A few years back, the neighbor kid bought a drone and decided to fly it over me while I was working out back, following me everywhere I went.
I casually sauntered back to the house and came back out with my “goose” gun.

These drones are not big enough, even SUV sized, to come from international waters, and if there was a “mother ship”, I don’t see how it could remain hidden with the amount of navy, coast guard, land based aircraft, commercial and personal watercraft in that region.
If it is from a foreign actor, the drones are coming from inland sites.
The lights on the drones are completely unnecessary to the operation of the drone. Having us see and react to the drones is the point of this activity. It is some sort of psyop.
