The lawyers representing the campaign of Robert F Kennedy Jr have successfully removed RFK Jr from the ballot in Nevada after coming to an agreement yesterday with DNC lawyers who were suing to keep him off the ballot.
Essentially, team RFK JR just dropped their argument, acquiesced to the DNC position and the judge dismissed the case with prejudice. That removes RFK Jr from Nevada. [Filing Here] This is the same process the lawyers used to get Kennedy off the ballot in Pennsylvania.
That said, Michigan and Wisconsin are not removing Robert F Kennedy Jr from those state ballots.

♦ SUMMARY: RFK Jr is gone from ballots in the battleground states of Arizona, Pennsylvania and now Nevada. Not Michigan and Wisconsin.
Florida, Texas and Ohio have also removed Kennedy, but those are generally Red.
The state to watch is now North Carolina, where ballots would have to be reprinted quickly if the RFK Jr intent is to withdraw. The Kennedy team have not requested to remove their candidate from North Carolina.

Kennedy introduces an uncertainty in any state where he is on the ballot.
Nebraska would be another state to look at. Nebraska uses district apportionment. I think if Kennedy wins a district in NE, he wins an electoral vote.

He’s probably making sure that RFK will take from Trump and not from Harris. We were already a swing state in 2020 — Trump made it, but Cooper was “re-elected” via Charlotte. Tillis squeaked by too (you know what he’s like).
More and more people from the NE move here every single day. I’m sure some are here as Republicans, but most are Dems, I’m afraid. We shall see what happens, but President Trump’s people need to look into this before they steal it!

One of the options for volunteers is to be a poll watcher. Some people may not realize that you can’t just sign up on Trump Force 47 and then get called. Each state has its own rules, so you may want to check these out:

Pollster Richard Baris claims NC is not a battle ground state, and it (like FL) will go for PDJT by about 10%. He notes that NC bucked the trend in 2022 and went more red, as other states moved to the dems.
The locals are all Trump supporters. What I think makes the difference in NC is there are no really big cities, like Atlanta. That’s where the cheating is easy, can just hide the fraud amidst all the ballots. In smaller towns, it is much harder to hide the dead voters, etc…people know each other and they know who votes for what. A huge change in voting trends would be detected immediately. We do have a lot of illegals here, though. Every where.
Also planned parenthood is spending a lot of money promoting abortion. Smear campaign on Robinson and also the woman running for state legislature in my district; her opponent is an incumbent Democrat who is pro abortion. I get mailings almost daily and I have come home to door hangers with pink ribbons promoting abortion. Is that all women care about?

Umm, NC is one of those gray zones- it is/it isn’t depending on who you talk to. We do have a hot consequential governor’s race which is nearly as important as President so not sure Baris has that in his calculations.

Not dumb at all. Washington state has 12 electoral votes. We’re pretty much written off as a blue state. That said, I have not seen a single sign or bumper sticker for Kamala. Not even Biden. The only sign I’ve seen is for Biden/Harris in some old guy’s front window. It’s been there since the summer of 2020.

The things Trump and RFKjr have in common, like gravitas, love of country, a command of the issues, might bring votes to Trump if RFKjr is not on the ballot.
