In the first White House briefing since the Hunter Biden Pardon, White House Spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre worked her way through a tangled mess of justifications for why Joe Biden changed his mind and gave a pardon to his son, Hunter. However, within the remarks she relied heavily on a name that apparently has leaned-in to the issue of Preemptive Pardons by the outgoing administration. WATCH (prompted):
It is transparently obvious why Jim Clyburn would be seeking a preemptive pardon from Joe Biden. Clyburn is singularly the most exposed political figure if anyone starts looking at how the election system ballot operation was used in 2020, 2022 and 2024. Clyburn knows his risk exposure.
At the end of all the ballot and election fraud, you find one operation above all others. Watch what happens.

He went to jail on a purjery conviction. The pardon, itself, should constitute a red flag for prosecutors.

AND… It is with that thought in mind that FJB should use extreme caution when handing out, if he does, pardons. If compelled to testify, under oath, without impunity these folks could cause untold grief. With the understanding that pardon impunity for testimony does not cover lying during the testimony. Might just be a rush to strike deals with the new DOJ(if in fact the DOJ prosecutes anyone).
I could see this miserable, selfish, corrupt and spiteful old fool pardoning everyone named Biden. And letting everyone else swing.
Yes, the President should set up a Truth Commission and subpoena each and every recipient of a Biden pardon to testify truthfully on their crimes that they committed that are covered by the pardon. With the NSA being the librarian of all electronic communication, it should be pretty easy to locate the corroborating evidence and there’s going to be a whole lot of people who were not pardoned who will be exposed.

If one runs a ballot and election fraud operation, succeeds in getting an illegitimate President sworn in, and then gets pardoned by that same illegitimate President, that cannot stand. The pardon itself is illegitimate, as the false President issuing it never had the authority to issue it. Pardoning someone who has never been brought up on any kind of charges, is basically an admission of their illegal activity. While Clyburn may be pardoned, so he is safe from prosecution, it also opens the door for examination as to WHY he is being pardoned, and brings his activity into the sunlight. Perhaps this is even better than allowing him to continue his meddling in darkness.
Well it might block him from new fraud in 2026 when will need a red wave of primaries.
And yes open him up to multi-state prosecution.

In this case SCOTUS held that “serial” pardons given by POTUS, with the intent to “subvert justice” could potentially be viewed as an impeachable offense.
Since PDJT 2nd impeachment trial took place after he left office, the Dems cracked that door open.

98 US 61 (1878)
This case established what is known as the
“Throckmorton Doctrine”.
SCOTUS wrote:
“There is no question of the general doctrine that fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments.”
In other words, even a pardon cannot overcome fraudulent actions that led to a result that otherwise would not have occurred, absent the fraud.
Of course, going down this road could produce a Constitutional crisis and consume a massive amount of money and resources. Whether or not that is in the best interest of PDJT or the country is not for me to say.
But there are cracks in the pardon wall, IMO.

I don’t think blanket pardons were what the framers had in mind. A person convicted of a crime(s) and sentenced get pardoned for that crime and sentence and either commuted or full pardon given. Otherwise a president could say I pardon Hunter for any crimes he commits until he is dead.
