Justice Department Finds ‘Dehumanizing’ Filth and Violence at Atlanta Jail Where Man Died Covered in Bugs
Justice Department investigators found squalid living conditions, unchecked violence, and illegal mistreatment of minors and mentally ill inmates.
The Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division released a report Thursday concluding that the Fulton County Jail, which handles pre-trial detention for most of Atlanta, subjects incarcerated people to pest infestations and malnourishment, excessive force from correctional officers, and fails to protect them from rampant violence and sexual assaults from other inmates. The report found that these conditions violate the Eighth and 14th Amendments, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

Anyone that believes that V.R. is getting ” a bit” over his ski’s? would not be alone in that thinking. It sure is a lot of “talking” he’s engaged in. So while I’m sure POTUS has ok’d this kind of “meet the press” stuff for his surrogates ( of which VR obviously is one )
V.R. is talking of “massive firings”, gutting of unnecessary programs – in some cases, even agencies themselves.
It just all sounds a bit premature at this early stage and is only going to fuel what heretofore have largely been the usual undeserved hand-wringing and panicked clarion calls, from the Mockingbird’s. It is true, this guy is not even a nominee for a cabinet position. So it lends credence to the notion of Vivek Ramaswamy doing public relations for – Vivek Ramaswamy.
My take, is that the ideas themselves are sound. But the sound of them “this soon” is of questionable judgement.
He may be following the model Tom Homan is persueing.
Homan is talking VERY hard line, and I suspect his doing so is encouraging many to self-deport, thinning the heard to make it even easier for ICE.
By talking like this, perhaps many Federal Workers will decide they want to leave on their own terms, making the job of thinning the Federal Workforce that much easier.
As for feeding the hand wringing and clarion calls,…SO WHAT?

I agree that it’s fine to do these things but always remember that our win was still only 51-49 and this is a war that is not yet over. It is right for Reed to call out the over confidence that comes with winning and people making bold claims that cannot yet be realized.
We need to think strategically and not run off at the mouth in our victory.
Look at the damage done by Lindsey after roe v Wade. The first thing out of his mouth was to put abortion bans BACK as a federal law, instead of the States, which essentially negated our own argument (States rights) and tanked our 2022 midterms.
The left did not destroy America in a single term, and to defend America we too need to be thinking long term.
The reality is that we need to do these things cautiously, like a neurosurgeon, because to err is human and if we screw this up in any way it will be used against us for the next 20 years.
With that caveat, I say cut away, but dont give the opposition any ammunition while were doing it.

Kari Lake did not lose. The Arizona senate election was stolen, in plain sight, in a provable, predictable way. There are three overriding reasons Lake “lost.”
First, she was marked early on as a breakout candidate who, left unchecked, would quickly become a national, perhaps international star propagating the hated common sense of the MAGA crowd.
Second, for 4 years after the 2020 steal, the election integrity narrative focused on cleaning voter rolls to stop the Left’s steal.
Lake lost to legal ballots, sent to legal addresses, to legal voters, which were undeliverable. Cleaning voter rolls – which never happened – although great money was spent on lawyers in that quest – would do nothing – did nothing – to thwart undeliverable ballots, collected by NGOs against Lake.
Lake’s party and her campaign fought a 2024 battle, using 1980s tactics, against a determined opponent who knew how to find over 80,000 loose ballots invisible to all current voter integrity technology.
The third reason Lake lost is the belief that the get-out-the-vote campaign and voter registration drives were effective. They were not.
Had Arizona built an Undeliverable Ballot Database – rather than pissing away lawyer money – into almost 7 figures – Lake would be both a governor and a senator today – at the same time!
Why are undeliverable ballots such a threat? We can make up any name and it takes forever to prove it’s not a real guy or gal. But an address is pretty much written in stone – or brick or concrete. And it’s on the property roll. So we know if an address is a Walmart or a 3 bedroom lux house in Scottsdale with some cool cacti in the front yard in the rock garden.
We even see the rock garden, because we cross search with mapping systems and they have a street view of the home. The address is boss. Once determined to be ineligible – any ballot from that address is a FAKE. We give a little grace for some minor mistakes, but ballots from ineligible addresses are over 95% fraudulent.
If an address cannot receive a ballot in the mail, any mail-in ballot from that address is invalid. In case you missed it – that’s because if you cannot get a ballot at an address, but someone sends it in FROM that address, it did not come from YOU!
Yet, in every swing state in 2024, thousands of mail-in ballots were received, acknowledged, counted that are provably from an address to which a ballot cannot go. That’s not our opinion.
We have official government property tax rolls testifying to it. We have U.S. Postal NCOA roll testifying to it. We have other government databases which prove that ballot did NOT originate at that address – yet, from that hovel it came! So who the hell is getting these ballots if they cannot be delivered to that address or the person at that address is long gone?
We know from testimony these ballots are collected by NGOs and the Postal Service and given to Leftist groups. The NGOs don’t give them to Leftist groups, they are the Leftist groups. We have not yet determined if this happened in 2020 at scale. We saw it first in 2022 in Wisconsin and Michigan. So we focused on it for 2024 – and we were not disappointed.
Our team believes the reason these are such a bountiful source of vote rigging is because once these ballots are in the system, there is no way to stop them. They are invisible – those 200,000 poll watchers just watch them flow through the system – who knows from whence they came?
