To initiate the transition process, Joe Biden will deliver a speech tonight at the DNC where he will be praised for his altruism by the bringer of all true enlightenment, Barack Obama. The praise for magnanimous Biden will be effusive as the page is turned from Term-3 to Term-4 in the Chicago DNC move.
