I was talking to another conservative at my local watering hole, and they are terrified that Biden is going to issue all of these pre-emptive pardons. I disagree and don’t see it happening.
First, Biden himself is not doing anything of substance. Most of the time, he’s a demented, babbling fool—most of the time, but not all the time, as with all dementia patients. Jill is running the show with a few others in the background.
Jill doesn’t care about the policy decisions regarding Ukraine, the border, Africa, etc. Nor does Joe. They do care about revenge. Joe and Jill are both pissed that the Dems ousted Joe. BHO, Hillary, Nancy, and many, many others aligned against Joe to force him to step down.
Biden’s first arrow was announcing Kamala as his successor when I believe BHO and the crew wanted someone else.
Most of these pardons (as with most administrations) are being issued for those who bought them or as returned favors to others who want these people out of jail.
The second arrow will be Biden not granting pre-emptive pardons to anyone associated with ousting Biden. It will be Biden’s last FU to them. Biden already pardoned the one person he wanted to keep out of jail—Hunter.
