There is no debt. This is a runaway usury scam. Charging interest (any interest) on money is a scam that activates a musical chairs game of foreclosing on collateral as the amount of money that the banks ask for back is more than the money supply available due to the compounding nature of interest.
Article 2 of the US Constitution guarantees only Congress can print money—instead of this Congress now borrows money from the international banksters (the Federal Reserve). This is a complete fraud. The US does not need to borrow money —it can just print its own money as Lincoln and JFK realized and did.
