My baby sister passed away in 2009, and my other sister wanted to remember the date of her death. I told her I wanted to remember her birthday.

But if there is one thing we learned the past four years, it is that there would never be a finish line, but there were mile markers that we had to make within a certain time. I think the most critical was last Tuesday, when we the people needed to reject lawlessness in our elections. I think we did, by celebrating President Trump’s win as a win and ignoring “but there are weeks and weeks of more ballots to count”. Tuesday was the sprint, the time to hold nothing back because if we failed that we failed everything. But we got there, barely.
But now we need to walk it off and start jogging again, running faster as energy returns. We have another mile marker of inauguration, by which time we need to have rejected lawlessness at all levels of elections (refusing to certify blatantly illegal actions by election officials) and have the people and preparations in place to immediately start repairing America.
After that, we have some running to do, hurrying to reach the collapsing parts of America and shore them up until serious construction can begin. Eventually, all that may be required of us is to keep on walking; we have America to rebuild, but that will take the rest of our lives and will be in areas as big as returning government to its Constitutional bounds and as small as teaching the real history of America one child at a time.

System Level Requirements are critical and whenever someone listed a set of requirements with ‘etc…’, they’re politely asked to remove the term and definitively list the items. I don’t know who should be appointed to those positions. I do know who should not be appointed. Anyone who has been involved with or a speaker at the Aspen Security Forum should be an immediate disqualification.
Yes, Mike Pompeo was a speaker, along with Dan Coates, Chris Wray, John Kelly, John Bolton, and others, including Admiral Mike Rodgers. Rodgers hanging with that group was a red flag. It is a crowd that includes Adam Schiff, Jennifer Griffen, condoleezza Rice, and several other suspect characters. No one should be allowed in any Trump administration position that has attended an Aspen Security Forum or been a speaker. If a member of the Trump administration goes to an Aspen Security Forum event then they should immediately be removed from their position.

My realistic expectations are that President Trump will unwind everything that Biden (Obama) did for the last four years and get us back to pre-Covid times; i.e., 2019.
