The lawyers representing the campaign of Robert F Kennedy Jr have successfully removed RFK Jr from the ballot in Nevada after coming to an agreement yesterday with DNC lawyers who were suing to keep him off the ballot.
Essentially, team RFK JR just dropped their argument, acquiesced to the DNC position and the judge dismissed the case with prejudice. That removes RFK Jr from Nevada. [Filing Here] This is the same process the lawyers used to get Kennedy off the ballot in Pennsylvania.
That said, Michigan and Wisconsin are not removing Robert F Kennedy Jr from those state ballots.

Meanwhile we have no reliable polling indicators. Read somewhere else that the odds market can be relatively easily swayed by somebody with deep pockets. I just hope Trump knows what he’s doing bringing these democrats in close.
We will know over the next month or so. Is Bobby out there, heart and soul, for America through the reelection of PDJT? I think so, personally. While NC’s Democratic Party tried to prevent RFK on the ballot and challenged the board’s 4-1 decision that declared “We the People” an official party, State Judge Keith Gregory (Wake County Superior Court) ruled that RFK remains on NC presidential ballot. It doesn’t look like that “We the People” have intentions to withdraw RFK’s nomination.

Democrats legally challenged if RFK (among others) qualifies for the presidential ballot Last Monday, OSAH Judge Michael Malhihi, ruled that RFK “failed to include his residence address on nomination petition [and] is NOT QUALIFIED to appear on the ballot in Georgia […]”.
Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R-GA) has the final say. If he disagree with Judge Malhihi’s ruling [1], RFK can request to withdraw is name (what said last Friday). Overseas voting starts on 9/17/24.

A candidate can be removed anytime BEFORE the formal nomination process that annoints them the candidate for that political party. Pudd’nhead was withdrawn; Harris goes on based on results of the convention. So Joe is not going to be on the ballot. However, there’s no ‘Independent’ convention for RFK, Jr. so it’s a judgement call by the WEC. The other candidates are firmed up, so he stays.

I seem to remember Trump talking about one of the principles of making a deal. To paraphrase: to get something, you have to give something. Trump has given RFK Jr. something: a platform to make a speech, lots of praise, a voice in the transition, and etc. But those are just TALK TALK TALK. Correct me if I’m wrong but as far as I know, RFK Jr. doesn’t have actual power within the campaign yet. On the other hand, Bobby has praised MAGA, endorsed Trump, “suspended” his campaign, and etc. We’ll see if RFK Jr. gives more.

I watched the entire interview when it came out, i thought it was a fantastic interview.
The focus in that ad is on Kennedy, father and son. The only image of PT is when he combs back his hair. His hair has been a source of mockery from the very beginning. Most certainly other images of PT could have been utilized.
I can tell you didn’t watch the video at all because the hair clip portion was minute and was most definitely NOT the only image, there were multiple shots of kennedy with Trump and the maga crowd and MAGA signs

People keep focusing on the “unity” voters, if they exist. But it’s actually the ballots that decide elections, as the ballot harvesters well know.
As long as Bobby K remains in the race, his harvested ballots can and will be used to steal key precincts.

Of COURSE he is! And of course he would have NO problem stabbing Trump in the back at the most opportune time. AND… of COURSE Trump knows this. But he and Kennedy have some limited areas of agreement so Trump will use that and wear kevlar when in the Kennedy presence.
Explain how he would benefit from that? It makes no sense. He is not a dumb man. He’d lose all those now giving him a benefit of a doubt. Democrats already dissed him. What’s the point?

On 12/23/23 in a 4-3 ruling the WI Supreme Court declared held that WI’s voting maps as currently drawn violate the state constitution. In the meantime, Gov Tony Evers signed new maps into law and GOP’s stronghold is perdu.
On 7/5/24 in a 4-3 ruling the WI Supreme Court reverses a near-total ban on ballot drop boxes: On 7/11/22 the same court concluded in another 4-3 ruling that unsupervised ballot drop boxes outside of clerk’s offices are illegal, because they’re not specifically authorized in Wisconsin law. In ’20, “Sleepy Joe” won WI by 20K votes.

The situation is a little like parliamentary countries that have multiple parties. If they don’t have a majority, a leading party needs to form a coalition with one or more other parties in order to govern. In different times, those coalition members would be battling against each other.
It’s not realistic to expect alliances to be perfect or forever.
