Incredible as it seems, at least to me, it is the four-year anniversary of this outline [GO DEEP].
During the rushed debate over the Patriot Act, was when I first heard political officials talking about the importance of “continuity of government.”
I immediately recognized what all these DC voices were describing was a construct of a post-911 government that would exist and maintain itself without the elected representatives of WeThe People.
The intelligence gathering and homeland security system put into place after the Patriot Act was passed, is a bureaucratic administrative state without the presence of elected officials controlling the apparatus. That leads to the following question:
How can a constitutional republic function without elected officials in control of it?
That question is at the heart of our current situation.
That question is at the epicenter of this “new American democracy” that no one seems to understand.
The simple answer is it cannot.
We have been fighting this three-headed IC monster (DHS, DNI, DOJ-NSD) ever since.
This reality the underlying predicate behind why Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the Special Counsel charges against Trump. This reality is also the underlying framework behind why the Supreme Court recently reaffirmed the plenary power of the President with control over the executive.
In the post-9/11 system that was created by the Patriot Act, our Constitutional Republic was inextricably fractured, placing systems and silos in charge of government under the auspices of “continuity of government.”
From that moment forth, elected representatives no longer held authority or oversight *over* the national security apparatus. Instead, the Patriot Act flipped the actual system of democratically elected representative government.
The RESULT: Our elected officials became subservient to the institutional interests of unelected agency officials. As Senator Schumer calls them “the six ways from Sunday” coalition.
This reality empirically surfaces with people like former AG Bill Barr saying the President does not have unilateral authority over the DOJ. Also, the Lawfare approach and narrative that a President is not the arbiter of governing power. Both statements are constitutionally false, as affirmed by SCOTUS – Thank God.
Understand this. This is the root of the cancer that was always present, silent and lurking in the background institutions prior to 9/11. After the Patriot Act passed, that cancer fully metastasized and entered the bloodstream of American governance.
What was previously a slimy bag of institutional snakes, kept in place by a tenuously worn nylon bag – sewn from the remaining fabric of our constitution, was released by the Patriot Act.
Everything thereafter, including the constant bites we suffer from the unleashed weaponization, is a consequence of that moment.
That’s the root of our modern political reality.
This is the “new American democracy,” where the unelected officials and administrators within institutions hold power.
Under this Patriot Act framework, representative government [executive branch, legislative branch and even the judicial branch] are subservient to those who use the shield of national security. This outcome is the direct consequence of creating a system for the “continuity of government.”
LEARN IT!
Then, suddenly, everything about the domestic enemy we confront gets really clear.

Thankfully, the Supreme Court has now given indications that they understand what has taken place.
The Supreme Court has recently affirmed that only the President of the United States has the authority to control the Executive Branch. As a direct and consequential outcome, only the President of the United States can remove the core issue that has corrupted our constitutional intent.
Every element vested in the “continuity of government” as a manipulation of the constitution are now aligned to eliminate the threat President Donald Trump represents.
We have one chance.
Vote like your freedom depends on it, because it does.
Read the SCOTUS opinion, not from a point of view of President Trump, but from the point of view of what does this allow him to do in his second term, and what invisible straightjackets did it remove that were a threat during his first term?
While impeachment is a political process within the Legislative Branch, and the Supreme Court is extremely hesitant to overstep their role therein, the High Court did put this sentiment clearly into the opinion about immunity: …“The President is not above the law. But Congress may not criminalize the President’s conduct in carrying out the responsibilities of the Executive Branch under the Constitution.”…
Congress may not criminalize the conduct of the President simply for carrying out his core executive branch duties.
Removal of Executive Branch officials is a core duty, an official act, carrying absolute immunity.
That affirmed reality is exactly why the Deep State and Lawfare crowd are very alarmed.

Reading and understanding this comment is far tougher than reading Aristotle. I don’t think the “Continuance of Government” concept, as broken by Sundance was complicated at all. Should DJT win, absolutely, there will be a fight like we have never seen before, and the hosts behind that fight will subsidize it with the likes of Antifa and every other tool of their creation or construct. So, why have the targets of The Blob changed?
Since the world is and always has been basically a continuing conflict between competing oligarchies with some, like ours, having the calming illusion of voter control and a large, stabilizing middle class which is now going away, here’s my take:
In the 50s and 60s when most manufacturing was located in the US and US products dominated the WWII-destroyed world, the oligarchy was nationalistic and the targets of the FBI and CIA were the anti-nationalists (communists/leftists). Also, the boards of directors of those major corporations which were not multi-national were mostly patriotic Americans.
Now that so much manufacturing is outside the US, mainly in Communist China, and even US-based corporations are far more multinational with many board members who aren’t even US citizens, the oligarchy’s desired path is globalism, so nationalists are targeted and they, at least in the US, naturally tend to be anti-collectivists (anti-communist/anti-leftist) while big government enthusiasts (leftists) are not.
Also, those brainwashed with neo-Marxist Postmodernism pseudo-intellectual garbage during their “higher” education have reached positions of power in our gerontocracy. In 2021, the average age of a U.S. senator was 64. The same Postmodernism effect is also seen in lower levels of the educational system because teachers were also indoctrinated with that garbage in college. “The long march through the institutions” has been highly successful.

Of course, Burnham was an elitist who believed in the rule of an oligarchy as a substitute for his former Trotskyite belief in the revolutionary mission of the proletariat, but I believe his description above is mostly correct with the caveat that it is human nature that inevitably leads to the corruption of any political system even IF that wasn’t the original intent, subconscious or otherwise.
That’s is why I laugh at anarchists, Marxists and, for that matter ALL idealistic “isms.” Human nature means that anarchism will eventually lead to an oligarchy. This also makes “The New Soviet Man” impossible to achieve. You said that human nature “leads to the corruption of any political system”. This implies that political systems start out as not corrupt but become corrupt later. So we can work to restore the system to its prior non corrupt state. Otherwise there is no value in the biblical admonition to repent if there is no way to fix something that has become corrupted.

Continuity of government has been a thing ever since the Soviets got the bomb. It figures prominently in the literature about nuclear deterrence and war fighting. Its physical presence is the existence of Mt. Weather, Raven Rock and whatever is under the Greenbriar resort. The Federal Center in Denver is an earlier (pre-nuke) version. It has a fictional version in the mineshaft gap of Dr. Strangelove(1964).
Yes but the original intent of continuity of government was to enact it IF a nuclear strike wiped out existing elected officials. What is different now is the COG apparatus decided to take over without any kind of triggering catastrophe. 9/11 was bad but it didn’t wipe out congress or the White House. But the 4th branch enacted COG as if there had been a devastating nuclear exchange.
The Supreme Court gave presidents a “get out of jail free” card for official acts, greenlighting firings, executive swagger, and no Congress meddling in core duties.
What would happen ….if by the grace of God we were able to get congress to do away with the Patriot Act as we know it?
More personal freedoms, less government interference, a transparent government, and maintained order with citizen protection.
I’d like to add another “What if?”
What if the Trump administration made public all American citizens that have been placed on some type of national security list? That would be a really good start. Trump could put Tulsi Gabbard, who is currently on a TSA list (that identifies her as a potential threat) in charge government transparency.
It recently occured to me that those multinational world order manipulators have gutted the meaning of US citizenship. They systematically removed the guaranteed benefits of being a citizen via the Patriot Act and then followed it up with free citizenship benefits for every non-citizen that makes it across the border.
This appeal to the Supreme Court on behalf of Virginia voters to remove illegals from the voter rolls will show if the judicial branch has been bought or is still loyal to our Constitution.
If most American citizens aren’t for protecting these benefits that our soldiers died to protect – then, yes, it’s too late.
But if sunlight is applied to the deeds done in the dark by our IC, then I predict the majority of citizens will win the day and genuine hope for renewal and the sacrifices required will be stronger than our opposition.

On global brotherhood and unity, the question is who can make that happen? The Constitution is based on a moral code that was based on the Bible which obviously has been rejected by those who are attempting to bring in a NWO.
