The lawyers representing the campaign of Robert F Kennedy Jr have successfully removed RFK Jr from the ballot in Nevada after coming to an agreement yesterday with DNC lawyers who were suing to keep him off the ballot.
Essentially, team RFK JR just dropped their argument, acquiesced to the DNC position and the judge dismissed the case with prejudice. That removes RFK Jr from Nevada. [Filing Here] This is the same process the lawyers used to get Kennedy off the ballot in Pennsylvania.
That said, Michigan and Wisconsin are not removing Robert F Kennedy Jr from those state ballots.

Cheri Hardmon, a spokesperson for the Michigan secretary of state’s office, confirmed to NBC News that “minor party candidates cannot withdraw, so his name will remain on the ballot in the November election.
WISCONSIN – […] In Wisconsin, the state’s election commission met Tuesday to certify ballot access for presidential and vice presidential candidates. Even though Kennedy requested to withdraw his nomination petition as an independent candidate, the commission ultimately voted to decline that request, according to an archived video of the proceedings published by WisconsinEye, a nonprofit public affairs network.
“The statute literally says, ‘Any person who files nomination papers and qualifies to appear on the ballot may not decline nomination. The name of that person shall appear upon the ballot except in case of death of the person,'” Ann Jacobs, the chair of the commission, said to another commissioner struggling with the idea of keeping someone on the ballot who didn’t want to move forward with his candidacy.
“You’re giving me this touchy, feely: ‘I feel like this shouldn’t be the law.’ The law in this case is crystal clear,” she added. “I don’t disagree with you it’s weird but I don’t see we have any discretion here.” (MORE)
♦ SUMMARY: RFK Jr is gone from ballots in the battleground states of Arizona, Pennsylvania and now Nevada. Not Michigan and Wisconsin.
Florida, Texas and Ohio have also removed Kennedy, but those are generally Red.
The state to watch is now North Carolina, where ballots would have to be reprinted quickly if the RFK Jr intent is to withdraw. The Kennedy team have not requested to remove their candidate from North Carolina.

Kennedy Jr. has been nominated by the We The People Party as that party’s presidential candidate to be listed on the ballot,” North Carolina State Board of Elections public information officer Patrick Gannon said. “That party has not informed the State Board of any plans to change its nomination.”
Gannon said that if We The People withdrew Kennedy’s nomination, state officials would have to consider if it would be practical to reprint ballots. As of Friday, nearly a third of North Carolina’s 100 counties had started the printing process. (MORE)

Why wouldn’t this apply to keeping Joe Biden on the ballot? the KH woman did not have anyone vote for her, so she should legitimately be kept OFF all ballots while keeping Joe Biden on them.

The fight now is they want to keep Kennedy on, when not long ago they were fighting to keep him off. Their excuse is also that votes are already being printed.

The timing is different. NC starts sending its ballots out on September 6. I believe NC is the very first state to begin voting just a few days after that. Very, very few people vote for a candidate that withdraws, and those that do would not be voting for Trump anyway. It is just a protest vote at that point.
We had our Resident RINO (Kelly Daughtry RINO-NC) withdraw from a runoff election once President Trump endorsed her challenger (Brad Knott)

RFK, Jr has requested his name be removed from NC ballots and the NC State Bureau of Elections meet today to vote on his request…he may not be removed if Counties who have printed ballots already cannot afford to reprint
