact into conditions that make life difficult for these pardoned criminals – at the very least as it intersects with gov’t contracts.
Where to go with organizations that assist such people is a tougher nut to crack.
The true tragedy in all of this? The Democrats/DS/RINOs/IC have made it clear that accountability is no longer a deterrent to crime. Politicized pardons as a “get out of jail free card” is a very, very, very bad tool they have put in play at scale. They had best hope the implications of this are never flipped on them.
The real Joe Biden is dead. Everything this “actor” has done, or does before 1/20/25, is null and void, he’s never been the POTUS.
