Kamala Harris gave her first post-debate interview to ABC News6, Philadelphia. The media outlet understood the potential risk of the interview following public ridicule of the national ABC News debate. As a result, ABC News6 has posted the full unedited interview, and the responses by Kamala Harris highlight exactly why Brian Fallon has tried to keep her away from speaking without a teleprompter.
Not only does Kamala Harris fail to answer the questions, the responses she gives are ridiculous word-salad replies about ancillary issues that are not even connected to the primary topic being quieried. WATCH:

I think when you do not have a single clue as to how to answer a question, you talk around and around hoping an answer will eventually occur to you or the person will just cut you off and put you out of your misery.

I wish there was technology accessible to interviewers that could jam any transmitters she might be utilizing? What would be hilarious is if somehow we could produce a feedback squeal in her ear that we could all hear.

We’ve seen this multiple times now. Kackala, confronted with explicit questions about policy, deflects and defaults to meaningless personal anecdotes, followed by grandiose-sounding generalizations, such as ‘invest in Americans’ aspirations.’ What does that even mean?
Trump, with reason, is sometimes accused of narcissism. Kackala, by making her answers all about her, is equally or more narcissistic. But hers comes across as less strident, because it’s pathologically mixed with impostor syndrome.
She knows she’s a diversity hire. She knows her mastery of policy is weak. She knows her achievements in office are nonexistent. It’s a vulnerable and painful place to be.
Mere weeks ago, many of us were bemoaning the elder abuse of poor old ‘Joe Biden,’ who didn’t even know what year it was. I humbly submit that putting dimwitted Kackala in front of bright lights and making her try to answer questions that are way above her head is ‘POC abuse.’ It reduces her performance to a humiliating minstrel show.
It’s racist, you see. And it needs to stop. But as a politically-trafficked woman, Kackala’s in the hands of powerful people who won’t let her bow out to preserve her dignity and sanity. So bad, so sad. I fear a Thomas Eagleton-style meltdown before this is all over:

That is her word salad, brainless, well-educated answer. Eventially she gets to an “opportunity” economy–giving a “$50,000 tax credit/ incentive to NEW small business owners. Nothing about deregulating existing owners, etc.

All depends upon meaning of the words tax and credit. Normally, a tax credit is applied against taxable income. If it’s that, not much help as low income
entrepreneurs have great difficulty raising/saving capital. If on the other hand it’s just a payment from Treasury to the entrepreneur, then it’s just a boondoggle giveaway. No rational person thinks this policy proposal will move any political needle.
