I would say that the biggest issue, for Biden’s sake, is the issuance of the pardons.
Ideally, the next President is to pardon the previous, for the misdeeds that were done. The Nixon/Ford exchange is the example. It would quell the angst of the favoritism allegations, and keep the Democrats in the good graces of their constituents, because ultimately, almost all of them don’t care. Kammy pardoning the Biden clan, would be done, to takeaway our talking point of scandal and improprieties.
