There is a video of Kamala discussing the wonder of the moment when as a prosecutor she understood she could ruin someone, anyone, by charging them with a crime and having them arrested and jailed. Even if they were innocent and beat the charges she enthused, they would probably lose their job, etc. as a consequence of her signing that piece of paper charging them and arresting them.
