That is inevitable.” There’s no word on how Washington Post owner Jeff Bezos feels about the decision.
When you accept that the Washington Post is the PR firm for the comprehensive Intelligence Community, one way to look at this surprising non-endorsement is to see the IC as playing possum. This is the second major new publication to refuse a Harris endorsement. The Los Angeles Times also did not endorse their Democrat candidate. It appears Kamala Harris really is that toxically bad.
The team who operates the Obama network must be exceptionally upset at being rebuked by both the LA Times and the Washington Post. This is a seismic ideological shift indicating their view the election needle is heavily favoring President Trump. This shift also follows the refusal of several labor unions to endorse Kamala.

With the “WaPost is the IC” concept in mind, what I wrote last summer still stands. Harris was not “the plan”. She was their only option because Biden wouldn’t leave, they had no way to get him out, and a fluke “incident” in Vegas created a money problem.
There were three competing factions before Democrats concluded that Harris was their only, albeit potentially fatal, option:
– Obama/Pelosi, though these two differed with Pelosi wanting Newsom
– Clinton
– the IC
The IC, horrible as they might be, knows full well that Harris is what I call “Stupid-Dangerous”. Stupid-Stable (Biden) keeps the status quo intact. And any version of Smart- is a threat.
But Stupid-Dangerous is a catastrophe. A ticking time bomb that could lead to the deaths of BILLIONS of people. Including, not coincidentally, a lot of people who work in the IC.
Now that she’s cratering, they have an opportunity to accelerate the crash. Their assertions to the contrary, they know exactly what this means for Harris and they know exactly the people – the donors and the power brokers – who will now quietly start pulling their support. This may also be a warning shot about the election fraud we all expect. At some point, they have to decide if they want to scan all those extra ballots. Because if Trump wins, the investigations are going to be BRUTAL. These non-endorsements are a message to Obama/Clyburn, “We can’t take sides if you decide to go through with this.”
Harris has been in trouble since mid-September. All Trump had to do was wait for the Shock And Awe media campaign to fizzle out. Which it has. He poll collapse tracks precisely to the moment she started making media appearances. They couldn’t hide her forever. The CNN Town Hall was an unmitigated disaster for Harris.
Everything people hate about her – the cackle, the clueless blank stares, the condescending smirk, the word salads, the lies – she accomplished all of that in one town hall on a friendly network. Anderson Cooper was visibly shocked.
Cooper’s face at times: “Everything people say about her…is true! OMG!” Because of the Shock and Awe media blitz, I think a lot of people just assumed she needed to polish up and get better staff. They chose to ignore what they knew about her, and the results have been a popcorn feast. I saw some post Town Hall commentary by Democrats and they were oddly praising her for doing a good job pounding home her “Trump is a fascist” lines. Yeah, and that is pissing everyone off! Absolutely nobody to the right of Katie Hochul and Elizabeth Warren thinks that about Trump. It’s desperation. It’s Godwin’s Law.
Democrats are going to turn on Harris because they cannot accept that their ideas are being rejected. They’ll make it about her.
But 50% of Harris’ problem is she literally cannot run in Democrat Party policies. She can’t run on Biden’s record. She is boxed in on illegals, Israel/Gaza, the two other wars, and inflation. I said yesterday that I feel like a shellacking is coming on 11/5. This non-endorsement tells me the IC sees the iceberg and is hopping off the Titanic quietly in a lifeboat and trying to slip away quietly in the fog.

I would add to this, however, this point: they do see which way the wind is blowing and so, in my mind, they are holding their fire to lend credibility when they open up both barrels on President Trump in about 14 days. Having seen JD engage in tactical and strategic thinking since the beginning of the 2022 OH senate primary campaign, would not agree with you that he needs a wake up call. He engages in always seeking to set the stage, to wake up others. Clear about what he thinks, but seeks to keep the door open so as to reach others by maintaining civility.
He ultimately won the OH primary, and triumphed in the general by very clearly enunciating his emphasis on family as the first responsibility, citizens and community as crucial, the nation the primary focus for an elected official, and God above all.
He does not equivocate. He has been and is scorned by the establishment, and certainly experiences that daily. He concerns himself with his young family. I have been a defender of him, as he earned my support by his refusal to say the expected, and his willingness to call question on the accepted narratives.

Imagine when Trump wins if there’s an entire side project in the administration to end the voting practices and immigration policies that have turned CA from Red to Blue in 30 years. Imagine a new law that requires proof of citizenship, a national election day, ID, and no mail-in voting. And more importantly, imagine what a successful Trump 47 economy and foreign policy does to the entire uniparty status quo.

Hokkoda, yours is a most entertaining and informative analysis. It gives me hope in that I’ve been in a dark funk lately because of my great concern about election fraud.
IMHO, if Donald Trump manages to breach the first phase line of the Pitched Battle for the DC Swamp, the IC will move to support the Democrats and their UniParty allies through supporting efforts in mid-November 2024 through mid-January 2025 to prevent PDJT from taking office on January 20th, 2025.
What the dark forces inside the IC and the Deep State have to be concerned about themselves is that if Trump is inaugurated and they are caught doing what they’ve done in the past to support election fraud and to do the kinds of things they did in 2016, 2017, and 2018 to push The Insurance Policy, they will face prosecution from a Trump DOJ which is determined to fight fire with fire.
I haven’t decided yet where Democrats are at when it comes to election fraud. Do I think they’ve put strategic pieces in place? Yes. Do I also think they need the voting to be close enough that the fraud not only works, but can remain hidden? Also, Yes.
Right now, the internal Democrat discussions are if they are going to allow the vote rigging plans to be executed. If they decide Trump’s margin of victory is too big, they won’t scan those fake ballots, and Trump wins in a massive landslide. He probably also wins the National Popular Vote (NPV). It’s the landslide scenario that will determine what the enemy does on 11/6.
The bigger the Trump win, the less likely we’ll see any shenanigans. An NPV vote shellacking completely delegitimizes violent protests and attempts to block Trump from taking office.
The other observation I have about this non-endorsement is that Robert Kagan resigned from WaPost. Kagan leads the whole war with Russia cult. His wife is Victoria Nuland. I think he’s furious because this non-endorsement is a de facto surrender by the IC when it comes to the Ukraine war, regime change in Russia, and the entire color revolution project in Eastern Europe.
It’s not just a non-endorsement of Harris. It’s a surrender on Ukraine.

They didn’t really have a choice. Eventually your lies catch up to you.
They had no choice. I wrote a lengthy essay about it last summer. The basic thing is that Biden had no intention of dropping out, and they had no plan or means to force him out. If he had lasted 10 more days, he would have made it to the virtual nomination and been the Democrat Party nominee. But, he had some sort of major medical episode in Las Vegas the weekend of July 19th. There are rumors that they thought he would not live through the weekend. I tend to believe that. Maybe he took a fall or had a stroke, but something led to a panic that weekend.
By Sunday, they issued the first memo dropping out of the race. It was not signed by Biden. In fact, we didn’t see or hear from Biden for several more days…further indication that something bad happened.
But now they have a problem: the campaign money. If he drops out and it’s an open primary, they have to give the money back. They can’t just take hundreds of millions of dollars and just hand it to anyone. It had to be Harris or that money evaporates. So a second memo comes out and they endorse Harris. That keeps the money inside the Biden/Harris campaign.
Now they have another problem. A not-small number of Democrats can’t stand Harris. You have Pelosi out there calling for an open convention (to get Newsom in). Obama wants Mark Kelly. The Clintons are trying to get a loyalist as the nominee. The IC is worried about Harris (as are many, they know she’s radioactive). To solidify her position, they quickly start a VP selection. Newsom and Kelly don’t want it. They see that she’s going down in flames. They’re willing to wait. Shapiro is a Jew and they’ve got a big problem with the Democrat base when it comes to Gaza. Shapiro is out. So they quickly vet Tim Walz who is a creepy groomer, a communist, and a pathological liar, with a weird Elmer Fudd schtick. They needed a white guy to make Harris acceptable, and so they picked that weirdo.
Now the media can spin up any propaganda they want very quickly. But they cannot sustain it. See also: COVID/masks/vaccines, also Ukraine. The shock-and-awe phase usually buys the government about 1 month which would get Harris into roughly mid-September when you figure in the convention boost.
The hope was they could kind of coach her up in 5-6 weeks. lol. It reminded me of an old episode of Married With Children when Bud has to tutor Kelly, and she keeps forgetting simple things because her potato sack brain could only hold so much information…

I viewed the medical emergency as possibly stagged by handlers, to make him look really bad. To set him up to be told he was no longer the man. Leaked drama, sent he and jill to the beach with an ultimatum. Otherwise jill would still be sailing along, playing both parts if she could.
It’s possible, but I don’t think so. I think he either fell or had some sort of episode like a mini stroke. Something where they thought he would be incapacitated. So there was a panic and things just sort of rolled downhill. Everything that has happened since makes the most sense when viewed through the lens of a panic response. Harris was never supposed to be the nominee. And then events took over.
Biden was supposed to be a one-term president. But then in early spring 2024, he reneged on his employment agreement with the puppet masters. But the health event in Nevada and the debate with Trump sealed his fate once and for all.
It all happened so quickly that the course of events gave Harris the inside track towards becoming the nominee. Even if it was Newsom who was originally intended to become Biden’s replacement.
I wrote well over a year ago that their best opportunity would have to be before the primaries. Otherwise, March/April to give themselves time to line things up.
They might have had a general goal, but they had no plan. And Biden was never going to go willingly. I don’t care what anyone says. Nobody goes into the WH thinking “one term”. One termers are synonymous with failure, unless they get assassinated.
