BACKGROUND – On August 7th, Virginia’s Governor Glenn Youngkin signed an executive order expediting the removal of noncitizens from the state’s voter rolls. The state maintained that the program followed only removed those who were ineligible to vote due to lack of citizenship. These were self-declared ineligible voters.
Earlier this month the Justice Department and advocacy groups intervened, suing the state. They contended that Virginia had purged some eligible voters and that it did so in violation of a federal law that bars removals from voting rolls in the 90 days prior to an election.
[…] A federal district court agreed, ordering Virginia to restore the approximately 1,600 voter registrations that were cancelled. The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld that order. Virginia then appealed to the Supreme Court, asking the justices to allow the state to strike the voters purged in the 90 days prior to the election.
The state contended that the lower courts “misinterpreted the NVRA.” They argued that the “quiet period” cannot apply to noncitizens, since they are already ineligible to vote. Even if the “quiet period” did apply here, the state argued, the program was sufficiently individualized, not systematic.
On Wednesday, the Supreme Court sided with Virginia, leaving the purged voters off the rolls and allowing the purge to continue.

Hennepin County (Minnecrapolis), Minnesota, lost a lawsuit to Minnesota Voters Alliance yesterday. The Minnesota Supreme Court found Hennepin County guilty of illegal practices concerning their Absentee Ballot Board, and were told they have until this Friday to fix the problem.
Absentee Ballot Boards in Minnesota MUST (per the statute) be made up of equal parts GOP and DFL.

But Hennepin County has for years (if not always) packed their 120 person Absentee Ballot Boards with unemployed union workers, who also get paid their full union pay.

Don’t have a clue as to how to go about it but, I would suspect there is some sort of process in the event “We The People” enmass would show our disapproval of these dissenting voter’s @ SCOTUS.
The Constitution states that justices “shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour.” So Supreme Court justices would have to be impeached by Congress to be removed. It’s unlikely to happen to the 3 communists because a simple majority in the House could vote for impeachment, but it would require a 2/3rds vote in the Senate to remove them.
Justice Chase in 1805 was the only Supreme Court justice to be impeached. The House impeached him on 8 articles of impeachment related to political bias [against President Jefferson]. But the Senate found him not guilty so he stayed on the Court. About 15 federal judges have been impeached by the House but only 8 were convicted by the Senate.

Spoke to a Democrat today that believes it is ok for her dead mother to remain on the voter rolls because she is dead and can’t vote, and she doesn’t believe that dead people or illegals vote. There is no reasoning w/these people.
Any legitimate voter that is stopped from Voting should immediately call your Sheriff and report the Crime. It doesn’t matter if the machines aren’t working, or they ran out of paper, or the line is too long, etc…etc… There is Reasonable Suspicion that a crime is being committed.
