Any pardoned person can be required to testify before Congress or a grand jury. If they lie, it is perjury, and not covered by the pardon. If they refuse to comply, they can be jailed for contempt.

It’s not likely that Biden will pardon the J6 folks. To do so would be tantamount to an admission that there was no insurrection; that the process used to convict them was illegitimate, and further, that the J6 protesters had probable cause to believe the 2020 election was stolen.
